Great food and Cocktails! Orla and Connor are great!! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for brunch and cocktails.

5th of May, went with my girlfriend to this awful place. I can only say unfortunately those words: SHOCKING, UNACCEPTABLE, BURNT, RE-HEATED, STAFF NO BOTHER, RUDE WAITER. WHATS IS EVEN MORE SHOCKING IS FACT THAT AFTER LEAVING A FEEDBACK (COMPLAINT) NO BODY HAS EVEN COME BACK TO US. THEY DO NOT CARE, TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE, WHERE THEY ACTUALLY DO AT LEAST PRETEND TO HAVE SOME HOSPITAL AND PASSION FOR FOOD.

We were there for lunch for a Birthday. The food was excellent and very well presented. We were served by Connor who was very friendly and explained everything well and choices of cocktails which were very nice . Will definitely visit again tthank you.

The experience was shocking from start finish. We were seated in a very busy area regardless of having other tables available. The waiter didnt let us know which items were unavailable from the menu before ordering drinks, forced to buy 241 cocktails, no food checks by our waiter during our visit. We were charged for extra bbq dip which never arrived. Microwaved burrito that was so hot I burnt the roof of my mouth, burnt chicken burger whoch vame with about 12 chips and our waiter, Jorge, was extremely unfriendly and not even willing to check with management or the kitchen about whether there were substitutes available as chicken chimmichanga was out of stock. We left disappointed and regretted that we ever came to Las Iguanas. Needless to say, we wont be back!!! Shame on you!!

Used to love this place. One of the worst dining experiences we have ever had. Firstly sat in the middle of a hen party all loud and drunk. Bear in mind we are with a child trying to have a nice relaxed meal. It’s 5pm, not late. I think the bottomless brunch idea just fills the place with the wrong crowd. They moved us to a quieter table which was nice gesture but then it went even more down hill. 90 minutes in, we were still waiting for mains. When they arrived they were awful, 5/10 compared to what this place used to serve. Smaller and just poor quality. Worst but quite funny part was outside the staff had not cleared many tables of food so a gang of seagulls where eating the food making chaos for anyone trying to eat outside. Used to be a regular now will never return. Sad really as used to love this place and the atmosphere.

Came for bottomless brunch, looked after all evening by Ola who was extremely attentive and made sure we were kept topped up with drinks even though they were super busy. Really lovely staff all throughout. Amazing environment and really good food and drinks, definitely be back again!!

We were served by Orla, my mum and I came for a bottomless brunch. She was very friendly and despite the quiet atmosphere on a Monday afternoon, she made sure we had a great time.

A group of 8 of us visited on a Saturday afternoon for the bottomless brunch. On arrival, the waitress advised that ordering by the pitcher rather than by the glass would make things easier (and probably faster) but this didn’t work. We waited quite a while to be served to start with and then our drinks arrived after about a 10-15 minute wait. Think we also waited about 20-25 mins from arriving before we were able to order our food. When the food did come, it was quite cold and had clearly been sat out waiting for a while. I ordered the chilli con carne bowl that unfortunately was served with stale tortilla chips so didn’t taste very fresh either. Portions are also very small. This is clearly advertised on the menu, but considering most people are visiting for bottomless brunch in the afternoon a full portion would be better, especially with lots of drink involved. When we had finished our 2 hour time slot, we were politely asked to leave so that they could have our table back. This confused us slightly as the majority of the restaurant was empty. Overall, our experience was uncomfortable as the restaurant was very busy and quite warm. This was obviously further impacted by our food/drinks service. Don’t think we will be returning in a hurry.

Party of 16 all preorder meals, you changed the menu last week and could no longer provide some meals.absolutely no communication of this fact. The poor waitress was trying her hardest but management went missing

Food was highly recommended, the drinks was amazing first time ever doing a bottomless brunch Charlotte who attended with myself, my sister and mum was a pleasure to have getting our orders.

Came for bottomless brunch, first drink orders were efficient, took a while for our food order to be taken. Couldn't fault the food, was amazing! After eating could see that there was only one person on the floor for a progressively busier restaurant. We could see what seemed as the managers were both sat having a break at the same time with friends, leaving one sole waitress working the whole floor. Took at least 20 mins to see somebody for our order to be taken. Won't be coming again, as the service was poor.

Went here for a girly catch up. Loved it. Laura who served us all night was lovely great at recommending drinks. Food was fabulous and most cocktails 2 for 1. New menu was great Little gutted theu don't do jugs of cocktail anymore but got through a good amount of 2 for 1 🤣

I don't want to be too critical of the staff serving, because I don't think it's their fault. We went for a bottomless brunch and were squeezed in upstairs. It was very busy, very loud and warm. The staff were quick to bring over a couple of pitchers of random drinks for the table because we'd had to wait, but it was then it was another 15 mins before anyone took our drinks order, plus a further wait to order food. We had to ask multiple times to see where our drinks were and ended up getting given the wrong drinks as they hadn't made ours. I feel like the staff were massively overworked, the poor girl serving us looked like she was struggling and the bar wasn't keeping up. The drinks we did receive were nice, as was the food, but it's probably the last time I'd do bottomless brunch here as it was massively disorganised and not a scratch on turtle bay. Management need to do better

Service was really poor. We waited over an hour for our food. A member of our party was hit in the side of her neck by a member of bar staff when she popped the Cork on a bottle of fizz. Our drinks were very slow. The toilets were filthy and no toilet paper was available, even after a member of staff was contacted. We did complain and got some money off our bill, but we will never return

First time visiting as I am currently exploring Liverpool as from Newcastle, we got lost and they allowed us to be a little late. ORLA our server was absolutely fantastic so attentive and made you feel at ease! She and las igunas has made mine and my best friends first night amazing! Thank you from the Geordie girls! X

Very average, slow service but polite. Food overall bland. The chimichanga was pretty tasteless, beans zero flavour. The only highlight was the salad, which actually was really zesty and full of fresh stuff. The biggest culinary crime was that they told me they had 'no hot sauce' when I asked. Really, a Latin American resteraunt?! COMOOOON!!!

6th Apr 24. Pre booked the bottomless brunch, £35 each. Queued to get in due to two large parties being seated ahead of us. Very busy, vibrant atmosphere. Staff are lovely, helpful and efficient, seeing to multiple tables, they don't stop. Didn't wait long for our food of which was cooked well & delicious. Order your first drink, then as soon as your glass is down to a quarter full you can then order your next drink. Catch your servers eye & they'll be with you as soon as possible or they keep an eye on you. Card payments only before you leave.

Great for a group of friends heading out to start the night out or for families having a slow brunch. Connor looked after us so well - he explained the menu to us and made sure that even those of us with a delicate palate...

We went for bottomless brunch yesterday as a table of 13 for my hen do. All I can say is wow, the bottomless brunch was absolutely brilliant. Lots of choice of cocktails and Prosecco. Whenever we wanted more they happily served us and our glasses were never empty! As we were a big table they gave us pitchers of cocktails and it brought the drinks quicker! Despite having an absolutely hectic restaurant, the service was second to none. Fantastic service from staff and would happily return. Great value for money. Great place to start a hen do off!

Very busy inside and out. Unfortunately staff were very slow to clear plates from previous diners. When I got up and asked a member of staff if they could clear the table, the guy laughed and said not really I’m busy. There were four of us and we ordered 4 plates of wings and beers. Wings were just ok. Not good value for money.

Me and my partner went for bottomless brunch. From our arrival the team could not do enough for us despite having a full restaurant. All servers were amazing constantly checking if we needed anything and made sure we always had a drink refill in our 2 hours. Our main server which the till has as Orla on the receipt she was outstanding, speaking to her at the end she informed us it was only her third day working there, you wouldn’t have ever known, she was professional, friendly, and highly competent at her job. 100% going back

Top Quality Bottomless Brunch. Weren't Shy Coming And Asking If we Needed Drinks. Waiting On Staff Were Amazing, Big Thanks To Yorly.

Avoid when busy. they have packed tables in so you are sitting too close to others and on some tables they squeeze 6 people onto a table more suitable for 4. We sat down and waited 20minutes as app ordering wouldn't work. People came in and sat next to us and ordered and got there drinks before we had even ordered!! Our food was ordered and was cooked. We saw it on the hot plate waiting to be brought to our table for 20minutes!! We knew it was ours as it had an allergen symbol on it and we watched it until it arrived at our table. Our food although very tasty was cold and congealed when we received it. As it was so busy with too many tables and not enough staff we didn't complain but just paid and left. We won't be returning in a hurry.

Possibly the worst eating experience in Liverpool I have had during my many visits. The person serving us basically couldn’t be bothered. We had to chase our drinks order, get our own cutlery and when wanting the bill had to go to the desk rather than do at the table. The food basically was microwaved and doubt anything was fresh. You could tell the rice was microwaved just by taste and texture. The only decent part of the meal was the Churros. The toilets were disgusting. I doubt if they had been cleaned all day and absolutely smelt awful. Very rare I don’t leave a tip but given the service I had to manually enter 0 even though the server was prompting me to add a tip. Won’t be going back or to any Las Iguanas. And yes I have provide feedback direct to the company.

Paula was a fantastic waitress and her service was impeccable. Drinks were brought at all times and a very good brunch that didn’t disappoint!

Paula was an excellent server she gave us whatever we needed and the service overall was amazing. We had an amazing time and constantly had drinks. 10/10.

Drinks & food with friends…..service was good, cocktails lovely, 2 out of 3 meals were ok but my enchilada was really disappointing & sitting in a pool of watery, gravy-like refried beans, looked disgusting. I wish I’d visited the toilet before we’d eaten though, omg the overpowering smell of urine that hits you at the top of the stairs 🤢 Was expensive too despite blue light discount. Won’t return any time soon, you live & learn.

Had a lovely time here with my girlfriend - the taco share board was nice and the Mocktails were beautiful. Although, it was empty when we arrived but then when the next couple came in, they were seated right beside us. The waitress was also unclear and wasn’t the most welcoming. Had a good time but would choose somewhere else for next time.

A soulless place. A total lack of atmosphere when other local restaurants had queues. Vegetarian chilli was nice. Loaded Chicken (breast in jerk sauce) was overcooked making it tough and stringy. Rice (greasy) and fries on same dish (as per menu) was a bit of a carb overload.

AVOID the so called bottomless brunch, it's appalling!!! £35 for the plate of food pictured and 5 watered down cocktails. That's what constitutes a 2 hour bottomless brunch at this 'restaurant', which is pretty appalling. It was such a disappointment for my daughters 18 birthday meal and an all round bizarre experience. Our party of 12 only had 4 drinks each, served during the actual 2 hour bottomless brunch, and the 5th drink came 30 mins after we'd ordered it (we ordered it 20 mins before the 2 hours ended), as it just sat on the bar, waiting to be served...there's lots of waiting at this restaurant. Cocktails were very watery (tasted of fruit juice and soda water) and our itemised bill was doctored. The 4 glasses + a bottle + 4 glasses of proseco = 14 glasses, are down as 78 glasses on the bill, which is very odd, and we left sober as we'd been clearly been served mocktails for 2 hours. People moved onto Corona and prosecco because the cocktails are so bad here. We went, as a pre booked group of 12 people for a bottomless brunch £35 pound per head. The food you get is a low end starter type dish and we sat for long periods with bottomless, empty glasses, trying to get another drink. With 20 mins of our two hours left we ordered one last drink, which took 30 minutes to arrive and we only got that because I refused to pay the bill until we got that drink each. They then took my bill away and added a 40 pound service charge. I always pay 10% tip, so they’d have got that anyway. Poor effort, and place I’d avoid. Possibly the most disappointing £420 bill plus £40 service charge I’ve ever paid. We've emailed the restaurant to complain and have so far been completely ignored, which sums up our terrible Las Iguanas experience.
