Itsu in City of London, Westminster

I left a review earlier in the year after an unpleasant customer service experience. I haven't been back as of yet, however head office handled the complaint very well. I've since eaten in a few other ITSU's and was happy with food (as I usually am).

Calm atmosphere in busy city area, yet in the heart of city.

Just wanted to mention exceptional service from team leader Stefano , he was very helpful with my allergy requirements and helped me pick out a meal 👍 made me feel very welcome

Everything is very fresh and good. Unfortunately there is a lot of disposable packaging (including cutlery), which is a real shame. Be careful, if you eat inside the prices are increased. It's still very cheap. The portions are correct, there is a large choice of cold or hot dishes and everything is very quick. Ideal when you don't have much time but want to avoid the simple sandwich.

Restaurant is very clean and tidy, I came on a Friday so it wasn’t as busy compared to other days. I got an Itsu classic (omega-3 rich sashimi grade Atlantic salmon nigiri, large prawn sushi with kewpie & chives, California rolls, salmon maki, baby avo rolls). The salmon is very fresh and I enjoyed every bite. Great place to consider for healthy quick lunch.

I would give this 0 if I could for the food which was disgusting and expensive (noodle and rice bowl).

Ordered several platters. Asked for promotional miso soup after payment... Absolutely appauling behaviour by the manager. Rude and patrionising. Ruined our experienced. Far batter places to go if you work im Cheapside. Avoid.

I've always bought food from quite regularly until 3 months ago when after making a purchase and updating my purchase on the Itsu app the app failed to update itself with my extra stamp in the form of a credit. The staff at the time advised me to contact the customer service team. I did email the customer service team, PR team and all the other teams on the same day explaining what happened. Till today I haven't received a reply back from any of the Senior customer service staff at Itsu with an explanation, apology for being inconvenienced in not getting compensated with a stamp on my App's profile. Considering that I'm a regular customer I found Itsu's non-response indifferent and lacking class as they failed in fulfilling their obligations in meeting their agreement with their customer. I really disappointed with their response and hope should they read my review they'll come to a swift resolution considering I've been waiting patiently for a response on my experience above..

It was the first time with my wife and it was really amazing! I saw the hard work reflected in the each bite. The best sushi in London! The Manager woman was so nice and the Manager man also came to say hellou because we are spanish like him :D. Super friendly staff and incredible service orientation.

Really, really great food. I had the Korean odon noodle bowl and the Ava ago roll. Both tasted amazing and were fresh. Service was quick and the location is very clean.

Service was quick but some food are hit and miss. It depends on what you order, some can be really good but at times it can be over seasoned. It has variety of healthy food to offer but not so fresh at times. Overall it's a decent sushi restaurant.

This ITSU is located in the busy area. People from nearest offices and tourists are the main customers. Good variety of sushi, salmon sashimi, gyoza, salads. That serve bao bans, hot rice and noodles, miso, etc. A hot tea is available. You can seat inside or outside. We ordered different noodles, had some rolls, a green tea and miso. It was good, hot, fresh. We liked this funny spoon&fork:) The only thing I don’t like, tables were dirty, crumps, sticky spots from sauce and bins were overfilled with garbage.

Food is great, but staff is pretty clueless & rude. They charged me for the wrong item and took them 15 minutes to sort it out, acting like it was my fault.

Worst sushi I have ever had. Came here for the rating being above 4star. What i saw is cheaply made ready sushi plates in the refrigerator. I belief chef has close their eyes and made a roll, as neither dragon roll, nor California roll that I had tasted anything closer. Waste of money and health..!!

The food at itsu is consistent which is great, but the staff at the Cheapside branch are kinda miserable and also stingy with the wasabi and ginger sachets, why?! (Esp when lunch costs £6.50-£8.00+ )

Service was quick, food was fine. Nothing to make it stand out from any other itsu in London.

While I know Itsu is a chain so might review might not be specifically for this place, but I fell like they dropped in terms of taste. Their soups used to be more pungent but now everything is just bland.

Food is meh, exp naive, and service lackluster. Not worth it tbh.

This particular one in Bank I suggest you visit after 18:00 when all gets quite and u can find a seat with a pretty decent view. The food always free ,good choice even at that time. No need to line in a que and services is good.

Visited Itsu today and was having issues with my Apple Pay . The manager, Ricco was extremely helpful and patient. Brilliant customer service from him and the woman who was serving me .

A fairly good selection of pre-packaged sushi and snacks like edamame, items that suffer a bit from being pre-packed and refrigerated. Some items made to order.

Not great not bad. I went almost at closing time and they had this offer, 50% off 30 minutes before closing. I tried the gyozas and a salmon poke. Both were good for the price payed. At full price I'd think about getting it. Service was quick, good and the restaurant was clean. It has a somehow fresh style which I did like. There was something spicy on my food and it was not described as so. Multiple locations across London.

Pretty standard stuff, well standard for central London, you know what you're getting but it is expensive. Tasty enough, but not good enough to merit those prices.

Itsu has a lot of choice for cold and hot dishes. You can eat sushi, wraps, poke bowls, salads, soup, hot pot and gyoza’s. Lots of options and also for vegetarians and vegans. I loved the vegan salad

Really fresh salmon and great smoothie and healthy options. The sashimi was 4.99. smoothies are on the shelf you pick it up and they blend it for you

We popped in one afternoon to get a mix of sushi and healthy vegetables. Reasonably good prices for the City.

Itsu do some very nice food but their use of plastic is quite horrifying. I got this snap recently of the Brocolli which couple in a plastic case, with a plastic pot and napkin.. I appreciate that their business is built on healthy well presented food. But surely these large companies need to behave much more responsibly? The sheer waste here is dreadful.

The sushi here is perfectly nice, but it doesn’t taste particularly fresh and seems a bit overpriced for what you get.

I WOULD DO NOT USE ANYMORE COULD NOT GIVE ZERO STARS AS SYSTEM ALLOWS ONLY MIN OF 1 STAR. I Was realy into itsu at this store but portions got realy small and when I asked the manager he lied and said they had not changed. I dont use anymore there are many cheaper options and most of the other stores are same and dont care for customers and are a bit grubby

This itsu branch is conveniently located in the heart of The City. I used to eat at itsu everyday, they certainly have great options. They tend to have fresh ingredients. The good thing about itsu is that all their sushi is half price half an hour before they close. Useful if you are working late. Though, these days I prefer Wasabi, because of their chirashi salad. The guys at itsu need to produce a competitor for the Wasabi chirashi salad.

Standard branch of ITSU. Commoditised sushi that seems expensive until you realise all raw fish comes at a premium wherever you buy it. It's on the top floor of a shopping mall so no particular ambience or aesthetic attraction. Does the job at lunch but nothing special.

I do enjoy eating here, there is a good range of food and all healthy options. The sauces on the tables are a great touch to spice up a meal.

Nice lunch, with fresh products. Vegetarian/vegan choices. Drinks proposed are unusual but very good; just a little expensive! You have the possibility to charge your mobile directly at your table!

I ordered veggie gyoza noodle bowl and mine had pork in it! Unacceptable. Very disappointed especially for a non meat meater. All went in the bin...

Quite expensive in my opinion but it's the best DEAL 30 mins before they close because they have a 50% discount. Then the value matches the price and it's perfect. I visit it very often.

Healthy lunch options Japanese style

Big enough that even on a busy lunch youll find a seat to eat in. Service always quick and efficient!

It's an Itsu, nothing more and nothing less. Commercialised Japanese pre-prepared fast food served in a clean modern environment. If you're hungry and need a quick bite it's ok but an hour later you're going to have forgotten what you had for lunch.

Normalmente me pop en aquí una vez a la semana y sacar el salmón sobre una cama de arroz. Es mi plato favorito aquí, aunque he probado algunas de las ollas calientes. Es sabroso, particularmente la salsa teriyaki, y relación calidad-precio bastante buena. La única pega es el salmón tiene la extraña poquito de carne gris ahora y de nuevo, pero es fácil ver.

Ordered brown rice potsu, the rice is undercooked. It's hard, like pieces of raw rice. The basil leaves are old. chicken tastes old like it's leftovers or something. Feels like it's been microwaved like you get one side lukewarm and the other side is hot. Dry, over sauces, not the best. There are other branches of itsu, I'd prefer you go there. Avoid this one.

This branch has the fastest till servers. Never a long queue, so clearly they value customer experience. The food isn't as good as Wasabi though (its immediate competitor), in my opinion.

Amor: sabores frescos no itsu demasiado caro. Nos duchamos ensaladas o caja de sushi y luego una taza caliente de vidriosa noddles, además de bebidas. Y funcionó alrededor de £10 cada uno. La decoración es estupenda y hay mucho espacio para sentarse y comer. Me encanta el ethos también: gratis si comprar café de banana; todo a mitad de precio al final del día. Es perfecto para un rápido regalo - por supuesto, no vayas allí para ocasiones especiales...

Hay un montón de tiendas en Londres y que itsu ofrecen la misma variedad de comida japonesa y bebidas con algunas cosas chinas. La calidad es bastante buena, y el precio es decente para este tipo de oferta.

Cogí el pollo katsu desde aquí para comer en el tren a casa después de un día de trabajo de la tarde. Muy sabroso y contundente, de hecho no pude terminar el arroz. Buena relación calidad-precio para waterloo
