So they are showing as they will deliver through ubereats I placed an order for myself and my child they canceled my order claiming I'm outside of their delivery zone clearly my order wasn't expensive enough although I it was over the minimum amount absolutely shocking service will be complaining to uber eats as well as there shouldn't be allowed .

Pizzas are very good and the owners are always very friendly

Ordered a takeaway via JustEat. The kebabs were delicious, even better the following day! Recommended the £14 special kebab served in a pizza box!

I went in today for the first time and ordered a mixed kebab. Friendly relaxed environment very clean. Food was warm and fresh I ordered a mixed kebab and really enjoyed it. Will definitely be recommending and will be going again.

Sent out the wrong food so called them and told them they arranged for delivery to be again correctly and was very polite,a hour later still no food and not answering the phone 😞

Ordered the viva shish special with garlic mayo, but when item came it had the chilli sauce on spoilt the food as was too spicy

I have had the worst experience here. Went and ordered. A full peri peri chicken. And it was raw. In the middle when I rang he offered me £5 refund. And then started shouting down the phone calling me a lier NEVER EAT HERE . FYI if you are going to order from here don’t order the donner because it’s microwaved from frozen.

I would give no stars if I could. The food from here was appalling. Chicken wrap was cold. I asked for all salad only had a tiny bit of lettuce. The pathetic small amount of chicken that was in the wrap was chewy, I don't know what flavour it was but it was vile. Calzone with 4 toppings again was cold. It was as flat as a Pancake not sure it had even 1 topping in it. The kebab again cold and was dripping in grease to the point the nan was soggy. Cheesy chips cold and hardly any cheese on them. Portion sizes poor and for the money I paid I expected better. When I called the restaurant the man I spoke to was extremely rude and told me to contact just eat. I will not be ordering from here again. I wouldn't waste your time and money.

Best pizzas in Nottingham, very reasonably priced, can select different bases,big selection of toppings. we would not go anywhere else

Ordered a mixed meat Kebab and chicken wrap with chips. Best Kebab ever, and the chips, crispy and light. We shared the Kebab and chips and saved the Chicken wrap for lunch next day. Highly recommended, great service. Thanks Viva, will highly recommend you.

Ordered 2 pizzas and one of them was soggy! Like yesterday's pizza microwaved and served. Definitely not buying from here anymore.

Garlic bread was very chewy and cold, chips were also very chewy and cold, like they'd been reheated up in the microwave. Onion rings were soggy. I gave it 3*s because the pizza's seemed fresh and tasted good. But everything else was awful

Very disappointing this evening 😟. We always order the same pizza with a portion of onion rings, and every order in the past has been excellent with a 6 star review being left. This evening was not so good. The pizza was barely warm, although the toppings were generous, but not enjoyable because it was cool. We will heat up the half we’ve left tomorrow and hopefully it will be more appetising. The onion rings too, were not of the usual standard, being limp and barely warm. They are usually crispy, hot and delicious. Maybe it’s because we ordered on a Saturday which we don’t usually do. 😟😟😟. The delivery driver also left a lot to be desired, every delivery in the past has been delivered by a friendly driver to our door. Today the driver waited outside the main entrance, didn’t even bother to buzz our apartment, just rang me and I had to go downstairs to collect the order. He said he wasn’t prepared to come up the stairs to our apartment because of Covid. Why have all the other drivers been happy to buzz us and come up the stairs to our door? Disappointing on everything tonight….delivery, quality of food. 😥😥

I only discovered this place a couple of years ago. I knew it was there, being local to me, but I don't often eat pizza for the simple reason that I'd happily live on ONLY pizza given the chance, and it isn't exactly good for the waistline. Fine as a treat occasionally, though. Originally, I was using the app to order. No issues with that at all, though it did stop working. That was over a year ago, before lockdown. However, once the shops opened up again in April, I fancied a pizza and popped in one evening. Ordered a 9" Margherita, and a 15" Double Pepperoni with extra chillies (see what I mean about the waistline?) Staff are friendly and polite, and the pizza comes as fast a pizza is ever going to (about 15-20 minutes). They take contactless as well as cash. Pizza was delicious as always, so can't find any fault at all. Recommended.

The food was a bit late, but that usually happens to us with other places as well as we’re very far away - that’s no problem! There was also unfortunately no hot dog in the stuffed crust of one of the pizzas, but aside from that, the food was really delicious. We’d easily recommend the place regardless. Pizza was nice but found hair in it put me off

I ordered takeaway from here at 6.45 via uber eats. I live in one of the postcodes stated on Viva la Pizza that they deliver to. On the app, it stated that my order was being prepared then prepared for delivery and I was given an estimated arrival time (7.25-7.45). When that had passed (7.45) I phoned up asking how long it would be and I was told 'we are very busy, it'll be 15 minutes' - my name wasn't asked/my order checked. When again it hadn't arrived I phoned again (8.10) and spoke to a different man who asked for my address and order. When I told him my order he said that I was on the list and it would be 5 to 10 minutes. I thanked him then waited again. Once again it did not arrive and I yet again phoned up (8.30). This time, a different man answered and told me that my order had been cancelled at about 7pm. It had apparently been cancelled due to being too far away, despite living in the stated delivery area and post code. It was incredibly disappointing as it was ordered for a valentines date and did not arrive. However what is most disappointing is that I spoke to someone who specifically told me that I was on the delivery list and it would be 5 to 10 minutes which was evidently a lie as my order had in fact already been cancelled. I was refunded however the evening was completely spoilt as we could not eat at the same time for our date. I managed to order from somewhere else and luckily it arrived within 25 minutes. I cannot comment on the standard of food (as it did not arrive) however I would not recommend their delivery service or customer service.

Really disappointed unfortunately, the wedges were really burnt, the lasagne was not seasoned what so ever, the carbonara also was not seasoned the sauce was slightly overcooked so it was lumpy, also the cheese on top was very minimal considering it was an extra 50p.. The only thing eatable was the garlic bread, I thought the prices were really good value hence why we ordered. Would like a refund on this.. thank you.
