Lots of houseplants and outdoor trees, shrubs and plants plusxa florist. Loads more to walk around inside. I have been visiting for many years. It was looking very tired and neglected but has undergone a positive transformation. (Traducido por Google) Un montón de plantas de interior y al aire libre árboles, arbustos y plantas plusxa floristería. Cargas más para caminar por dentro. He estado visitando durante muchos años. Se veía muy cansado y descuidado, pero ha sufrido una transformación positiva.

Flowerland is wonderful, been going for a few years. However today I had scotch egg in cafe, hubby had toasties. His was great, mine was raw grisly sausage meat, health wise not good for anybody. Told the lady st ti when leaving, offered refu d, said hust get them off sale as they could do harm. Sorry guys you need that sorted and tables to be cleared and cleaned, everyone complaining.

Just had two bacon and egg rolls, waited twenty minutes for it, as the café has no way of ensuring that the food is bought out to the right person. The egg was hard, and bacon was like cardboard. Will visit again, but I will never enter the café again.

Dreadful! No other word could describe he appalling staff, service and cleanliness of this cafe. When asked what we wanted ( the staff member could barely be bothered to ask) we were quickly warned that there were no cups for tea only paper ones- not off to a good start! As the cakes were priced at £4.25 we expected a reasonable slice of cake but as the price has gone up shrinkflation has reduced the size to that of a Mr Kiplings slice! All the tables were laden with uncleared dirty china which customers had moved from table to table, the ‘clean’ cutlery was filthy, obviously the dishwasher isn’t working properly, and as for the staff… disinterested, all doing their own thing, no organisation. We spent £25 on poor quality food and drink. We were unable to complain at the time as there was no manager working today! Avoid! It may be worth reading other reviews as it would seem I’m not alone with this opinion!

When your staffs first words when asked by a customer for help are - “what do you want” you know your business is struggling - total chaos, no logic to be able to find anything, stock issues no one knows where anything is or what they have got or may have. Very unpleasant time spent here - spend your money elsewhere.

Total star of a garden centre. Unlike other places the plants are actually tended to, pruned and watered so you're not faced with endless benches of death row plants charged at full price. I love the outdoor seating area too which is fantastic on a sunny day. They also do a really good vegan chocolate cake which is really rather good. The gift and food areas are not the cheapest, but you do find brands not sold elsewhere and if you're after a bit of affordable luxury then it's ideal. This is my new fave place!

In the past year or so this garden centre has very much improved. Plants look healthy and well watered and cared for with prices average for the area. The indoor cafe is semi rustic and spacious and coffee good and cheaper than local cafes. However on a sunny day do take your drinks to the far end of the garden centre where there is a good selection of comfortable outdoor seating, and pleasant views of a stream running by. Delightful. The interior of the garden centre is large with huge stock of house and garden items. By the cafe area there is a wealth of food and drink choices.Staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

I like this garden centre a lot - it has good products HOWEVER today I visited and went to the cafe/restaurant and was spoken to (me and two others in the queue) really disgustingly by the young girl who was serving. All the lady next to me asked was where is the front of the queue very politely and the girl answered ‘it’s not complicated to work out is it?’ really rudely. Her other comments were just as sarcastic and nasty. The other customers were shocked hearing her. Will NOT be returning following that. Rude vile girl. There are many other garden centres where staff are polite and not sarcastic

This is a very popular cafe at the best of times but I was slightly dreading visiting during Easter as I knew this would increase the amount of queues that can occur, particularly in the cafe area. As I arrived I had expected a queue and as I have access needs I was concerned I wouldn't be able to have lunch due to not being able to be in long queue lines. I spoke with one of the team members (Joshua) who went to find his team leader Vicky and they were more than happy to accommodate for the accessibility needs, I did provide my Access Card which helped show what extra support I need. I just want to say a big thank you and really appreciate the effort you made to help make my visit today as accessible as possible.

After taking my order the coffees were made very quickly but the food took twenty minutes to be done. Two sausage rolls warmed up! Lack of staff who looked stressed and overwhelmed. Terrible system for food orders, people gathering around at the end of the counter, confused as to where to wait and who was next. By the time my food was warmed the coffee was cold. Didn't have the heart to complain one staff member looked near to tears. Seriously needs a very close look at the food ordering system and how to move the orders out quicker. The restaurant itself is dusty and tables full of uncollected trays due to lack if staff. Come on management sort it out.!!

Its been many years since I was last at this Garden Centre (formerly called Bourne End Garden Centre), and to be honest, the business is no longer a garden centre but a shop that sells many things of which garden supplies forms but a part. I get the impression that the owners are winding the Taps down. The bar staff are excellent, beer is good but often the selection can be poor. Food is no longer available, but you can take food in. The bar is looking tired, the loos are very retro, if 1970s public toilets are your thing. Its a real shame.

Great spot with lovely outdoor soace and oldy worldy interior but terrible pub. I think the idea of 'hospitality' has passed them by completely. The staff really couldn't be bothered. Flat drinks, 1970s style ploughman's and a truly awful salad with congealed dressing. Avoid until they've had some training or can be bothered to try to offer a welcome.
