Amazing, everything was delicious, and the place it was nice and clean up , all my thanks to Natan he was professional and friendly thank you.

I think everyone love Wagamama's for a reason, and I think that reason is right. The atmosphere in Wagamama's in Nottingham is so different to every wagamama's I've ever been to. You can sit down next to a random group of people because of the nature of the table plan and have the best conversation. The food here is also top notch. I've never complained or sent food back. It is some of the best Asian inspired food in Nottingham. I had the Pork Ramen. It was so tender. The staff are very chatty and friendly. If you're about and fancy some noodles. Come here!

Came here pre theatre, having been disappointed by Slice n Brew round the corner. The staff could not do enough for us - real care was taken over my husband’s allergies and the food was quick and excellent. Really good to see the great service is being maintained here. Well done team!

Really nice open spaced restaurant, the staff were friendly and helpful. We did have to wait for a table outside but it was brief and considering it was a Saturday night we were sat down relatively quickly. The drinks and food came out fast. I probably enjoyed the chicken Gyoza’s the most out of the starters, however, I didn’t think the chicken Katsu curry wasn’t worth what they charge. Also it did take a while to get the waiters attention and even longer to receive the bill but like I said it was a Saturday night and extremely busy.

We visited here early evening midweek before a show at the concert hall, we hadn’t been here for a while and loved the new menu. The serving staff were great with plenty of help and advice. We shared a starter of gyoza and enjoyed a lovely chicken and prawn pad Thai and a chicken coconut mare curry The only negatives were that the two main courses arrived a good 10 minutes apart and that there was none of the white Sauvignon Blanc that we ordered and also our next choice of White Pinot Grigio, there was none of that, but thankfully there was a bottle of Pinot Grigio blush.

Rose was such an amazing waitress!! I came in with my boyfriend for a meal and she was so attentive and polite. Had a incredible time thank you so much!!

Visited for a mid week meal whilst staying in Nottingham for work, no need to book with enough space for us. Friendly staff and food came quick, enjoyed our meal and good atmosphere.

Incredible food at fair prices. Nice and air conditioned inside. The staff was friendly and they make sure to ask if you have any dietary restrictions. Plenty of vegetarian options too.

Came today to have some lunch. The food was amazing. Everything was fresh and hot came really fast and I can only praise how wonderful Jesse was she was a star. Highly recommend her and the company should be thrilled that they have a worker like this always smiling bubbly and full of energy as someone from being outside of UK. This is what I call customer service five star on everything highly recommend that you guys come here and get some food

I recently visited Wagamamas with one of my best friends. It was not the experience I had anticipated but the wonderful staff made everything so much easier. I’d had a lot going on in my life around that time and unfortunately suffered a panic attack whilst sat at the table. I’d never experienced this before and was very upset. Unfortunately all I wanted was to go home and didn’t feel able to stay. We’d not eaten our food and I asked the staff if we could take it with us. I’ve been eating at wagamamas for years and years and the food never fails. But this review is mainly to highlight the kindness of the staff. They made me feel comfortable and calm. They were so lovely to me and just said they wanted me to be ok. The manager was a gem and really sympathised with my situation; she actually removed our bill which was above and beyond anything I’d ever expect from a restaurant. Thank you to all the staff for supporting me; you were all absolutely wonderful.

Review time!!!!! I’ll start by saying I haven’t come to Wagamama’s for just over a year, it’s not really a ritual place for me. But in the week my boyfriend said I think we’re due a Waga’s date and we came. We started and sat where we wanted to because it wasn’t all that busy, about 7pm, greeted by one waitress but then had a lovely chat with another. Kez, Kezia gave fab interactions without being overbearing. Thanks for that. You added to the experience. My friends recommended their new cocktails and food menu but I won’t lie I am a bit of a repeat orderer. But we gave it a go with: BBQ Korean beef bao buns Kokopanko chicken - which Kez recommended Katsu chicken (obvs) Yaki soba with chicken & prawn Drinks - My partner had their Thai chilli margs and I had a lychee blush sangria I’m not one to rant and rave about Wagamamas right but I think this might have been the best meal I’ve had in about 3 months. It was such an enjoyable experience, the food came out pretty quickly and mostly all together (no more than 3ish minutes a part). The food was so fresh, hot, and damn tasty. Do you have new kitchen staff? The Kokopanko chicken really impressed me and my partner, such a wonderful mixture of flavours. Definitely recommend. Even though I made us get a katsu which I feel is pretty basic, it’s a classic for a reason and I am lucky enough to have a partner than goes halves on me with mains as well as side. We were ever so pleasantly surprised with the cost to! A tiny bit over £30 per person for all of this. Thanks. Would definitely recommend and definitely will be back to try more of the new(ish) menu!

10/10 atmosphere, Amelia was absolutely incredible, so attentive, informative a dream. We had an allergy at the table and they explained in depth the food preparation, putting us all at ease. Give them a pay rise 💕

Haven’t been to this Wagamama’s before but the food was great, some new items on the menu which looked nice. Service was good, and was very impressed.

The menu is very extensive and lots of options for veggies and vegans. My husband opted for the beef ramen which he loved. We shared the vegan k-dogs, veg gyoza and the roti bread which were all lovely. I did however find that my main dish of coconut tofu curry with rice was bland sorry! It is also not the cheapest place to eat. Staff were however very good.

I came with my family for a birthday. There were quite a few of us with various dietary preferences. Our server, Alahna, was really helpful and patient. We checked on us a couple of times. Food was great as usual.

I had the beef brisket ramen dish. I found the broth to be a bit too peppery not to my liking. Wouldn't have it again. Service was also poor.

Brenda was the friendliest server and made sure we are happy, accommodated our special requests, she made our wagamama experience amazing! Would definity eat here again.

The food was as expected, great!. . . Service was exceptionally good, too! The atmosphere was a little low but purely due to the time of visits. Highly recommend to any wagamama fans or even if it's your first try! Staff are extremely friendly and always willing to help.

Highly disappointing. Three main meals; first arrived after 5mins, the second meal after another 20mins, and the third, 15mins later still. The third main was incorrect, and on second presentation was still incorrect. The second main was Pad Thai with tofu. There were just four pieces of tofu. I asked the server if this was typical, and was told that amounts are weighed out. As someone who eats tofu regularly, this was about 40g...my typical serving being 150g. Whilst the food quality was not awful, the portion size and poor timings of our meals made our social event far less enjoyable. We decided to leave wothout ordering sweets treats & drinks. Will not be returning to any Wagamamas if this is the standard now.

Always a great experience! Although too much salt in kid’s edamame beans. Kids enjoyed their meal. Good portions and tasty food.

Service was good, staff were lovely. I had a hot pot, tasted like the reminents of a dishwasher filter (how I imagine it to taste). Tried my sons grilled chicken ramen.. again, bland as supremely hydrated piss. Tried my brothers rice thing, he liked it to be fair, I found it very sub. My lychee gin tasted like a cheapo air fresher. Probably just my taste, but I really disliked it and paying 117 quid left me very :/. Some of you might like it tbf? Acquired taste. I don't think I'll ever go again.

I ordered a spicy chicken hotpot, however, as it arrived i was unpleasantly surprised. There was no chicken. This upset me, as that was the main ingredient that I had ordered the dish for. Please improve the service, as the disappointment I felt while viewing the dish was immense compared to the delectable taste of the hotpot.

Always loved the food and the customer service is always great but today was different, shout out to Amelia and Anastasia for making our dining so much better, they were really nice, funny, and generally really cool people. Also Amelia had an amazing playlist.

Nice place to eat tasty food, it seems a simple designed place but it's a very warm restaurant, the dishes in general are very good and the stuff very helpful always with a smile, I ll be back soon for my next meal for sure

Wagamama fan since they opened their first restaurant in London. Great new menu additions, love the Korean inspired hotpot with tofu and spicy makarel. Loooved the shou pastry desert! VERY DISAPPOINTED that the raw juice and carrot juice were taken off the menu. Tried all other variations - nothing compares.

Hands down my favorite place to eat and this was my first time. Everything from quality of the food to the uniqueness of the menu especially drinks, it’s not easy to make drinks fun and they did just that, never seen anything like the menu aswell as how fast the food came, the staff was beyond lovely lots of diversity and they were very thoughtful and polite. I loved everything about this places

Food was bland. Pad Thai was bland, dry, tasteless, desperately lacking flavour. Waste of money. Also, there was a hair in it. Pad Thai is supposed to burst with flavour. Shamefully Wagamama. Your standards have dropped significantly over the past years. It's always a hit and miss. From now on, we will give u a miss, always.

Wonderful vegan options but lack of authenticity. The menu items are not explained well so it’s always a bit of a surprise of what u find once u order. The price is quite high compared to other places but it is kid friendly which is good

Food was very high quality, and filling. Shame that the dishes can come out at differing times, but I understand that it's because it is cooked fresh and served. But at the same time, slightly annoying if you're waiting 5-10mins while the rest of your table eats. Can't fault the food.

The food is wonderful, one of my favourite places to eat. Service does become slow when busy however all staff are kind and welcoming. Would 100% reccommend coming here if you are vegetarian as they have a vast selection of food to choose from.

This was my first time at the restaurant ever and I was immediately impressed by the atmosphere and the quick service we were greeted with! the food came quickly and you could tell it was fresh and made with care, it was delicious!! our server Nicole took great care of us making sure that everything was in order and it made the experience a really lovely one!!! As soon as my family and I stepped in, we were greeted by one of the staff members and taken to our table. The waitress was really friendly and it made the atmosphere a lot better. Upon ordering, we were told that the food is cooked fresh and it might take a while for it to come out as expected at a restaurant. To our surprise, the first order came in less than 10 minutes, and the rest of the food was served by another 10 minutes. So off to a great start. At first I had the pork ramen, which was quite good (7.5/10). What I had next was the yasai katsu curry and it was extremely delicious(9/10). I would recommend it to anyone who chooses to visit wagamama. However, the salad served on the side was quite bitter, so unfortunately I didn't clean the plate. Also, you can drink some fresh green tea for free to warm up and sooth your stomach before or after the food. Overall, I would definitely come here again for the curry! As for the rest of the menu, I'm not certain. Be sure to ask the staff for a spoon or a fork if you aren't good with the chopsticks. Either way, I'm sure you will enjoy your stay!

We arrived just after 12, and the restaurant already looked very busy. However, we were seated within moments by a very friendly waiter, and given menus, etc. Our food and drinks arrived quickly, and it was all piping hot and utterly delicious. The presentation was beautiful, too, and the waiting staff were smiley and super-efficient. We cannot wait to go back!

Fresh food made with quality ingredients served promptly is a winning formula here but as with many Wagamama's; the service is truly exceptional, Amy our waitress being a prime example. Amy was friendly, polite, attentive and actually, the absolutely consummate professional. I liked her style. Top marks to her and also the manager who clearly took great pride in hearing of her team's excellent qualities.

Despite the restaurant being completely full by the time of arrival, we were seated within a couple of minutes and had our food no more than twenty minutes later including both sides, drinks and mains. The food food didn’t arrive at the same time (about eight-ten minutes apart), and it wasn’t the best ramen or curry ever. That said, it was still very tasty and the service was good. Would definitely visit again, but maybe in a quieter day.

Yummy food and great service. We ve been a few times to eat and it’s always good. Got seated straight away. All food came out tasty and hot. I had the me of the cocktails which was amazing. I must say that the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I asked one waiter what was in my salad cus it was really nice. It was Japanese pickles and she got me a bowl of them. Beautiful tasty ramen which could have been warmer but we still enjoyed! We tried the salmon gyoza and we both loved it + the chili squid we always get. We were served by Adam and was amazing! He made sure everything was fine and on point. Will definitely come back.

First time I've been disappointed at a Wagamamas. First meal arrived way ahead of other meals and was finished well before others arrived. One meal was lukewarm so was (politely) sent back but when it reappeared (after other diners had finished eating) it looked awful and as if half the salad was missing. Were on our way to a concert so didn't have time to complain and wait any longer. Won't be returning to this one again.

We have been to a number of different Wagamamas but this was our first visit to the Nottingham one. We ordered our food aware that it comes as and when it's ready however there was a 15minute gap between my husbands meal being served and mine so we ate separately as he had already finished by the time mine came out. My meal was not good - I had Yaki udon noodles with chicken and prawns and they were really greasy to the point I couldn't eat much as the taste of the grease overwhelmed the rest of the dish. All in all it was not enjoyable
