Waffle Away in East Devon

So, I’m quite partial to a waffle both savoury and sweet and I happen to think I am a bit of an expert lol. I had the Biscoff Waffle and it was so freaking awesome that I nearly went back again that evening (even though I was so full and knew I wouldn’t have been able to eat two). The waffle is superb and the texture is on point, the topping was perfect and a good ratio to waffle. Guys whatever you are doing, keep doing it as what you produced was the best I’ve ever had and I will be back!!!

Visited with friends and family. My wife is picky and my kids can be a pain, but the staff were really nice, accommodating, and the desserts were really good. We'd already had a big meal but little of the waffles were left. Highly recommended.

Ordered waffle away in exmouth over Uber eats at 9pm. At 9:55, 5 minutes before they shut I rang as still hasn’t heard anything about when are order was being delivered and could see the Uber driver waiting at the restaurant. The girl didn’t seem to know and said the order hadn’t been made but would do it ASAP. It arrived at 10:20 missing toppings off the waffle, missing the icecream and the milkshake half empty yet they had now closed so couldn’t ring up and get it sorted. We could see the Uber eats guy was waiting from 9:35pm on the app to collect and deliver the order to us. When he finally turned up he said he had gone into the shop multiple times asking about the order yet wasn’t given a clear answer by the workers and pushed aside.

First time having Waffles from this place. Very disappointed. Toppings very poor in quantity. Only had 4 small slices of banana on mine. Very expensive for what we had. Would not recommend.

Ordered 3 waffles and all were presented beautifully and tasted gorgeous! Thanks to Isla and Kelly for making them , will definitely be coming back soon!

First time ordering from Waffle Away, heard great things about this place and i was not disappointed! My waffle was still nice and warm when it turned up and was delicious. Thank you to Elaine for preparing my order, the note was a nice touch, i shall be ordering again soon.

Waffle away are wonderful I had an delivery as Shielding due to Convid. Ordered on line simple clear menus to choose from and easy payment screen love that could tip driver also. The driver who delivered for me was very polite and helpful. The waffles we ordered where wow plentiful real value for money. Holly had left a card with lovely personal touches even a heart. You could see they where made with passion. Waffle Away great value for money and whole experience was fantastic will most definitely be ordering again.

I have a sweet tooth and during this covid-19 pandemic having something like waffle away on my door step is great. The food is always brilliant and made to high standards and come in recyclable packaging. Drinks are nice and cold and the waffles/crepes nice...

Fancy a sweet treat? Go here for some over indulgent delight. Tucked away just off the centre of town the offering is widespread and delicious and the service is fabulous... although if you’re feeling lazy they do have a delivery service!! What’s not to love...
