Had a plain waffle and a latte and they were both excellent. The service is fast despite it being on busy Oxford Street!

Was great until my daughter found a hair in her ice cream. Way too down in the cup to be hers. Disappointed with what was otherwise a fab sundae.

During my recent stay near Wafflemeister, I decided to give it a try, and it turned out to be a delightful experience. Conveniently located near my hotel, it was a perfect spot for a sweet treat.

The waffle purchased was really very good!

Ice cream, finally found an ice cream parlor on Oxford street. The nice woman was alone, which meant a little waiting, but she was very friendly and tried to get everything done quickly and well. The ice cream was very good and the waffles were also crispy and fresh. I thought it was good value for money. It's a shame that there is no place to sit nearby.

Not fresh, bad taste and cold. Should’t they serve it heated?

I'm not a big fan of waffles, but I decided to give them another try. I found the waffle I had to be a bit soggy, which might be normal for some people, but it wasn't to my taste. Overall, I would rate my experience 3 out of 5. However, I noticed there are many varieties available.

It was a really hot day so I got my son a bubblegum flavoured ice cream. Hours later my son was feeling sick; he had FOOD POISONING!! He had severe diarrhoea and pain for two days. So in conclusion, I will from now on be way more thorough when picking a place to eat from, that place was just not clean and obviously food was not kept up to standards. Absolutely do NOT RECOMMEND!

Less than normal Waffles are chewing gum

They used to serve really good waffles 9 years ago. Now they preheat all the waffles and keep. When you order, they simple preheat it and give you. They are not fresh out of the waffle pan anymore. And hence, it's impossible to even chew them or break pieces with the fork. I used to love this place but now they just aren't what they used to be. I hope the owners see this review and do something about it.

Service is provided by a man who doesn't know how to talk to customers. I said goodbye without ordering. Hoping to close it permanently as soon as possible.

A small take away shop that is delicious and worth a try. The seller is in a good mood.

My first waffle in London, always a nice memory to come back. I enjoyed a very yummy treat with my husband during an evening walk. In pic waffle with Nutella and strawberries, a very generous portion of condiments. For sure a bigger shop would give more justice to this place!

We asked for a scoop of ice cream and got a really small scoop... unpleasant.

I had waited in line for 15mins as the lady in a bonnet didn’t know what she was doing… then to find out that they wasn’t selling no hot drinks because they had already “cleaned the machine” With no sign on communication telling us it was off. No sign, no confirmation and no indication. This was 2 hours before closing.

It was the worst waffle we have ever eaten. Cold waffle and they had no strawberries or bananas left. Unfriendly staff.

Love the waffles here, I travel over 50 minutes to get one as it’s hard to find real Belgian waffles these days. Absolutely delicious, staff sometimes super friendly, sometimes don’t want to be there. I could understand that though. Doesn’t change how great the offering is. Definitely recommend everyone tasting this

You should be ashamed of sending out plain waffles and hot chocolate without a whipped cream that was paid for, not to mention missing toppings, fruits, tissues or a receipt.

The best place for waffles in London, and I expect the one at the end of the street opposite Marble Arch will not follow them because the prices are different and the taste is different.

Giving 3 stars as we have noticed the last few times the waffles aren't hot, much more on the colder side. I know they pre-make them but for the price you pay one would expect to get the right quality.

I came here on a Sunday 3/09 at 4:30pm to order two milkshakes. I asked for a go banana with added Nutella for taste. There were two servers I politely asked if I could add Nutella to my shake she says no quite rudely. I told her every other time I’ve visited I’ve had to issue and that I’m willing to pay extra. Her colleague continued to say no. It was a simple ask. I think they were too lazy as I always get that shake and I ended up walking to Marble Arch and getting the shake anyway. Terrible service. Get new staff respectfully

Nice waffles and ice cream. The customer service wasn’t too great, the girl who was serving was pretty rude and she lacked customer service skills completely.

Loved the waffle with icecream (Dream team) here 👌 coffee was good too. Perfect with your evening walk on Oxford or bond st.

Bought our grandson a cone, and as he took his first bite/lick, the scoop of ice-cream fell to the ground. Without hesitation the lady produced another and the day was saved! Only lost a star as expensive, but the ice cream was delicious, and so I guess that’s Oxford Street rents for you!!

J'ai payé 6£25 la gaufre marshmallow surprise, elle est pâteuse, cuite en avance puis réchauffée. Ma fille l'a trouvé infecte. Je me demande comment des gens ont pu dire que c'étaient les meilleurs gaufres de leur vie. Quand on a l'habitude d'en faire soit même ou d'en manger des bonnes on se rend compte que celle ci est vraiment pas à la hauteur.

Westminster city council needs to shut this down. I came here to wafflemeister a while ago and ordered a marshmallow waffle. I asked if this is peanut free because I have allergy and the staff assured me it was peanut free. Within 20 seconds of my first bite I immediately had an allergic reaction with my throat swelling and breathing become difficult. I could barely speak and was panicking and my friend asked for a refund of which the staff refused! .. then my friend asked for some water so my throat could open to help my breathing.. the staff made us pay for the water!! I could have died and the staff couldn’t have cared less Horrible horrible business

Went here to get bubble tea and a waffle, terrible service at first when talking to a costumer while back is turned. Forgot half of the order (2 bubble teas and a waffle), when the waffle then came it was soggy and the strawberry’s were all soft. Oh, and btw it’s whipped cream and not soft ice on the pictures.

Wafflemeister, what a tasty treat. Delicious ready grab and go waffles - fresh out of the oven and with incredible range of waffles to offer. Go Banana is one of my favourite, the freshness of the bananas complimented the waffles so well. It's a must grab.

Had waffles from here, loved the waffles but hated the customer service. Went to the bond street wafflemeister and we were taking our time to decide on which ones to buy which is obviously being a customer our right to do that and not that we were taking hours to decide or blocking the line or other customers as we were standing on the side and deciding. The girl who had to take the order just rudely asked the person next to him to deal with us as we are taking time to decide and she cannot deal with it. Really need to work on this.

Wouldve given zero stars if possible. Some of the worst customer service I've experienced. So my brother made an order and got it which was fine. Then a few mins later they called out the same order again but no one responded, so for some reason they made another of the same. Anyway some time later I decided to get the same thing for myself so I queued up and ordered, and they decided to give me the one they called out for a while back, which was already half melted by this time. I told them I want a new one because I'm making my order now but for some reason kept saying I made an order before and left and come back? Why would I have paid money and walked off? So anyway they were adamant they didn't want to give me a fresh one, being a customer and paying money! On top of that the staff were so rude and giving attitude about it all, so I told them to forget the whole thing. Horrible place and will never come here again 👎

Delicious waffles, but only when they are fresh out of the oven. There have been a few times when I have been given already made waffles, which did not taste good at all.

Lapse service & extremely slow given they are at Bond Street and expect to be so busy. Always a queue & generally you have to repeat your order 2 times and they still get it wrong! Dont get me wrong - most waffles are fresh & taste amazing but for £7.50 for a waffle and a scoop of ice cream you would expect a bit more. Need more efficient staff

Amazing waffles with great toppings! Service is quick and staff are friendly. The only downside is that there are no tables. Would be much better with a seating area.

The two scoops were HUGE. My man was trying to feed me well! I was not expecting that much of ice cream so it was a sweet surprise at midnight. Just the right place for some simple guilty pleasure.

Waffle was not fresh, did not like it!

“If I could give it a 0 I would, but thats not possible so I give it a 1”. Literally. The service wasn’t great but not bad either. The waffle. First of all they don’t even look like the ones they have on display- when they give it to you, secondly it doesn’t taste nice, was hard, way too creamy and too strong. My friend recommended it and said she really liked it and I should try it with her but then she ended up feeling sick after it? Then she said she got the places mixed up? Anyway I didn’t finish mine which is rare when its a waffle. Walk the extra mile and go somewhere nice I’d say.

Waffle man knows what he's doing. Cream and strawberry one is best imo but I often go plain for value for money. Great waffle either way

Ordered the sharing bundle. 8 huge waffles but accompanied by 4 of the smallest pots of toppings. Also said in the description would include 4 pots of cream..it didn't.

Waffles was disgusting toppings was all off two waffles in one box! Ice creams was in a coffee cup.
