Very Good Food. The only thing this place lacks is a strong atmosphere, however this could be it was only early afternoon. Amazing options for everyone.

Went in August 2024. Very nice place, good location with parking outside. Varied menu with lots of variations. Waitress was very willing to recommend alternative drinks to avoid the boycott drinks such as coca cola etc. All in all a very good restaurant for small families or large gatherings.

Have been to Jpingo's a number of times. Each time the food is very good. Have tried most of the menu, burgers, steaks, pizza and their sharing platters. Also a nice mocktail menu. Something for all the family with good kids menu as well. Highly recommend.

We stayed over at a nearby hotel and went here based on a little research and then a recommendation from the receptionist. Food exceptional, I had the lamb chops and creamy mash, complimentary warm bread and dips to start. This is an alcohol free restaurant but they served fantastic cocktails and 0% wine which was really nice. Finished off with a superb espresso Nice and quiet atmosphere, lovely staff who provide great service, highly recommended.

First visit and really impresed. We had the 1/2 metre platter for 2 which we couldnt finish but the mix of food was excellent and really tasty.

Good honest filling food. Great if you're on a deadline. Popped in our way to a gig at the nearby MotorPoint Arena and we were seated really quickly, our orders taken (we did the half metre sharing platter). Portions are huge, service is very friendly. Perfect meal for the situation

Really friendly service, we unknowingly arrived 5 minutes before the kitchen closed and they still accommodated us with the half metre platter. The platter is really good value and tasty & it's nice to try lots of different bits of the menu too!

Food was good (jpingo chicken sizzler) , waitress was great, only issue is ferrero rocher milkshake could have been thicker but it was still nice.

I got a fillet combo, the meat was great and the sauce too, the pasta not so much but overall amazing. Dessert was also good.

It was our second visit and we're going back soon. The food was perfect and the service was so friendly. They don't serve alcohol but they have a huge selection of drinks.

From the time we went in, we didn't feel welcome. The staff just seemed to want us out as soon as possible. The only saving grace was that the food was super. But be warned it is a dry house.

The food is always lovely, the staff are friendly and fast, and the drinks are really nice; as someone who doesn't drink alcohol, it's great to have somewhere with a wide selection of tasty stuff that's all alcohol free. A honest review Very reasonable priced. £50;for 4 peeps Resturant was 3/4 full. Food came very fast. So you know it's not freshly cooked. The clucker burger was salty amd not freshly made. Rest was OK. But I think it might be the last time we visit. Friendly staff.

As usual the hot shot parmesan was exceptional and we tried the peri peri variety for the first time, so so so good and juicy and tender.

Enjoyed a really nice meal here tonight with my hubby. My steak my lovely, although missing the tomatoes. But the staff sorted it out as soon as I let them know. The two waitresses serving were really friendly and the best part is that they had a lovely side room for prayer which meant no need to rush our meal.

Decided to go here based on positive online reviews but was still in two minds beforehand as everytime the place had a bad reviews, it seemed to be followed with quite a few 1st time reviewers giving 5 star reviews, which did make us question if they were genuine, anyway gave it the benefit of doubt and like I said, we decided to go. Ordered the following items, Ribeye steak, fillet steak and salmon teriyaki The salmon teriyaki was of decent taste but the fillet was definitely on the smaller side in my opinion. Now getting on to the steaks. Asked for the ribeye to be cooked medium and the fillet steak to be cooked medium rare. Unfortunately when the steaks arrived the ribeye was cooked medium well, more well than medium and the fillet was cooked medium well aswell. Taste was lacking and the flavour wasn't all that. Peppercorn sauce was definitely 🔥 but the garlic mushroom sauce was far to watery. Drinks wise the mojito was not to my liking, but the koppenberg drinks was something different to the usual drinks, so was a plus... Like I always say everyones taste buds differ and opinions are different and this is just my honest opinion. I still think giving it 3 stars out of 5 is being alittle generous.

Close the the train station and nice ambience,food and service. I ordered sizzler which was good and pizza is made on authentic bread unlike thick dough one gets from the take aways. I would recommend this place if you are in Nottingham and want to enjoy your meal in a nice relaxing environment.

I have been coming back to Jpingo's every few months to dine in and also get the occasional take away. Great food, great service and great prices every time. A wide selection of choices on the menu and each one has been excellent.

5 staff around the bar all talking and not paying attention on customers had to wave to get there attention, ordered 2 steaks with side and what a disappointing experience, steaks where not seasoned at all bland taste and lots of hard fatty parts which were disgusting and unreadable, peppercorn sauce was like a bland cream sauce no peppercorn in there, side of grilled veg was soggy overboiled veg again no seasoning, spicy rice were in fact veg rice no spice, overall a unpleasant experience would not go back not sure how they are still operating with poor food? Don't waste ur money

Very good food with very friendly service. The American Burger and the Chicken Butterfly Steak were very tasty. Unfortunately there is no full beer here, but that's worth it given the taste of the food. Now we go to a pub. 😀

The food is delicious! I had the grilled chicken tights and they were amazing. The fries are very good! They gave us warm bread with 3 dips appetizer on the house. The food came quick and the staff is super friendly. I love their candyfloss mocktail! I recommend the restaurant and I'll come back to try more things!

Really good food. Service wasn't great, had to ask for drinks after sitting for 15 minutes after arriving. Then had to ask for menus. Never got anymore drinks even after ordering.

The place was packed and rightly so, we ordered the 4 persons platter. The service was a bit slow but every single table was full so the staff must've been super busy. 10/10 on the food! And 10/10 for the front of house guy! 👍🏻

We came here for a meal before a panthers game and it was excellent. Rib eye steak were cooked perfect and the wings were great.

I love this place. Just everything about it is amazing. I dont live in Notts, but every time we come here, we eat at Jpingo's. I highly recommend it
