Rude staff they have no idea what they are doing they chat to each other and having fukin fun

The food was cold and taste less

Told me 30 mins didn’t arrive til after an hour

Food taste wasn't good. Felt like food cooked in old burnt oil. Had discomfort with gasy feeling for 2 days.

My food was cold and it had taken over two hours to get delivered. I was only refunded £7 but I had spend £27.83. The customer service team who kindly advised me that I would get a full refund and that she would chase this up and look into this.

Very yummy food. And very affordable. Staff where friendly and good was fast.

I have been ordering from Pepe's around Nottingham and Leicester for years and this one is the worst. I Ordered £50 worth of food on ubereat and both bags of 18 wings are burnt only few are edible. I asked for chicken wings not bags of charcoal. Called the restaurant and they refused to cooperate or refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Really bad attitude from the server who made me feel I was causing a huge inconvenience by ordering food. This was followed by a long wait and then a bag thrust at me and a back turned. I then had to get her attention to ask for sauce. For the price I paid I expected a lot better food and service for my money.

I was served by Sahara and she served me politely and helped guide me through the menu to choose something which I enjoyed

My chicken on my XL burger was un cooked and pink all the way through I’ve got a sensitive immune system and stomach so this will have compromised my health massively I’m very unhappy

very disspointed. .chicken burger dry and looks like a flat patty...no sauce or salald on the burger. I asked for no sauce on my other burger I ordered and it had salad and sauce.

Never going back. Ordered a mango & like quesadilla and they gave me the wrong flavour, I asked for a replacement but they refused and offered me a free dip as compensation. Genuinely horrible service, wouldn’t recommend at all.

AMAZING GOOD PASTA DEFFO RECOMMEND. CALLED CHICKEN PASTA LA VISTA. IN EXTREME SPICE IS THE BEST. nothing beats the spiciest. Up to you. Comes with chips. Loaded box also add to it.

This is the best pepes branch in the country! The chicken always tastes so fresh and juicy - which I think what makes the difference. Keep it up guys.

Cold, late, kept going wromg way

Food took quite a while to get it, atmosphere was clean and all but it was very busy!!! The food never disappoints, it’s always nice and fresh, the chickens always juicy and it’s all packed with all kinds of flavours and spices!

The meal was tasty, however I didn't get water

the food was cold because the driver delivered to Beeston and sat there for over half an hour before slowly making his way back to us the other side of the city. Considering it's called fast food it was not very fast and we had to heat it ourselves, also forgot a drink. Terrible.

Placed my order at 19:55- food did not arrive until 9:33- food was stone cold. Tried to ring the restaurant 4 times whilst waiting for food but never picked up

Missing items. The flavour was not as usual. A bit desapointed with my last order.

Guy came on a pushbike which is 4.3 miles away. By the time he got to me my food was lukewarm at best.

Scheduled an order because I needed it around that time and thought it would be easier but it was 30 minutes late! It was a small order and shouldn’t have taken that long, ridiculous.

Firstly me and my family ordered our food and they gave us the wrong order. Then, me and my cousin went back and said to the staff saying that we got the wrong food then the staff tried to put the blame on us saying that we should have checked our food. Also, the staff were extremely rude.

When the food left and by the time it came after few other drop offs for other orders which is what the driver claims. The chips were cold not good!

My first time at this branch , I ordered a family platter and was told it would 30 minutes wait as they were busy. Went back 30 minutes later being told that it would be a further 30 mins due to not knowing about back orders. The girl at counter tried to communicate with cooking staff but there seemed to be a lack communication or any organisational skills here. I was told I could have a refund after waiting so long. I had ask to be compensated for the long wait. It seems where they have uber deliveries the service is always slow as they are priority orders . Be warned !

This branch of pepes is an absolute joke. Ordered 3 x chicken nuggets kids meals with blackcurrant fruit shoots. Arrived home and there was no fruit shoots inside and spiced fries (for kids) not a plain ones. That wasn't the first time when they mix plain fries with spiced ones.

There was a time when I used to go there almost every week, but not anymore. The amount of rice they give you in the box is super small, and it's way too expensive. I wouldn't recommend it. They're just ripping people off.

Oh my goodness i ordered a chicken burger meal and it was great burger was amazing and the fries with the Pepe salt on makes it so much better and the fries was so good and tasty just like the chicken burger definitely ordering from here again 😁☺️

I am a delivery driver I went for delivery.He told me that your order will be radioed in 15 minutes .But still I did I waited half an hour.My order was ready.But he placed it elsewhere.When they gave me half an hour later.So I told him brother if this order was ready then I had to give it.When I got out.So a rude man came out.And was calling me blah blah.So I said to him, brother, the order-up people gave me.So what is my fault in this.So he said cancel your order, we don't give you order.I said bro I started the order I am going to the customer.So what was even more rude when he went inside.Well I canceled the order.But this attitude is not good, this shop will be closed soon.But I will not leave him,🤬🤬🤬🤬 This evil act I didn't like it.

Ordered food for the kids at 11.50am and didn’t arrive till 1.23 pm absolute joke ! Food was cold as anything , the corn smelt like it was not fresh . Furthermore I called the restaurant who lied and say at 1pm that the driver will be with us in few mins ! Absolutely disgusting service . Won’t be going back

Worse Pepe's branch ever, I have visited today, the manager Husaam is a terrible person,he was very rude. He said to take my name and complain about me I don't care. And then I paid for peri peri fries but the chips was half peri peri and half was plain. Chicken was half uncooked. Very disgusting, I'm very disappointed will not go there ever again.

Worst thing I’ve ever tasted some weird flavor and way too much spice, paneer tasted like it had gone off. I ordered plain for my 2 year old son and it gave him diarrhea Due to the extreme spice. Extremely overpriced

Never received my order as apparently the order didn’t come through although they had the receipt to print out for me they then said that the order was for collection for a driver to collect when how can a customer order a collection through just eat surely thats delivery option.
