Every single time I order something from waffle box I don’t know what to get but I ask the worker for a suggestion and every time I get a different thing but I have never regret ordering anything from there especially the waffles. Best Waffles in town!

i was one of your first customers and i was patient but - seriously. it was a good milkshake . BUT I ordered a chocolate milkshake - a squirt of chocolate sauce and a vanilla ice cream shake IS NOT a CHOCOLATE milkshake . you need chocolate ice cream for that. I remember why I stopped ordering from you. make a good chocolate milkshake or take chocolate off your menu. miss sold

Absolutely diabolical. Came here after praying 20 rakats taraweeh hoping for a nice cookie dough. Spent £6 on an absolute disasterclass from the employees. As I was ordering he was ringing his colleague to support him. Look at this incompetent staff. The portion size was smaller than a penny. I am 16 years old and get paid £6/h. That was my earnings I spent and it was absolutely disgraceful. It took 45 minutes just for a singular cookie dough. DO NOT come here for your own sake unless ur trying to get scammed. Really small portions and took too long to make one order absolutely so expensive for no reason had to wait 30 minutes for one ice cream please consider your decisions about your prices they are hideous £5.50 for one waffle stick mad!!

Don’t even bother coming here!! Waste of money ,spent around £30 and I wish I could get money back. To be honest I think this place has poor facilities and they should consider of shutting down their business. I waited for around 2 hours and they messed my order up this place is not up to a good standard and they should consider shutting their business down.

I recently enjoyed delicious waffles topped with creamy ice cream and rich chocolate at Wafflebox. The flavors were divine, and the service was exceptional. I highly recommend it for a delightful treat with great service.

On the 15/12/23, I placed an order from WaffleBox Nottingham. When it arrived i opened the box and to my surprise, all 3 of the waffles i ordered had been drowned and doused in chocolate sauce to the point where it was impossible to visualise the waffle itself. I am disgusted by the services i received on that day and would like a refund as soon as possible. I can provide picture evidence if needed.

Absolutely love this place. Me and my son love the milkshakes and the fact they come with a plastic straw is a bonus. Very polite and quick. My new place to order from 👌🏻

I am very disapointed with my order as i ordered about £50 of desserts and it was super small portions and i ordered the brownie and a blondie was sent and we were very upset about this because the wrong item was sent and it was super dry and i ordered a oreo milkshake and it tasted like a vanilla milkshake as it has soo much vanilla in it and it was super sweet. This shop is very misleading as they say they make "freshly baked BELGAIN waffles" and there was only 2 tiny waffle sticks and 3 people were meant to share this. All i have to say about this place is save your money and go elsewhere as it is cheaper and they have bigger portions.

Best waffles I had and I tried many! It was perfect, generous with sauce, fresh raspberries. Milkshake was thick, creamy and delicious. Everything was packed nicely and big 👍🏼 for plastic straws. Quick delivery, overall 5* highly recommended!

Delicious Oreo waffle the Oreo milk shake was more ice cream than Oreo so a little disappointing

The waffles are amazing, however when placed the order on the phone I was told there has been a price increase but I placed an order for 3 regulars and 1 large strawberry bliss which came to £23 however the person who served me charged me £25 instead. Here is a breakdown of the order 5.50 X 3 = 16.50 and one large 6.50. So the total does come up to 23 not 25.

Really good quality in food they deliver, however, the last 2 times we’ve ordered from here the food has arrived over an hour late on one occasion and 25 minutes late on the second occasion. I’d recommend ordering from here though as like I said, it is really good quality and tasty.

Food took 1 hr 40 to arrive and the driver wouldn’t get out of his car to deliver it! Unacceptable service

Food ordered 8.40pm, advised 35-40 minutes. By 10.15pm had not arrived. Tried to cancel, didn’t answer the phone. Food arrived just before 11pm after we had gone to bed. Declined the delivery and asked for refund, no reply.

Rude staff, over 2 hours waiting and when I tried to get a refund they told me they hadn’t taken the money even though my PayPal showed a transaction. Told me 2 excuses at why the order was delayed including the app being down (the restaurant has to approve the order) And then apparently someone’s car broken down! Horrendous service and refused refund wouldn’t advise ever again.

I'd give it 6 stars if i could. After trying to decide what to order one night i googled 'best milkshakes Nottingham' this came up and i obviously doubted it at first however after reading the owner (or whoever does their reviews) replying to some of the one star reviews and laughing for longer than i should have, we ordered. The most delicious and perfectly thick milkshakes you will every try, backed up with gorgeous cookie dough as well as the best waffle sticks I have ever eaten!! Will be ordering again :D (only downside is the cookie dough could be a teeny bit bigger but for the price and the fact this is Nottingham its pretty damn good)
