Nando's in Nottingham

The food was cooked as requested and the staff was attentive and polite. They made my experience here in Nottingham welcoming! I would defo come back as I had a nice dinner after work :-)

Had a fantastic meal at Nando’s! I love that you can customize the spice level to your preference. The sides, especially the peri-peri fries were delicious and complemented the meal well. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, making it a great spot for a quick bite or a sit-down meal with friends. Service was fast, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience—definitely one of my go-to places for a flavorful meal!❤️

Usually when we come we are always greeted with young teenagers with attitude problems but the last 3 times we came we have been greeted with the nicest warm welcoming smile from the young lad Ashton . You should train more of your staff like him . You can see that he really cares for his job .

What you would expect from a good Nandos. Halloumi starters were great as usual and came incredibly quickly. As is often the case with Nandos you can be down to the luck of the draw as my thighs were incredibly small, but my partner's double chicken wrap was heavily loaded. For a Sunday afternoon (4pmish) it was fairly quiet and was no problem getting a table. Staff were friendly and quick.

We went there really hungry and the moment we stepped right through the door, we were welcomed and taken well good care of. Rachel, Mackenzie, and the entire team were all so attentive and went the extra mile to make sure that we had an amazing experience. In our humble opinion, it's the people that makes this place a must-visit in Nottingham. Big hugs to you guys, stay awesome! 🩵🤗

Overpriced for small chicken limited menu and have to get own cutlery etc generic made up corporate chain

Great service,great food but only they took the kids chicken burger off the menu along with the broccoli which upset my child(bartholemue)very much he then threw a chair because he couldn’t get the food he wanted but overall would recommend!!

Table "4.5", other people's food being sent to ours, our own food sent to everyone else's. Food cold when it arrives. Sat at a table that was as slanted as the titanic, at least we know how Rose felt. Disabled customer left sat on a wooden bench and brick wall waiting for food for 45 minutes, clearly in pain. Got some food and eventually left without the rest. Absolutely disgusting. Never again Nandos. 🤮

Poor service, cold food and indifferent staff. Left a disabled customer waiting 45 minutes who left with no food. Mind you, shouldn't expect much more from maccies in a quirky suit.

Simply AWFUL!! Awful awful awful! Sat down and given a table number 4.5. (WT*) Got sent food to our table that wasn’t ours. Food arrived cold. No apology. Then……. We witnesses two customers (one very elderly and cleary frail) ordered food to take away. 45 minutes they made them wait. Then tonight j the wrong order, then to make them wait a further 15 minutes to then revive the wrong order again. These poor people then left with no food. DISGUSTING!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!

I was in portugal coming to England with my family, visiting my brother to see his graduation and him getting his diploma. This was the first restaurant he suggested and we wanted to see what it was like. I ordered some corn and also fried chicken, and when i tried the fries with the spicy sauce i loved it. Even though the sauce wasn't spicy and i tried all of them, and started to mix them, and it was really fun, there were free refills (sprite, coke, water and 7-up), the waiters were really nice and it was the best restaurant i've gone to

I've just been in this Nando's they had no salad at all..... how sad is that.

Had a lovely meal at Nandos this evening! The staff were all lovely - special thank you to lushana who always looks after us every time we visit! Food is always really nice and this branch, they do a fab job.

Nothing was TOO much trouble for Mackenzie at Nando's Market Square! We rolled in, after work and starving, hungry, yet in a hurry! Mackenzie greeted and seated us with the biggest smile 😃... He explained the procedure, and we hurried him and his colleagues, yet Mackenzie was not phased at all...the chicken was delicious! It's perfectly tender and very tasty.. we had to run to get to the Playhouse but he said if we made it back before they closed we could pick up some Pastel de Natas as we had a colleague who adores them and I used to live in Portugal in the 90's so am a tad partial too... After the performance, as we went to catch the bus, the door to Nando's eas closed, but I tapped on the window, and Mackenzie recognised us and allowed me to take some tarts home! What a 🌟 ST A R ! Mackenzie made our experience and is a huge asset, IMHO. Can't wait to be back!! Thank you, Team Nando's, Nottingham! 🐓🐓🐓🐓🐓🐓

My friend and I were on our way to watch "Punch" at The Nottingham Playhouse and as we work long hours at a GP Surgery we needed to grab something quick yet healthy so we popped into Nando's, King Street, Nottingham. We were honest with our amazing server, Mackenzie (I asked his name so I could rave about him as he was astounding) We went to place our order and the female who served us wasn't as helpful as Mackenzie was if I can be honest, I asked about Blue Light discount and she was quite unhelpful.. however I did have my ID card on me so we were given something off. The food was quickly delivered to our table and Mackenzie was attentive. Food was deeelishush! We had to run off quickly as the play had already begun. After the performance we ran to the bus stop outside Nando's and I knocked on the door to see if I could but a Pastei de Nata for my colleague, and Mackenzie blew us away by gifting us 5 of the tarts as they were closed and going to waste! Wow!! Thank YOU SOOOOOO much to your amazing team! Definitely coming back! Mackenzie deserves an award, nothing was too much trouble..

The service was fast and efficient, even in the busy atmosphere. The manager Joana was an accommodating and very friendly host. The food arrived promptly and Alyssa checked in with us to ensure we were satisfied. We were. Overall an extremely positive experience. Best Nandos so far.

Lovely place to have reasonable family dinner, it's delicious and tasty...

Brilliant place, 3 generations went for lunch and it was great. Staff were absolutely 💯 % on point. Looked after my elderly mother brilliantly, served the food efficienlybabd with no delay. The picture on the wall of Mobuto Seseseko a decorators touch of genius that resonated with both my mother and I as were from that generation that remembers. Definately touched us as we do know Nandos true roots and influences. The space instore is fabulous and If you look at the ceiling as you enter they have used rattan matts as a ceiling. Anyone from souther Africa who was born and raised would instantly recognise and identify. How many babies were left to play on that and how many were seen and embedded in that bit of nostalgia. Wow well done on all fronts. The players a mixture of central and Southern African local music. Ja praisure, papa wemba etc. Was most impressed well done. Parking was just round the corner literal 2 min walk. All in all solid, impressive knocksd it out the park.

Asked if they had loaded fries, they confirmed that they did, after I went to order it, they said that they didn’t. Liars

We had a nice time here the food was good, we didn’t have to wait long to get seated the staff were nice and friendly I will be coming back again.

The staff tonight on 16th Feb at 6.30 - 7.30pm were really friendly, helpful and attentive. Brilliant service.

The worst nandos I have ever been to. They brought us the mains before the starters, got my order wrong, and took literally ages. I love a good nandos and was disappointed with the service. Food was nice though.

Unfortunately, the heating was broken so the venue was very cold. Service and food was fab, but you had to eat quick due to the chill. Was -2degrees outside so hope the heat back on soon

Even though it was incredibly busy, being a Saturday night, we ended up being seated within about 10 minutes, which was excellent.

The food was very good, well tasty, sadly on leaving I nipped to the toilet to wash my hands the sink bowl was covered in some thick slime which did make me wonder about the cleanliness of this place 😕

Excellent food! The staff are very friendly and really helpful with any issues.

One of the best restaurants for coeliacs/gluten free. The staff are all really informative and a manager takes your order if you have any allergies/intolerances. They check through your order on their allergen matrix to make sure its safe for you. Staff clean down grills before cooking your meal to reduce the risk of cross contamination. I am very sensitive to gluten and have never had a reaction at Nandos. I always feel comfortable eating here. Highly recommend to any coeliacs!

I mean nandos is nandos I guess but the chicken was a bit overcooked and dry. Ate it all up coz it was the morning after but could do better.

When me and my family came to celebrate my brothers graduation on the 28th July the food was good service was fast the waitress that served my table was so nice to us all I like everything apart from the garlic bread I didn’t want to stress the restaurant it wasn’t cooked properly and it was abit hard to bit and my mum found a bug in her garlic bread that day other then that everything else was good

Fantastic Nandos one of the best I’ve been too! Should have took some photos of the food but was just enjoying being there. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was brilliant and came out quickly. There was a slight issue with the desert but we used the QR code so the order happened to get lost but was sorted instantly when we enquired about it. Highly recommend this Nandos !

Great chicken dishes and delicious sides. Only downside is the drinks menu as not your usual, but other than that Nandos always delivers good food at decent prices.

Placed order via the app at my table Double chicken pitta, arrived all chopped up into strips. Staff forgot my sides, had to go and collect myself, also they forgot my glass for my drink, upon request I was told I hadn't ordered a drink. After proving I had. Had to go and collect the glass.

Il pollo è davvero buono e lo si può scegliere in varie versioni. Semplice, erbe e limone oppure piccante. Comunque sia il risultato è un pollo squisito. Ben cotto e digeribile. Ampia scelta anche di contorni tra cui l'ottimo purea di patate, il garlic bread con formaggio e molto altro. Prezzi ragionevoli e personale veloce e attento.

I never thought I'd be saying this about Nando's but I ate there yesterday and after eating my double chicken wrap, my stomach became really painful. I had planned to come up and have a night out in Nottingham and ended up with food poisoning. Constant cramping, turning of the stomach... it was HELL for the whole night. I therefore please request compensation for my meal I had. #674d40

A friend and I ate here yesterday for the first time. The staff were friendly and attentive, and we were served our food super quickly! We both went for our usual Nando's order, and these were as delicious as usual!

I ordered a beanie pitta, it tasted good. I just wish there were more vegetarian options in the menu. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Called in for lunch yesterday about 13:00, service was quick, we were lucky & got a table straight away. Ordered at the till and the food was with us 15 minutes later. Piping hot and as tasty as ever. It got busy as we were leaving with plenty waiting for a table. Great food and the staff were all very pleasant.

Having visited yesterday with my Daughter I think the service was terrible. We ordered our own food on the app got our own cutlery etc as we expected but not one person other than the man who took us to our table said one word to us. No one asked if the meal was ok or would we like more drinks or desert etc.. if you want to be invisible while staff chat amongst themselves this is the place to go.

From start to finish, everyone made my valentines night incredible! Starting with Mackenzie, He was our host as soon as we walked in. He explained there was a wait for a table of approximately 20 minutes, which we were glad to wait for. However 7 minutes later our table was ready and so he showed us where to sit. My partner had never been before, so he directly told him how to order, etc. Very welcoming and professional! Now we lead onto MEZ. The manager he couldn't help enough. I was having an issue with the app. However, this was no issue for him! He sorted the problem out straight away and even delivered our food to the table to apologise again, which wasn't due to any fault of his own! Then we lead onto Amanda. Such a lovely person always had a smile on her face and helped anyone who asked for it. She was very vigilant to people needing her assistance. All round, what an amazing place to visit! Once again, thank you so very much! I've emailed nandos directly, so hopefully, you three and the rest of the team are at least told about how wonderful our experience was 😁

It's a Nando's, they are pretty much the same everywhere. Staff were helpful though.

1st time ever at Nando's! Really enjoyed all of the food I ordered, it came quickly and was hot and tasty, there was more Nando's sauce than I could try! We arrived about 9pm, waited a few minutes for a table. I thought our meals were very good value and we left as a happy group.

A typical nandos, can't go wrong with the food or the service but the quiet music made the visit feel awkward

For some unknown reason the restaurant was short staffed and we had to return 25mins later. Other than that, the meal we had was OK.

7 of us went in for a table, no booking and were seated very quickly. The food was fine - exactly the same as you’d expect from any Nando’s. It was quite expensive for what it was but an overall enjoyable experience. Ordered online with the scanners and service was a little slow, nothing too bad though.
