Decent place, but I didnt like the food that much. Katsu curry chicken was just ok, but for that price I'd expect better taste

Waited 10 mins to get in only to discover it was empty???!!! Food was ok. Ordered a margaritta and i got something in a finger bowl?! Pretty poor show really guys. Did say something about the margarittaand got a stock answer of the manager says this is the standard If this is the standard,then its set really low. spent £80 on average food and poorly presented coctail. Won't be returning anytime im the future.

I had the opportunity to go with my Pepe Teammates. The food was delicious and the service was exceptional.

We ordered noodles and ramen, the dishes were delicious and generous. The service was rather average, the first course arrived quite quickly then we waited for our drinks and the other dishes for several minutes while the (friendly) waitresses chatted quietly.

I feel that this branch is much better than many of the others. This branch has slightly more personality and some dishes are only available in this branch. My only issue, which is preference is that cutlery is already on the side in cradles, to me it should be brought out with the dishes.

My friends and I had a very fantastic dinner. The ambiance was nice, the staff were good. We went there at peak time, but they were still all accommodating. The ramen is sooo delicious and we even got confused about what to order. Frederico, the Pilipino server is soo nice to us. Thank you! I hope we can come back to Wagamama next time.

I think one person follows me on here. I want to confirm to them that the Hot Pot is very very good (second visit, second hot pot, same excellent result.) Service was also outstanding. Cheers!

Excellent place to eat delicious food at a good price. We tried the ramen, we asked for a spicy one and it was a serious mistake since it was too spicy, we did not specify the level of spiciness we wanted. We asked for tap water to drink, they were very kind to us. Good place

We ordered pad thai with chicken and shrimp. Very NOT tasty! I do not recommend ordering this dish. Phew!

We had dinner here yesterday and our waitress , sohana was amazing , she was checking up on us and was so so sweet. the food and drinks were great and came out quickly! we also liked the atmosphere in this branch!

Terrible attitude by waiter. I kept waiting for ridiculous 20 minutes to pay the food. One lady displayed false smile and say thank you and walked off. Very rude. Very bad service 😤 I don't recommend this place.

Used to be my to-go place for exotic foods. Modernised and lost the old wagamama canteen-style. Still love the food.

Used to be good but sadly downhill now, they have removed one of their best meals, shu shiok chicken, and I was shocked when told today they can’t even offer brown rice in dishes in the store any more, a bizarre change after many years. Sad to see the demise of a good restaurant because they are trying to maximise profits.

Wagamama Noodle Lab allows you to order from the regular menu or try some new dishes not yet available in other branches. Typically, I ordered standard elements and they were tasty and quick to arrive. Wagamama are, on the whole, pretty consistent with nice food and prompt service and this branch is no different.

A very average Wagamama. The layout is rather odd and doesn't feel like a restaurant when you first walk in. We received a mediocre service - didn't get a choice of where to sit initially and generally the staff had a "can't be bothered" attitude. The dishes and food was okay, but nothing else to really say on top of that. Choose another restaurant in the area or another Wagamama branch!

Wagamama jest sieciówką, ale serwują naprawdę dobre jedzenie. Tym razem zamówiłam teriyaki beef brisket hot pot, było pyszne. W Oxfordzie zamówiłam to samo i jakość była już trochę gorsza. Dlatego daje 4 gwiazdki zamiast 5. Na pewno można zjeść dobrze i za przystępną cenę jak na UK. Polecam na szybko lunch podczas zwiedzania.

AMAZING service from Nicki. She was so calm and helpful. Make sure to get our order and check for allergies. She organised a surprise for my friend as it was her birthday!!!! It was so lovely and made everyone so happy in the restaurant. Lovely person and excellent at her job.

Usually Wagama are good but this time the noodles in my ramen was really overcooked.

We came during a very busy time (6.45 on a Saturday night) and were seated in under 15 minutes. When we got in there the wait seemed a bit infuriating, however, since there were many empty and reset tables. I can only assume this was to help pace the kitchen. The floor staff were sub-par and in no real hurry to do anything. Pleasant enough at the table, but bickering and stuffing around with one another otherwise. The food arrived quickly and was as tasty as expected. We had two ramens - pork and brisket and we enjoyed both. Paying by QR code was great, as long as you have service in the restaurant. Thanks 3 mobile for terrible coverage!

For some reason the usually excellent food and service was not present here, it was really busy pre Christmas but food just didn’t hit the mark at all

Staff were awful: clearly only interested in sitting you and clearing away to get the next punters in. No care or attention to diners at all appalling.

Amazing service. Came during rush hour still got in within 5 minutes. Service by our waitress was amazing kind fast and efficient! Totally recommend!

I'm a big dun of wagamama, as they offer a great range of vegetarian and vegan food. I never visited this branch before but I was the usual good experience. Delicious food, moderate prices and attentive staff.

YASMIN NEEDS TO ATTEND A CUSTOMER SERVICE COURSE. She lacks skills beyond measures. Your stinky attitude isn't going to get you too far in life. Due to personal reasons when asked to moved to a different table she came up with all lies as to why we can't move there when it was clearly vacant and could easily be done, but no she decided to tell tales. Yasmin do better hun, or find another job if you can't act right. THANKS TO SAM for moving us to another table when asked as soon as possible without a fuss and no questions asked. We were served by JLO, very sweet girl. Thanks for your service. The manager Maria was great and catered for our needs. Thanks alot Sam, Maria and JLO for your amazing service. Yasmin, learn a thing or 2 from your colleagues you nasty girl. Take your miserable self out in some therapy rather than making customers feel awful.

Love a wagamama and this was a good one.

We’ve eaten here a couple of times and despite it being busy, given it’s sited in a popular leisure district of town, it’s been great. Lovely, friendly staff, all the usual quality and fresh flavours you expect from Wagamama, with new dishes on trial, all with reasonable prices and in a handy location. What’s not to love!

Alright so I heard the hype and I was like let me check this out. I’m not from London but it seems Londoners love this place, I get that it’s fusion but this was the worst Asian cuisine i have ever had legit terrible. I think for folks who haven’t come from areas where Asian cuisine isn’t as common they assume this is good this is not good at all. Worst ramen I have ever had, cocktail was terrible and like 2 sips lol and the Bao was just sauced with siracha mayo no flavour no taste no nothing. Anyone who says this place is good doesn’t know anything about food. Cmon London I expected better!

Had such a lovely time. Sohana was an amazing waitress, so polite and attentive.

The food was lovely but our server sohana was even lovelier she was so sweet and it was my son’s birthday and she gave us ice cream and had such a positive vibe.

Sohana was really polite and checked on us multiple times to make sure the food was ok and she also offered us other foods, which was very nice of her.

Excellent. Family loved the food (even our fussy kids). Staff so nice and handles allergies very well (a couple of us have allergies). Really enjoy Wagamama and visit in different cities.

All in all a good experience, super busy, queues out the front, polite staff, tasty food - service was a bit off in regards to bringing out two people's baos and before the third person got theirs, they started bringing the mains so we assumed they had forgotten them. Other than that it was great, no reason to not go food was still boom! 👍

basically japanese/asian food for white people, pretty bland and unauthentic and on top of that pricey (i would say for one person you pay at least 20£). the staff was very nice and the interior is pleasantly decorated!

Wagamama is always good for a consistent meal. But this is the Noodle Lab where I got to try dishes they are experimenting with. They offer their traditional menu as well. I tried a new dish where they pour the broth at the table. It was really good. I also got a cocktail and a starter from their traditional menu. It was perfect for lunch.

My friend and I were served by Nicki on 24/11/23 who provided us excellent service throughout our meal. Nicki checked on us in appropriate amounts and was very friendly with us when we were ordering and throughout our visit. One of the dishes we ordered were the vegan k-dogs which were outstanding and I wish were on the menu at every location.

Decent food, but what's amazing is that it is one of the few places around that never stops you from sitting down and having a great conversation with friends without the pressure of having to vacate a table in Central Soho. We had gone to another restaurant yesterday but even before we could sit down they annoyed us at the door about the delay and the reservations and the timings even though the person who booked had called in to book the table for 2 hours. No thanks Wahaca, we sat comfortably in Wagamama and had a great time!

This restaurant was one of the best experience that I had abroad with food. I'm allergic to a lot of foods, then I was worried to eat in a place where use nuts and soy (stuff that I'm allergic). The manager was very helpful and customized the recipe for me. I eat an authentic noodles done by a private chef. I would like to thank the manager and all the staff for this, I ate my food without being worry of any allergic reactions

Wagamama never disappoints with the portions of their dishes. The options are quite tasty as well and you get a good quality for the price that you are paying. But what I loved at this particular place was the service. Our waiter was just amazing, and he made our day. Food arrived very quickly. Might not be the best place if you want to have a chat as it can get quite noisy when it is busy.

Unfortunately food today was of a poor standard. However service is great & very friendly. We ordered Yaki Udon & it arrived half cold and half the noodles in melted mushy chunks. We left our food in our plates & will think twice before visiting again

Loved their food offering, which was full of flavour. Particularly was a big fan of their Chicken Yakitori, although I do wish that portion had been larger. Service was great and we had the seats right next to the chef where we could see what was being prepared.

Nice place ruined. Chaos in being seated. Once seated, table not cleaned properly. Cold, wrong food. Told waitress yet she ignored us. Ordered 4 dishes, 3 were wrong. Squid so overcooked it was solid. Pork belly limp and grey. Salad limp and full of grit. Egg was supposed to be tea stained but was a simple overcooked hard boiled egg. Gyoza was wrong. Should have been chicken but was vegetable. Katsu curry was solid and overcooked. Curry gloopy and rice was stodgy cold and overcooked. All food sat on counter for 10 minutes. Cold. Grubby as napkins on floor. One customer was visibly drunk yet, they kept serving him alcohol. manager can’t be contacted. Food inedible. Never answer phone. Not available on the day despite being stood at the counter. Only one lady manager or supervisor was friendly( long fair hair tied up) and a small dark skinned waitress was nice. The rest must suffer selective deafness for they didn’t listen. It was extremely busy yesterday but that is no excuse for the standard we received. I paid the bill and we left! I used to enjoy the food her but not anymore. They need a decent manager. They simply don’t care AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

I’ve been to this branch many times for takeaway, and every time I’ve visited, I’ve had a lovely experience. The staff are so kind and welcoming - special mention to Rowel and Asma for being extra friendly and welcoming on my last visit - their service was impeccable. The food came out quickly and tasted great, as usual. Definitely worth visiting this branch if you’re in the area.

Always reliable and interesting choice of experimental dishes (as well as regular options). Service was friendly and efficient. Nice to sit in the window and watch the world go by.

Don't go if you find noisy restaurants stressful. It's really echoey cause of the choice of bare brickwork. It makes new experimental choices alongside the normal menu.

Food was very tasty. I loved the new oyster mushroom skewers and the squid but ramen was lukewarm. Didn't wait long to be seated. Service was ok. Overall good experience. Might visit again.

Be careful, if they take you like 9:15 p.m., the ramen will be lukewarm, the egg will be cold and the noodles will stick together. the music will be turned off and you will be charged during your meal

Went for a quick bite for dinner. Wasn't too busy but was directed to a table quickly. The food also came rapidly and was delicious. Especially the tama squid balls. Really enjoyed it!

Delicious food ,so fresh and tasty. They have a separate menu with items on that you are not able to get in other wags, like some dishes they are trying out . Nice clean toilets ,although they are down a flight of stairs, so not great in your bursting or disabled? They might have a lift ,I'm not sure, tbh I didn't look.

Tried the New Hot One, very tasty - not as spicy as I would have expected - but definitely worth a try. My daughter went for her Wagamama goto - Chicken Katsu, always dependable and delicious, whilst my son dipped his soul into their beef ramen, which he enjoyed. So, all in all we enjoyed the food. The waiters are lovely and friendly. My only issue with Wagamama has always been with the acoustics of their restaurants + too lound and too much echoe.

Wonderful place with an open kitchen, the food is excellent and the staff 5 ⭐ Sadia has been the most wonderful as she took care of us for the time we were there. I highly recommend 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Fantastic friendly staff and service. Food was gorgeous and nice big portions. And the building has such great character, you can sit in lines or table booths. Just a oasis of yumminess away from the crazy streets. Cater for allergies very efficiently too.

Me and my partner went the other day and the service was atrocious. We were spoken too very rudely, kept getting asked why we haven’t done something (such as order which you need a waiter for or pay when we asked to pay in cash). We also ordered water and that never came and we asked for it about 4 times and it was on the receipt 4 times. The food wasn’t bad but half of it was hot the other cold not fully seasoned or cooked. Never had such a bad experience at a Wagamama.

I am a regular customer of Wagamama and have always enjoyed the food. Today my mum and I ordered the firecracker tofu and prawn curry (which we have previously had) and this time it was spicy on another level. We were unable to eat more than 2 bites and being someone who have a very high spice tolerance, this spice level was a hazard. We understand the dish is called “firecracker” but the amount of spice we’ve experienced to the point it becomes inedible, is that even safe? I am so disappointed and would like further action to be taken and seriously take this complaint into consideration as this could be harmful for some. Would not recommend this dish ever again.

My wife and I are both regular Wagamama’s customers, but the visit today in your store wasn’t pleasant. We had to wait for the table quiet long time being told that someone will be with us shortly. When we finally had a chance to sit and order, after ordering 3 different members of staff wanted to take an order from us not knowing that have had order already. My drink came first , my wife’s drink came 5 minutes after. I’ve ordered teriyaki soba steak but received chicken katsu which was sent back . Finally after 10 more minutes my dish arrived. My wife ordered pad Thai without chicken, but normal pad Thai was made. We had to send another dish away . By the time I finished my food my wife’s remade food has arrived . My stake was well done and very dry. My wife only ate 30% of her meal because it was very bland and not tasty at all. What a disaster. Very chaotic restaurant . Poorly managed . Staff seemed very disoriented and disorganised. Will definitely not be returning to any of wagamama’s stores.

Generally good experiences here but service can be a bit slow
