Nice place but honestly they need to sort out the waiting time to order. Painful. And the toilets are pretty dirty. And the taps don’t work. Got to feel sorry for the staff. Good job Waitrose.

Food took 20 minutes and all the tables were dirty

Great for a coffee or a light bite. I would come for a fancy breakfast as some of the menu suggestions they had were a little disappointing. But a great clean nice vibe and staff are super friendly. Great for studying and a coffee. You might see from the pictures it's quite basic. We ordered a veggie full English breakfast and French toast. It was just yogurt bread and berries and the veggie was just quite simple. But then I guess I got what I asked for... nonetheless, I couldn't fault it massively. They need more cake options to go with teas and coffee like place to eat in John Lewis!

The coffee in Waitrose cafe is cheap tasting and not pleasant to drink. The blend they use tastes like a corner shop cheap instant coffee type. It is not a real coffee experience that other retailers offer such as SBs CST or NRO offer. I could not drink the Espresso it was bitter and metallic to the taste, The Americano was a similar watered down experience I could not drink. I can understand why they give it away free to loyal customers but please change the blend for better to those of us who want to pay and enjoy real coffee.

Total joke. They don't have half of the ingredients for what you order and they charge you the same for half a portion of food. Tables are all dirty. Never again...

This has been the 3rd or 4th time that I've visited in the last few months and been told that there is a very limited menu, ie nothing from the kitchen. One-offs happen; however, this is becoming too repetitive.

I was a client, very clean,very presentable environment, well displayed, easy parking , Good customer service , Food/drink , good quality, lots of space in corridors, good quality products , air conditioning, Toilets very clean

At Waitrose their decaf coffee is absolutely delicious! The coffee taste is strong, the flat white was the perfect consistency. I have enjoyed many cups here so the staff seem equally skilled. Well done team - best decaf ever! The bacon was crispy and the roll freshly made. Service was fast and very pleasant staff.

Outstanding customer service. On arriving late. With only 10 mins to Spare talked to a manager at the door and asked can I get milk eggs and bread. As no food in and been delayed landing at lhr. She said yes as long as your in and out working 5 mins. Went in and by the far end by the fish an Asian woman started shouting at us. Telling us to get out it’s closed. I was in total Shock. And very embarrassed in front of other customers and staff with that I threw the basket to the floor walked out of the shop complain to the manager and told them I will be sending an email to their head office which I have done but I think I also need to put this on here

The lady on the checkout was so lovely. Staff like her make u want to go back. I haven't met a member of Staff anywhere (that I can remember)who has been as polite and friendly as this lady.Waitrose should be proud to have her as a member of their team.

Having shopped in Waitrose(Beaconsfield)yesterday and forgot some goods,I made my way to Waitrose today to get what I needed,upon walking through the door a 'security man' approached me and told me to leave!!.He didn't give me a reason when I questioned him,but I now know the reason he doesn't want me shopping there is because he realized I recognized him...he is a peadophile!.. he is asain,with some special needs( you'll know when he starts talking) I cannot believe Waitrose are ok with employing peadophiles!..Disgusting.

The food was well cooked but lacked imagination in my view. Staff ok but lacked a bit of dynamic service and attention

I came in on the hunt for “Orzo Pasta” and I was very confused looking for it when I was approached by a lovely young gentlemen, Aroon who was very eager to help and within a short time he had found me the pasta:))) He was very funny,friendly and respectful! Thanks Aroon!

Food was tasty and good but the service was extremely slow and the portions average but the price was not

It wasn’t very busy here so ordered the fish pie at £6:95 - see photo It took around 30 minutes for this to come to the table which actually seemed longer The portion wasn’t very big and the vegetables were over cooked Don’t go here if you are in a hurry or want crunchy vegetables

Stopped here for lunch after doing some grocery shopping. I looked at the menu and thought the Aberdeen Angus burger sounded tasty so I ordered that with some chips. After about 20 minutes the food arrived at the table. The chips were a congealed lump of sogginess whilst the burger looked and tasted like a pulverised dry slab of brown stuff rather than a succelent minced beef patty. I ate a few mouthfuls and then returned it all for a full refund. I was told that unfortunately their fresh meat counter had run out of freshly made burgers and that they had had to cook me a frozen burger instead! On my way out I walked past the meat counter and low and behold there was a big stack of Aberdeen Angus burgers. I was told they had been available all morning!!! Not the sort of service I have come to expect from Waitrose!!

We would have gone to John Lewis in High Wycombe after shopping, for a bite to eat, but decided to try Waitrose this time. Spacious, very well lit with natural light flooding in. Reasonably busy at 1.30 PM. Ordered at counter , given a number to display at our table. Reasonable choice, not a huge menu , being a supermarket cafe, but a couple of options for vegetarians. Wife not hungry so just went with a helping of Fries and nothing else. I chose the Middle eastern wild rice and chick peas served on a bed of salad leaves with pumpkin seeds and a small dish of tsatziki. Both arrived within ten minutes. My dish was beautifully presented and utterly different and delicious ! Every bite to be savoured, quantity just right. Would go just for this same dish once again !

A competent manager is needed. Not up to the expected Waitrose standard. Usual good coffee, friendly polite service and pleasant atmosphere. However whilst sat at the tables one notices that they are flat tops with ridged edges. Just look at the edges which are caked in drips and food. Now watch the lady cleaning, she wipes the top and not the edge, not surprising they are dirty. But the burger was excellent as one would expect. Now go shopping but mind the empty boxes and trash in the aisles. Certainly not to be found in our own local Waitrose.

I have visited the Waitrose cafe a number of times at lunch time, including today, and there is very much a common theme. Whilst the food is always tasty the front of house service is generally chaotic. It does not seem to matter how many staff are behind the counter there seems to be very little process or positive customer interaction. The majority of the time there seems to be one staff member who is taking the orders and also making the hot drinks which leaves a huge amount of waiting time for the customers in the queue. There is also a consistent lack of positive customer interaction, you tend to get the impression you are a bit of a hindrance to their day standing at the counter wanting to place an order. Today, for example, there were 3 members of staff behind the counter but not one of them acknowledged us stood directly at the till. It seemed they were doing anything and everything other than serving people as a priority including reorganising the order numbers, wiping down the counter and talking in depth about the fact that the fruit scones had sold quickly. When they did come to service us there was no acknowledgement for the time we had spent waiting or, indeed, a friendly greeting. It felt, at times, that they were actively avoiding eye contact with us in case we dared to ask them for a cup of tea. The whole process needs some cohesion to make it run smoothly. Perhaps expect a lunch time rush and have a couple of strong people working the counter to ensure that orders are taken, drinks are made the queue is moved forward swiftly. It could be a greatly little cafe and the food team behind the scenes are clearly doing a great job as the food has always been good quality. It does not take much to make the experience better, a friendly hello, a small apology of there has been a wait and making someone feel welcome rather than that they are an annoying intrusion to your day. Look at the serving process and what works best and give people the tools to be able to achieve the high level of customer service you would experience from a Waitrose Partner.

Popped in here a few times now and have stayed to enjoy a cup of coffee at the Cafe after my shop. Lovely cakes and pastries available and they're even discounted if you go at the very end of the day - which is a nice contrast to some supermarkets who chuck their unsold bakeries into bin bags every evening. Decent Latte, Cappuccino and Tea served in a cute little pot. Free Wi-fi and nice big windows to look outside. Suggestions would be: Improve seating area - It looks and feels a little cold and lifeless, and perhaps the staff could be a little friendlier. Overall a nice little find.

Visited the branch not too long ago and was appalled with what I had witnessed 2 19 year old managers that have no idea of a management role and no value of time keeping or staff interaction and most of the time off the shop floor. Some of the staff are rude and have no clue to what their job entails because they haven't been trained correctly nor do they have any value for customer service. I have no intention of returning to this store until a manager who know what there doing and cares for their staff is hired as what I witnessed was appalling and needs to change what a waste of my time to even think about visiting that store.

My wife and I visited today after shopping and had a small piece of cake for £2.40 each and a complimentary cappuccino as we both have waitrose cards. As with all waitrose cafe's it is pretty basic and not the place to go for a meal. For something more substantial try Frankie and Benny's on the other side of the roundabout next to the cinema.

Nice shop. Nice cafe but the wait for the food was way too long. Need more staff especially when there is a large event on in the sports hall next door. Parking is easy.

Yes it was good Food being served here in this busy Waitrose and the customers were enjoying it although there was quite a wait for Food which is not good as more organisation should be there

Visited on a Saturday morning. Queued for fifteen minutes to then be told there was a fifteen minute wait for food. When it arrived the bacon was dry,eggs were just horrible. A long wait for very mediocre food at a premium price.

Popped in for a breakfast in high vis work clothes and joined the queue, when it came to serving us the staff behind the till the till thought the more well dressed behind us deserved serving first, are you discriminating against the working class? On getting the breakfast it turns up in a bowl!! How is one supposed to tackle a full English out of a bowl! Will not be visiting again! And overpriced!

This Waitrose cafe is ideally situated to meet up with friends or visit whilst shopping instore. Food always looks fresh and appetising and good quality. A bright roomy space to enjoy.

Visited the Waitrose cafe whilst shopping. Eggs slightly over cooked and not much avocado on the sour dough. But hey it was only£3.50. All good cafe was empty

The cafe is within the supermarket. The range of food is reasonable (sandwiches, hot food, cakes etc). I thought the hot food was fairly expensive, sandwiches more reasonable. The cold drinks were sparse - not much choice. I had a cappuccino which was truly horrible - far too strong and bitter, I could not finish it even after I added extra milk. The service was a little slow. Overall, an underwhelming experience.

I'm a fan of Waitrose but this store offered the best experience yet.

Lovely clean place, free parking and great range of products on offer. The people I took were surprised that some of the goods were cheaper in Waitrose than their usual supermarket. The staff are very friendly and nice to have a chat whilst packing bags, they are a credit to the store, looking forward to our next trip already.

Sushi made on the premises, popping candy, and a host of other amazing products. I just love this supermarket and its variety of unique product ideas. The fresh fruit and veg section is huge, and of course the quality is fantastic. Have a browse.

This is a fairly new Waitrose. It is clean, bright and airy. The cafe is clean with a good, but small menu. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the shelves well stocked. Lots of choice. especially with the fresh produce and bakery.

Went in for a snack with grandson aged 2 who enjoyed the experience with his baby chinos.

A daily visit to the store is always a pleasure with the staff that goes out of their way to help. Needing a regular order of a specific product was quickly set up on a weekly basis which made it easy for me to ensure supplied I needed were available. The lady I met at the coffee shop but did not catch her name was great when serving me and I really enjoyed my tailored mocha, at the checkouts Bethany is always cheerful when serving us at the checkout. A request board asking for more products available at other Waitroses to be stocked here would be great and save an extra trip to another store.

I would have given the store 5/5 but it's lacking a wider range of organic produce. Put that to one side and accepting that the world is not full of anti insecticide, pesticide and chemical hippy folk, the store has much to offer;

Fabulous selection of hot food. I went for the lasagna, accompanied by a tasty side salad - delicious.

The waitrose opened about a month ago and now the crowds have died down went for Saturday lunch. A favourite for breakfast this was the first time I ahve ventured into the lunch menu. Pretty standard had scampi and chips took about 7 minutes ( it was not that busy) good customer service , Hot plate so food was warm. Scampi were on the small size but itwas edible
