I have promissed to never come back, but my son insisted. Just to start, the food is not near a brazilian authentic cuisine, I have queries with the waiters, and he said that it is adapted to British taste. The receptionist was kind and friendly and explained the menus. We have chosen the special one, as we did not want so many meats. As soon as we have taken our designated seats, the waiters, the same at the video , place the plates in a pile on our table. Come back to explain that he will pass with the meats, I have explained that we opted to the special menu. As soon as I said that, he rudely said, "Oh! I am only going to give you one piece, whatever I will cut that is it. Say no more about his moody looks. We felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. The buffet was really small, but good enough for us as there were plenty of salads. The flavour of every dish we have tried was just perfect. The reason I am given 2 stars is due to a lack of care from the waiters. I do not intend to go back, and I do not recommend Viva Brazil.

My husband uses a wheelchair a ramp was provided for easy access. The floor has no steps and the toilet easily accessible Abraham was very helpful describing the different options and offering help to my husband. The good was excellent and arrived when the green mat was shown. All good from salad bar to pineapple to end the meal and all meats in between

Went for dinner with my friend and it was our first time to visit this place but we visited other branches and we had amazing food and service. But for this particular branch I must say it was a big mistake we visited this branch. Service was awful can’t even smile and no checking if all good and ask if we need more drinks or want dessert. Only to check after we completed our meal. The meat was like eating a rubber. We normally choose buffet and The salad bar was not even presentable, too dark and looks dirty. We were so disappointed with the food and the service and then they have the audacity to put service charge on the bill. Seriously? Not giving a service! The manager was not even checking to ask their diners how we are and instead he was busy clearing up the table. Staff should be doing this. Overall we do not recommend to come to this branch. It’s not worth paying £38 per person.

This was without a doubt one of the best meals out in a long time! I think we've become far too happy paying high prices for mediocre food these days. This place is on a different level, and very reasonably priced when you consider what's on offer! The food is outstanding, salad bar had a really good selection and variety and the meats were otherworldly. The service is brilliant, everyone was friendly and attentive. I couldn't fault a single aspect. We were a party of 7 and everyone was impressed, not a single grumble and we had a 6 year old and a vegetarian with us, both were well catered for. I would highly recommend this place, for couples, families and larger parties. Basically everyone should visit if you have the chance to.

They were amazing with our two year old. She didn’t want to eat much other than cucumber and strawberries. She’d ate the few they had out on the fruit salad tray, the went and got a plate full for her to have. They provided plastic plates and cutlery for her to use. They sung a surprise happy birthday to my sister in law and brought her a free brownie and also one for my daughter which was really nice of them.

Went with 4 friends and we had the rodizio especial with 7 meats, garlic bread, pineapple and salad bar. All the food was an absolutely delicious. The service was great and staff very friendly. We loved it.

We dined here for my MIL’s birthday and we had a gorgeous time! Initial greeting was super friendly and the service throughout our meals was spot on. We were hosted by Abraham who was quite honestly one of the most sincere and detailed hosts we’ve had before. His approach was very personable and humorous without being too much or invasive towards our dining and I had a cake dropped off the day before which they kept overnight without any issues. The food itself was lovely and the salad bar was stocked, clean and bright. Our seating area was clean and the rest of the staff were ‘on it’ if we needed anything and also very friendly. All meat served was fresh and warm and the birthday cake was delivered with surprise to my mother in law with no hints given from staff. Absolutely a 5/5 experience of dining and everyone commented on how a great a time it was. Big thanks to Abraham, a great asset to the company name and reputation

Very comfy seating area Great decor Had to ask for the Al a Carte menu Lamb off the above menu was tough and chewy and staff not interested Rodizio could have had slightly more options for £25 Salad bar well stocked, hot stuff was a bit hit and miss… Beer was ok Desserts took ages to come out and had to takeaway, seemed frozen Won’t rush back

I don't like all meats was marinated, honey, mustard, cheese. I think it is 100% better if they offer the meat just with salt, vegetables table was very good and lovely. I believe it was the best part of the restaurant. Fish was hard and gumy, and they take about 30min to server it be frozen fish for a big price, I think. Definitely don't buy fish, chiken heart was like a little ston, most of the meats was dry and I belive overcooked.

The meat was excellent & it keeps coming if you want it too! The waiters & serving staff are always on the look out for your card to go green as soon as it does they are over with meat. A great selection of meat & you can’t go wrong for the price. Abraham was a fantastic waiter, he looked after us all night, very friendly guy who provided exceptional customer service!

Looking for somewhere to eat on our first night in Liverpool, this did not disappoint. The food was divine, the service was great, atmosphere was really nice and we had lovely conversations with people on the next table.

Wonderful, welcoming staff made us feel right at home and relaxed from the minute we arrived. Great food and great service. Very friendly and fun and the team can't do enough for you. The salad bar is something else when you compare it to places like Harvester. An amazing evening for our 35th wedding anniversary. A huge thank you to the whole team.

Great experience! Food is very tasty, cooked to perfection and service was more than you’d expect! Shout out to Pedro and Abraham who went that extra mile for us. Price wise, not cheap but definitely worth it!

Had the full Rodizio, which was fine. I don’t normally pay £40 per person to eat out, I’m not sure what we ate was value for money. Service was great.

Service was amazing,Alex was a brilliant host catered for all our needs..salad bar had a good variety,garlic mash was astounding...the rotissorie of meats was fabulous a really nice selection, cooked fresh to the table...the pineapple was mouth watering. The decor was really nice and you felt like you where on holiday even the music was really nice in the background. Can not thank the staff and the manager Enough for there professionalism as they went above and beyond to make you feel comfortable in there restaurant will be back again soon.

Had dinner here last night (4/9/24). Absolutely delicious food, especially the lamb. We opted for the weekday dinner special rather than the full rodizio, and for us, I think that was wise. 7 meats, rather than the full 14. They were all delicious, and the salad bar was well stocked. Staff were super friendly and service was great.

Not the same restaurant as we last visited a number of years ago. What happened to the meat portions---tiny. Not the best Salid, with lots of dishes empty?Expensive. Better value elsewhere.

Really good food, staff are very friendly and look after you well. The price is pretty good for all the food you get - free sides, unlimited meat and huge variety. The traditional drinks were lovely too, especially kiwi.

Abraham was amazing, great service... and the Mango and Passion fruit Caipirinha was the best... I will be back for sure.

Old meat and not in a good way. The same cut of beef smothered in different sauces and spices - are you kidding me? 14 different cuts? Rumpsteak and Rumpsteak and old lamb cooked to the consistency of a shoe sole. The defrosted and grilled chicken wings were by far the only okay meat, I don’t consider garlic bread a cut of meat. Go two blocks further for a Rodizio. This is not it. Our waiter Abraham was also slightly annoyed we didn’t take him up on his cocktail offer. As a matter of fact, he wanted to be there as much as me after a downright expensive and poor meal. Um claro não!

It doesn't taste like Brazilian food, the barbecue isn't good either. The service is good. The atmosphere is nice but the food is not good.

We went today for my husbands birthday and what can i say food was lovely. The staff are amazing they put balloons on the table then brought out a brownie and sang happy birthday. I would like to thank all the staff for making it a special day❤️

It was great, went there for my birthday - I received balloons and before I left a slice of cake. It was a really good experience I'll definitely be back. The food was excellent, the steaks and just all the meat in general is great, and the pineapple was so juicy. The service is great and all the staff are so friendly.

Fantastic food. The meat is amazing. I've now been three times, and the food has been consistently amazing every time. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble.

We visited as a group of three and had a brilliant experience at Viva Brazil. The concept is you have access to an extensive buffet counter with salads, pasta cold cut meats and a few hot meat dishes and they also bring swords of meat to the table and you take what you want. Our main server Selso was lovely and all the staff were attentive and offered first rate service. The menu offers a cheaper option before 4pm and there is a buffet only for people with a smaller appetite. The house lager and cocktails were very good.

Great lunch, great variety of cold salads, plus casseroles - love the smoky pork and bean, also plenty of tasty dips for the gorgeous meats come round, recommend Viva Brazil.

Best Brazilian barbeque we frequent in the UK. Not the same could be said for Viva Brazilia in Cardiff. We went there on the strength of our great experience in the Liverpool restaurant.... what a mistake. No comparison .

Very friendly treatment on the part of the service, delicious meat although I think the market table and sauces are somewhat lacking. In general all good.

Eat here yesterday, the food and cocktails were unreal but what makes the place is the staff, we had just been to register our new born and the staff opened a closed area to allow privacy for feeding the baby which was a very nice touch and going that extra mile, all the staff were very friendly and always interacting with the customers, I could tell the same service was given to other customers in the restaurant and it was a genuine care. Thanks for the service

So we dined there today and the meat ( all of it) I felt was old meat as if it was re warmed from a previous service all was fatty,tough and chewy mainly tasted of salt the waiter asked me if I enjoyed my meal and I was honest told him what iam writing here and he said he would pass my comments on ( whether he did I doubt it ) anyway I have honestly ate here over 25 times since it opened and had 2 birthdays there but when we left we left with a bad taste in our mouth as it just seems to have gone downhill could be the management trying to use old meat or cutting corners on products and produce but whatever it is needs to be addressed as it’s not what it was 6 months ago

This is a fantastic restaurant! The food is delicious and there’s plenty of it. It’s all perfectly cooked and very tasty. You can help yourself to unlimited salad buffet and that was delicious too, with a great variety of food. The staff were very friendly, particularly Mark and Abraham. Very reasonable price. We’ll be back again soon.

The food was really good, and the staff was super friendly and professional.

Very good restaurant. The children were served very friendly. The salad buffet was very extensive and was constantly replenished. The meat was very good, there was also good variety with baked bananas and cinnamon pineapple.

A very welcoming Restaurant as soon as you walk in. Fabulous decor, and a relaxing atmosphere. Food was amazing, from the salad bar to the perfectly cooked meat ( we were asked how we'd like it cooked), I couldn't fault it. We had the 7 course mix menu, make sure you're hungry as you will be stuffed ( in a good way). Service was very friendly and prompt. Nothing was to much trouble. Definitely will make a return visit!!!!

Booked for my son's 21st. Staff were amazing, food was amazing and a decent price for what you get. Abraham looked after us and was a perfect host. It was our first time there and we would most certainly recommend. Thank you to all the staff who made it perfect x

The Spring menu advertised outside sounded just what we wanted. When we went in the a la carte menu was presented. You had to ask for the one advertised, it wasn't offered, which was disappointing. The food we had was well cooked, well presented and tasty. Service slightly disappointing.

Staff were wonderfully helpful and polite but the food was a little disappointing. No one even mentioned what level the meat was cooked too. Sometimes it was blue sometimes it was overly well done. The salad bar was lovely but no one was stirring the food so for example the mash developed a hard layer under the heat light. The meat needed seasonings. The pineapple cinnamon was to die for though it saved the meal

My husband and I have come here a couple of times now and have enjoyed our experience every single time. We would highly recommend this place and it’s definitely worth your money. All the meat is cooked to perfection and you can even request the meat be cooked how you would like. The salad bar has loads of different options to try and the food is always fresh. All of their drinks and desserts are always really good as well. But what made our experience 5 stars was our server Abraham who was super friendly and made sure we were taken care of the whole time. So definitely give this place a try you won’t regret it!

Nice enough food. A mixture of juicy meat and slightly dry salty meat. Very big difference in quality of the meat. Boring salad bar. A sweet and young waiter gave good service and deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately the other waiter was very fast talking, very pushy and rude. Therefore, it will only be 3 stars in total. The atmosphere is nice, but they try to be more Brazilian than they actually are. The prices are a bit on the expensive end. Not the biggest recommendation, but it was fine.

I came here with my sister in search of some delicious food & we were not disappointed! We both had a rodizio especial, which was £28.95 and a pint of Coke. The especial allowed you to have 1 serving of up to 7 different meats, including lamb and steak. They also offered a full rodizio, which was £38.95, and allowed you to have unlimited servings of all the meats on offer. They both included unlimited trips to the salad bar, which included chips, sautéed potatoes, garlic mash, salad, rice, and much more! The food was absolutely amazing and the meat was brought round on a regular basis, although you could turn your traffic light to red to say you didn't want any more, until you turn it back to green! The service was great and it was quite busy for a Wednesday evening! Overall, I would definitely recommend this place!

Our daughter took her dad and me for a birthday lunch today 10th of April. Michelle has been before but it was our first time we thoroughly enjoyed the food, and the atmosphere, and the guys who served us were great 👍 We will definitely be back 😀

It's been about 10 years since I was last here and wanted to try again after spending all our Rodizio time in Fazenda! I would recommend you go to Fazenda. The 3 stars was entirely for our Waiter, Mohammed who was fab! Lunch time salad selection was poor compared to other restaurants of same cuisine. Some of the meats were really sinewy. I ordered peppercorn sauce but beef gravy came to me instead so I raised the issue and the sauce was brought back out with crushed pepper on top! 🤦🏼‍♀️ When I sent it back, they told me it was their version...it was NOT peppercorn sauce. I felt like I was being unreasonable The plates are also really small here and you are given just one whereas in other restaurants you can get extra side plates for the salad bar. It's falling behind in my opinion. 5mins in the opposite direction to Fazenda.

Abraham and the whole team at Viva Brazil are exceptional, they make the experience worth every single penny. Food great, staff are the best in the city.

Haven't been for a while....wish I'd gone back sooner... Had forgotten how great this place is. Food to die for (even if you're fussy), fantastic cocktails (extensive alcoholic drinks too), friendly atmosphere, fantastic service....and to top it all there was a magician entertaining each table....dress up or casual you feel at ease....oh...did i mention the food.... AMAZING !!!

I would honestly say it’s not really worth the price. Our bill came to £100 for just the two of us and a lot of the meat we were brought was cold and chewy. This was really disappointing as it was our first date out since having our baby and it feels like a bit of a waste. The meat that was freshly cooked was lovely but unfortunately we ended up with mostly the cold chewy fatty meat. Our server was lovely but we asked for tap water for the table and ended up paying £4 for that.

Fantastic experience here as always, the food is incredible - the salad bar is high quality, and the cinnamon pineapple is not to be missed. The meat is obviously the star of the show, but was pleasantly surprised to discover the vegetarian ala carte is also extremely good.

I usually don't post reviews, but this place deserves to be know by all. The magnificent strips of meat brought not but the most whole pleasure and joy to all who I was with, including a very pleased me. Every single slice of succulent food was a euphoria of flavour, like heaven on Earth. To call this place anything except for pure paradise is an affront to all that I hold dear. It is a true shame that I cannot give this place more stars. 10/10- Satisfaction incarnate

Absolute 5 star recommendation. We were there on a Saturday evening quite spontaneously and without a reservation. It was packed, but the staff was super friendly and calmly arranged a table for us. Super friendly staff throughout and the food was a real highlight. So if you're in Liverpool and like meat, go there straight away.

Went for my fiancé’s birthday and it was absolutely lovely. The flip to get meat card was so funny and the meat was amazing. The strawberry cocktails are also so lovely if you like sweet alcohol. The cost is definitely pricey and more of an experience then somewhere i would go casually for a meal.

Very friendly and personal service, recommended for meat lovers, there is also a buffet with side dishes, you will definitely get your fill here.

I would like to present to my boyfriend the taste of the food of my country. So we went to the Viva Brazil that looked lovely inside. The staffs are adorable but the food isn’t worth the money. First we couldn’t choose a different type of “rodízio” what was ridiculous. The meat came very few times, the picanha was salty and most of the food on the salad table was dry and cold. Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience in our first time in this restaurant.

Lunch today, all the food was superb. Hours later and still the meat sweats are killing us off. £30 set menu for Christmas, normal menu, but drink and dessert included. Great value for money.
