I really loved the atmosphere of the place. The fish with potatoes was lovely in a lovely sauce.It was well presented and flavourful. The service was amazing. The waitress came back several times and asked if we would like to order anything else.

First time I have experienced the bottomless brunch at this venue. Nice vibe with the DJ. Menu gives a choice for the main dish. Sharing starters is set. Food is ok. Drinks within the package are good. Service was a little hit and miss

First bar i've been to in a while where I really felt a passion from the bartender as I ask for a gimlet and Taylor proceeded to not only make a delicious gimlet but was also able to show me some variations to said drink, while being able to expertly help my friends with recommendations from the general spirt that they drink. Looking forward to going back soon

If you go for brunch. You can expect lovely food. The steak was delicious. However, i had 7 drinks (bottomless brunch) and I was not drunk. So i think that there was not much alcohol in peach and honey

Went to The Botanist to celebrate a birthday and was astonished with the service! Taylor provided me and my friends with wonderful drinks, giving us lovely recommendations when we weren't too sure what to get. Highly recommend.

I went here on vacation and the service was exceptional. The bartender Taylor gave me some really good drink recommendations and was super friendly. Although the toilets weren't working when I went there but overall a great experience!

Came for a bottomless brunch. Slow service, on a not very busy Saturday mid day booking. Food portions are very small. We were a party of 6. One that had a food allergy. Notified at time of booking and then many times when we arrived. Still served food to an intolerant person containing the item we stated shouldn’t be added. Drinks were slow to be ordered and the slow to arrive.

Nice drinks, the service was a little slow on the table but very nice vibe.

I went here on the 10th. The manager was incredible. I’m gluten intolerant and she went out of her way to make sure I could have something that would not cause a flare up. I really struggle when I eat out to get something that doesn’t cause me to be sick

Came for Bottomless brunch in the early afternoon, was absolutely spectacular. Drinks were good and good food. Came also for lunch last 2 weeks. Alina, Alicia and Albiona? I think her name was amazing

Given a half price voucher for food and drink. All the food except for steak (which was too touch and replaced)was excellent quality and flavour. Good choice of drinks, cocktails, beer and wine. The service was excellent and the girl who served us was very efficient , polite and helpful. She kept checking if all was ok, great service. Visited other restaurants for this company but our first visit to this one. Will be happy to return. Really enjoyed our visit.

The drinks got progressively more expensive as the night went on with no explanation. 8:30pm Single Tanqueray and Tonic - £9.80 11pm same drink - £11.50

LEWIS is the best server I have ever experienced. So attentive and so lovely, and gave us everything we needed when requested. Great atmosphere

We booked the unlimited brunch with friends. The booking process for groups was quite strict (paying in advance, preordering a week before the date), but in the end everything we needed was accommodated, including our last-minute changes. All staff were polite, patient, and professional. The price is reasonable and the brunch has good value for money offering enjoyable drinks and dishes. The premises were quite large and had a pleasant atmosphere. The place seemed well maintained, clean, and looked after. We all had a lovely time and recommend it for any occasion.

Quite the surprise this restaurant! A good one! Good, tasty food! They also easily adjust for gluten free food and have nice options on the menu!

We decided to book a work meal to celebrate Xmas and we wanted just that a meal where we could talk and catch up and not talk about work. I'm going to sound super old but the music was so loud and it was really busy, party central for a Tuesday which would be brilliant for a night out but not when you are wanting to sit down and eat a nice meal. The party next to us kept bumping into us where we were sat eating. It's like it can't decide what sort of place it wants to be, nice dining or party place. I've never been here before so I had no idea it was like this. Would love to come on a night out but not for food again. Having said that the food tasted lovely although one of our party asked for some items not to be included on her meal which we advised when pre booking however the dinner came with all the trimmings and the waitress could not hear us telling her it was wrong and we just gave up in the end. As I say great for a night out with drinks and friends not so great if you want a meal with work colleagues

Haven’t been allowed to get back in after I went out for a cigarette, no explanation given just not allowed to get back in which ruined a good night out! Thanks the botanist.

We didn't eat so can't review that element but the plates coming out looked good. We were a big group on company night out after our Christmas lunch elsewhere. We often have issues turning up to venues on mass when drinks have been had previously , but Kevin was amazing! Friendly , welcoming, accommodating and helpful in ensuring we had wristbands for a tab vs shouting out a number that anyone else could have used. A huge shout out to Julia at the bar who was just sensational. Professional and lovely warm character despite being run off her feet. Thank you for making our evening a success. Merry Christmas xx

A few drinks with work colleagues. A great pub with music and great atmosphere.

Don’t eat here if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies. They are incredibly careless with dietary restrictions and served a vegan member of our party a dish with egg and cheese, despite our notifying the restaurant several times (in our preorder, while emailing management to double check that the dish was vegan , and several times IN the restaurant).

The absolute best brunch today. Food was 10/10 and the drinks were topped up really quickly. I’ve been to a lot of brunches and this is one of the best. Love that you can mix all different drinks and you don’t have to just have Prosecco. Didn’t realise there was a singer that was a lovely surprise! Will be returning.

Great location, super chilled and cosey. The food was top draw and the staff attentive. Unfortunately the G&Ts were fairly dull, presentation wise as well as taste? And the cheese board was at best lack lustre and at worst insulting given the prices on menus these days.

The place itself is very nice but there's a lack of non-alcoholic cocktail options... I asked for a recommendation and they weren't sure and said I could have a virgin passion fruit something but it was so sweet I had a headache. :(

Nice restaurant and vibes. Food was good but disappointed about how slow it was to arrive considering we preordered. Although drinks were topped up regularly, lots of the orders were muddled and the cocktails definitely didn't contain much alcohol.

I bought some drinks at the bar tapping my card, the barman said my payment was declined & I should tap again ( stupidly I didn’t ask for the decline slip) discovered it had gone through my bank twice. It was difficult to get someone to refund my money despite giving them all the codes they needed to trace it that my bank gave me, clearly both went through within 1 minute. 11 days later got my refund after lots of calls & emails. I asked for an explanation and now they are ignoring emails. Check any payments you make at this bar, mistakes happen but I was told payment declined when it hadn’t so I think that comes under fraud ( but they won’t answer that question)

Amazing place. We have been coming to Broadgate Circle for years and the bars and restaurants can always be a bit hit and miss. We have finally settled on our favourite place and it gets better every time we go! Food, drinks, service could not...

I am really sad to give this review because the waiter and bar staff were brilliant. However I booked this place for my work leaving drinks for 18 people. There were multiple rounds of drinks and shots with a few nibbles (of course with tips) and we finished at 8pm. However we were approached by a member of staff about a food order that had been ordered by another party and mistakenly delivered to us (nothing extravagant, a few chips etc). At the time we had said it was a mistake but they still gave it to us. Despite telling the member of staff it wasn’t us who placed the order, he aggressively pushed that we had to pay for it regardless. At the time, as a compromise, I had offered to pay 50% but he wasn’t having any of it. I have woken up this morning, with the money taken from my card authentication without my permission. For this reason my team and I will not be coming back because we’re really disappointed at how aggressive this member of staff was and what the outcome was.

Visited on 21 September and had a dreadful experience. We waited over an hour for our meal, whilst others who arrived after us were served When the meals did arrive the order was incorrect, cod was presented instead of lamb. We waited another 15 minutes for the correct dishes to arrive. But the food was not edible, hard potatoes, cold fish, tough lamb. I will not visit this restaurant again

Dinner in a perfect setting, great ambience and great food. Enjoyed fast and attentive staff attending our needs this evening. Menu had a varied selection and drinks were delicious. We are coming back tomorrow for bottomless brunch!

Went bottomless brunch for my friend’s birthday. I would say it’s the worst bottomless brunch I’ve been. Both me and my friend’s food is very salty and I even found hair in my food. Even though the staff replaced my food quickly, it still makes me doubt the hygiene of the kitchen. Cocktails don’t taste very nice. It’s definitely not worth £56/person, there’re so many other restaurants you can go in London for better food and drinks with this price. I normally would expect either the food or the drinks to be nice for a bottomless brunch but this place has nothing to stand out. Will not recommend anyone to try their bottomless brunch. I emailed this company 2 weeks ago as they advised in the response. However, I still haven’t heard from them. They surely don’t care about their customers!

This is my favourite pub in London—primarily because it is also one of the best patios in London. When Broadgate Circle gets packed with the after-work crowd, there is no better place, especially on a sunny day. I like the beers on tap and the interior as well.

Lovely place for a few drinks and a bite to eat

Weekdays it's buzzing, even on a Tuesday when we last went. Super slow service at the bar.

Left a jacket in this place (with AirPods in the pocket) whilst leaving at close. Called numerous times and left a few messages with no answer or callback (despite answering machine saying they would call back). Would assume likely stolen by staff. To add insult to injury, Guinness was poor and served in the wrong glass. Would avoid on the whole.

Order drinks at the bar for expedience. During weekend much quieter and more space to enjoy if weather is good. During the week packed by City workers. Usual drinks. It's kept nice and clean, so come back here often when need a convenient place to meet around Liverpool Street Station.

We had bottomless brunch here, it was good! However we have since been charged twice and we have been unable to get hold of anyone to speak to them and get this refunded. We are now £400 out of pocket and awaiting a reply.
