I had a lovely time yesterday evening. It was quite busy but the service was still very good. I was served by Princess and she was so lovely and helpful and her recommendation of what ramen to get did not disappoint. It was delicious.

Lovely yuzu ramen, citrusy soup broth was amazing and was a refreshing twist to the tonkatsu. Vibe and atmosphere had a good energy to it, as with the staff here. Klaudia who served us was prompt and kind and let my 5y old and I have a counter seat (5yo wishes..) - extra bowl for noodles, forks for the little one, checked in if we needed anything else. We will visit this outlet again for sure!!

Klaudia was an amazing server. If you can get all three wings, they were amazing. The OG pork Ramen was amazing as well.

Had a lovely mushroom ramen here, staff were very kind and attentive! Which was refreshing after having sat in Wagamamas for 10 minutes prior where I was completely ignored. Also love that they provide hair ties!

We spent a good evening in Bone Daddies Bond Street, we are now loyal customers and have been in all the restaurants. The atmosphere here in Bond street is nice, the food was delicious as always and the staff members are very welcoming, yesterday we have been served by Yash that was extremely polite and helpful from start to finish!

Ramen, buns and the croquettes were too salty. They seem to have enough staff, but the service was bad. We went in and were unsure if we were supposed to wait to grab a table. The restaurant wasn’t crowded, and the staff was just ignoring us without giving any acknowledgement. A guy came in later, was talking on his phone the entire time, and we were unsure if he was working there or no until he asks if we were looking for a table… Then we sit down and they forgot to give us the menu 💀 The food isn’t good enough, and the service wS bad. I wouldn’t recommend.

The food was super good. The cherry on top was the service provided. The staff really made us feel warm and made sure we were happy, they went beyond their services and provided an exceptional experience for us. I am so sorry but I did not like the food at this place. The cocktail was AMAZING but the food is a no no for me. Not really much flavour and the price is too expensive for the quality, I prefer Wagamma's Ramen any day. The service charge is also too high. Will not be back.

Started with the boa buns, the duck WoW...there a must defo have them again..Next main an I buffalo ramen,last day on the menu as its a special an it was exceptionally good so id say keep it on the menupermanently..overall a must..an will be back for more...Big Yes for Bone Daddies.

Excellent service from KAMIL!!!! AND THE EXTRA MILE!!!! I have been a returning Customer for over 8 years to this Bone Daddies shop, so I have always loved it. But today was another level!!! I was recently very ill, so I came in to get a nice healing Ramen. I went for the special requesting it without fresh chilli 🌶️ as since my illness I cannot tolerate heat in food. Unfortunately the dish was still to hot for me. Kamil the waiter was immediately assisting me and offered to replace it with a milder version. I was having the 2nd version when I found that even that will be too much for me. Incredible the patience and understanding Kamil has represented as he offered to have the kitchen prepare something extra extra mild that even me with my extreme sensitivity could tolerate. He gave me the most amazing soup and I could thoroughly enjoy my meal. Kamil I can’t thank you enough for willing to care so much!! Thank you 🙏🏻

Food good, I had the special which was tasty, but if you like bone daddies I would skip this location. The service is non existent to rude. Friday afternoon empty restaurant, forgot part of my order, ignored me, servers went for cig/vape and then didn’t wash hands on return. When asked to take charge off, they didn’t say another word to me.

I recently visited Bone Daddies for the first time, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The star of the afternoon was undoubtedly — the katsu chicken bun was absolutely amazing! The flavours were perfectly balanced, and the presentation was spot-on. A special shout-out to our waitress, Helina, who made the afternoon even better with her attentive and friendly service. She ensured that everything was perfect and truly enhanced our dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back soon. Highly recommend!

The waiter is very kind and considerate. The restaurant is full of orthodox ramen, a little oily.

I love love love this place, feel like home for me when I think about ramen! Service is fantastic. Ramen always have consistency. Omg asabi beer with chill glass! That is the best for my tired work day. Another next best thing is soy sauce soft serve with crispy noodle sprinkle. No one has this! Only bone daddies! This is my second kitchen!
