I check every week of it has reopened. The best Chinese in Notts. PLEASE OPEN AGAIN SOON!!

They had a fire in November 22, it's June 23 now and they have still not reopened. Come on we need you back!

I really hope they reopen again soon after the fire, and that they are all OK. I absolutely loved my King Prawn Chow Mein (with rice and onions), and chips with rice and curry sauce. I fancied some tonight and discovered they are still shut. The food is great, and the staff friendly (met them out shopping once in Hyperama).

Although we have moved out of the area we keep returning for our Chinese takeaways. We have tried several different Chinese takeaways in our area of West Bridgford & nothing has come anywhere near as close. Great food and great customer services

I’ve used New Yeung Chow for many years and they always deliver hot, quality food. I’ve never had any complains.

The crispy duck and pancakes were good, but my black bean sauce had way too much garlic in, this is coming from someone who was raised by a woman who put garlic in everything, but I could not eat much of my dinner because it was all I could taste, I don’t know what happened but that was far too overpowering and not enjoyable, and my chips were soggy and underdone so I didn’t eat those either, my first time here and it was disappointing to be honest

Lovely fresh tasty food. Crispy batter on the chicken balls not greasy at all. Special rice packed with prawns/chicken/beef and pork. Chow mien in just the right amount of sauce. The curry sauce is amazing too. Prawn crackers tasty and not at all greasy. Will definitely order again.

Orderd food was told 1 hr delivery unfortunately the meal didn’t turn up couldn’t get through on the phone Couldn’t recommend sorry

Visité con amigos para llevar. las comidas eran muy saladas. Los panecillos de panqueques eran muy picantes y grasientos. Y para rematar las comidas estaban frías había que calentarlas en el microondas. debe ser el peor chino en inglaterra

Absolutely beautiful food would never order from else where

Me and my family had a takeaway last night. The only thing nice about it was the rice. The sweet and sour dish was to sour tasted like vinegar. The chips were soggy. The pancake rolls were full of pepper and bean sprouts and to spicy. The 3 in 1 deal the chips were undercooked and the curry sauce was disgusting. The crispy beef dish just tasted awful will not be ordering from here again.

First time I have used this Chinese takeaway and have to say it was very good. The batter on the chicken balls and spring rolls was crispy and light and the sweet and sour sauce was really tasty without being over sweet and sticky. Pleasant front counter staff took my order which was ready in a few minutes whilst I sat waiting. They also do telephone orders. Parking is available just outside with a handy cash machine next door.

Been having Chinese from here for 40 years always look forward as children and still look forward to having it now now as adults best spring rolls I've ever tasted

Good service the food is tasty and isn't greasy as some Chinese takeaways are I have had food from here before and been very pleased I haven't used the delivery service so can't comment on delivery opening times can be a little erratic they open 5.30 but can be late sometimes so I usually get there for 6.00

My experience at New Yeung Chow was phenomenal! Food was delicious and staff were so friendly, it was unfortunately a little busy but cannot fault them on that... has to be one of the best Chinese food shops ever!

today is the last time I use new young chow be a regular customer for 10 years but the last 2 times I've ordered my rive has been burnt and yet again no meet on the spare ribs what a rip off rang to complain and had the phone pit down on me

Best Chinese take away in Clifton by far and probably best in Nottingham. I’ve tried a lot! Portion size is great, really tasty without being overly salty or oily. Tasted the same for years and years. Pancake rolls are exceptional and the house special chow mien is great.

When wanting to order we are having to try multiple times but can hardly ever get through we have also been in the shop and have seen them ignore and take the phone off the hook. We have had to find another takeaway to go to because they clear don’t want the business

we wasted out money going to this chinese. I am new to area so i went to my local take away, what a mistake, i will never go again. Both the fried rice and the chow mein had bits of carbon in where they hadn't cleaned the wok properly, its such a simple thing but has put me off ever returning. poor show

Ordered at 5.55pm - called at 19.30pm to see where food was and was told to fetch it as they were busy! Avoid if you want food within an hour! There's plenty of other takeaways nearby who without doubt are quicker than this!

Love the yeung yong. Has to be the best meal on the menu. Had it every Friday as a treat since I was little. Could never cope if I moved away

Mostly used as a Friday night takeaway but have used on other nights. Food always good. Delivery is free and pretty fast.

Absolutely fudging disgusting!!! Waited 75 minutes for a 30 minute order (so they said). When it finally turned up it was cold and only half filled a small container, altho menu said large portion (£5.20). Will never use again!!!

Not a lot I can say about the New Yeung Chow takeaway except for being over priced and the food was poor,small portions and poor quality don't bother wasting you money try another Chinese out of Clifton,Best Food Chinese near Raleigh island is excellent

One of the worst Chinese take aways I have ever had. Took 20 minutes longer than stated to be delivered and was not worth the wait. Ribs were chewy. Chicken balls were soggy, egg fried rice tasted like boiled rice, chow mein had a strange taste to it and the crispy chilli beef was disgusting.

The house special Chow Mein is spot on. Fair Prices. Always delivered on time.

Food was terrible when i took it back owners were aggressive. Wouldn't order from here ever again!!!
