Me and my wife have been here twice now both times have been great the staff are friendly and helpful and the choices are great

Was looking forward to come here for a smoke last night here for the first time but met with a rude bouncer. The guys unprofessional and doesn’t know how to do his job, after being let in despite him saying some weird stuff I spent £30 and went toilets. No signs for the male female toilets so went in to first one (no one else was there) and after leaving the guy was just plain rude to me and my girl. After causing a scene we didn’t want to stay here with such a bad service and decided to leave and go somewhere else. When we left the same old, black bouncer was eyeing my girl trying start a fight and I asked him what he was looking at and he stated dismissing it so I just left, the guy pushed me out the door even when I was walking out and I turned around and he cowarded away. Never come here if you want to relax, spend your money elsewhere deserving such as Saracens in town where they don’t have weirdo bouncers. Worst service ever!!

The establishment doesn't particularly cater to middle-aged individuals , It seems to target a demographic aspiring with a notable emphasis on those interested in a thug persona, evident by the stringent ID check at the entrance. The female staff attire appears to be on the provocative side, and one staff member seemed physically uncomfortable. While the food and music were satisfactory, the customer service received a modest rating of 5/10, with a few staff members displaying signs of discontent. I find myself in a mixed opinion about the experience – it had both positive and negative aspects, leading me to a middle-of-the-road score. While I do smoke, I prefer not to do so around food. I believe having designated smoking areas would be a suitable solution. The abrupt 10-minute notice to leave was unexpected and somewhat odd, creating a rushed atmosphere. Overall, this experience leaves me hesitant about returning. Theres potential for significant improvement.

Had my daughters birthday celebration at Hukka lounge yesterday. The staff and bouncers were so welcoming. They were really supportive with the last minute arrangements, the level of service was 5*. The food was dellicious ( I write that part on behalf of all who those attended :) The atmosphere was amazing. Thank you guys. you made my daughters birthday the best! See you soon!!!

Came to see what they hype was about. We had food cocktails and Shisha BASIC it’s just an aesthetic place to take photos

Travelled from out of town to visit this place on Friday and was disappointed, because the clothing was questioned and ID was requested which we never had as we wouldn't be carrying that with us to a shisha place. Also we were told we can stay there till 9pm bare in mind it was almost 8pm when we arrived, however we were told to go get ID first before going in. How coudl we when we travelled from out of town. We were actually shocked like these strict rules that existed in a shisha bar that too in Nottingham I mean come on if it was London then yes. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. These guys want posh people coming there. .

I would advise against endorsing this establishment. My wife and I visited with the intention of enjoying our time, but unfortunately, the service fell significantly short. Regrettably, the staff member declined our request to be seated at a chosen table, despite the available space. The place was empty!

This place is so beautiful. Just go there!

Had the butter garlic king prawns. The prawns were cooked well and tasted great, especially with the lemon squeeze. The salad was fresh and the fries were just perfect. Atmosphere is brilliant too with friendly staff. Just try to be well dressed as they have some rules before they decide to let people in

I liked the place but felt like leaving before even entering. I understand security has to check for ID but please don’t touch me and don’t talk that way, it was very unwelcoming. Once inside the atmosphere was nice, staff was alright and a good variety in the menu.

Lovley atmosphere, slightly loud and unfortunately the guy with the hat was a little unfriendly. But I would return.

I rarely ever give a one star review. The reason this is one of them is because this was my experience of the place :- 1. They were rude to me at the entrance and did not let me in, and the reason given was because I came on a scooter and they wanted me to just dump it outside on the pavement and because I was wearing joggers. 2. They do not have any parking spaces. 3. The dress code is very restrictive. Dress revealing or go home???? 4. The place seems pretty boring and not really a lit space if you wanna just chill and get high and vibe. I wouldn't recommend going here. Lots of better places around Nottingham to explore. Happy vibin' 💟

Such a bad place never go there. The staff were so rude and intimidating. Never go again. They were so rude. Go if you want to get into a fight with one of them. Not worth the money. We were so respectful and calm never gave attitude. Worse place ever.

The place is great looks amazing but the customer service is awful would not recommend this place at all. The shisha didn't work properly they refused to change it impossible to order and drinks from staff overall not a good experience I'd save your money and not bother going

Would not recommend this place at all. We spent money on food, drink and shisha but after a couple of hours we were told, quite rudely, to leave. The manager is the only polite person here. If you want to spend over £500, spend it at another establishment. Don’t waste your time coming here.

The night started off well, a surprisngly nice atmosphere given the less than impressionable frontwards appearance. However, the service overall was poor. Our first waiter was rude and spoke down to us, asking us to be quiet when the table next too us were somwehat rowdy. Soon after the next waitress was also as rude. It was felt by our table that out strong non-caucasian characterstics may have been a factor in the way we were treated. I would NOT recommend this place

Everything was 10/10. Loved it! Going to come everyday. Didn’t have to wait for a table on a Friday night but was still busy. Immaculate vibes.

Hostile staff. Didn’t want to seat us at convenient tables (even though the heaters where broken and not our fault) as we was there wer8 of us. We spent over £200 on food and drinks and was freezing cold. We had to eat in these conditions but put our foot down and spoke to the manager who somewhat aided the situation. He moved us to a warmer spot as there were many available and that is all we asked for. The same rude staff (who didn’t want to seat us) came over to us and told us we have to move soon. Then gave us a time limit. Will never spend money there again. They had: burnt chairs Broken heaters Rude staff Food not great Had no clue about allergies and intolerances.
