Our servers were Ewan and Ana and they were great! We all had an amazing experience and they gave us great recommendations!

Got seated immediately, service was amazing and food came out very fast. Thank you so much to our server Charlie for the great service, such a lovely lad.

Service was fantastic, friendly and attentive. Cocktails seem to be the big draw here. Unfortunately as a non drinker who isn't keen on cocktails, I was on the water but that was free..... I'm a cheap date! Sadly food was nothing more than 'ok'. The beef was ok, bit chewy at times but the portions left me rustling something up when I got home Decent enough for a group night out but not a place I'd choose to go personally

Bottomless brunch was amazing the food was really good and so tasty. The cocktail variety was next level too there was a wide range and something for everyone. Our waitress was brilliant too didn't catch her name though sadly but she made sure our drinks were always full!

Roisin was absolutely amazing for bottomless brunch. She made the whole experience beyond lovely and her customer service was some of the best weve experienced in liverpool. She really made our birthday celebrations so special. Highly recommend visiting for the service alone. Food and drinks were also banging!

I have given 3 stars for the good, enjoyable food and service. I would have given 0 if not as venue is just way too loud to hear yourself think never mind any kind of conversation. Not pleasant at all. Couldn’t wait to leave.

Small meal just before exploring the city. It was perfect. Good service. Delicious food. A treat! And what's more, it's well located, right next to a festive area.

Food and drinks were amazing and the staff are amazing too, only problem was table 38 next to us all being loud shouting abuse at staff members and myself for not wanting to scan a code on his phone, the staff had been amazing and done nothing wrong

We had a lovely time the younge blonde girl who served us was a delight always checking on us even whilst it was packed We did however how our evening partially turned by the group of people on table 38 they were obnoxiously loud and were horrible and disrespectful to both gentlemen that served them due to them not dropping what they were doing right that second to serve them when the place was packed.the main gentleman serving them took the most abuse of them for them constantly praying her shouting at him and just being overly rude to him however he still served them with a smile when you could clearly see he was distressed being around them.

We came in and had bottemeles brunch. Food and drinks were amazing and the staff was so lovely and attentive. Especially the younge blonde girl who was our server for most of the time. Only thing is the people sat on table 38 were very abusive towards all the staff and treated them horribly. As we were sat behind them we could hear everything that was being said and even though the staff were constantly trying to reason and come up with solutions that just wasn’t enough for these customers. These customers are also sat there vaping the entire time whist inside. It is such a shame to see the amazing staff treated so horribly

Ellie was great! She was fab at making sure we always had a drink and the cocktails were delicious. The food was also amazing! We had the honey bunny yardbird, shake stack burger, wings and garlic bread - highly recommend.

Our service was amazing. Ellie served us and made sure we always had drinks as we went for the bottomless brunch. I had the chicken yard bird and was sad to find it now comes with an egg instead of the cream cheese. All in all we had a great couple of hours thanks Ellie for excellent service.

The atmosphere was great. Tara was really nice and friendly as well as attentive. The meal was fantastic. I'm very happy that I can go somewhere and not worry about not being able to eat dairy.

Had a nice meal and cocktails here, but was not impressed with the unisex toilets! They absolutely stunk and there was pee on pretty much every seat 🤢😷

We had an excellent experience at Turtle Bay on Hanover Street in Liverpool, thanks to the waitress Georgia, who provided outstanding and prompt service. Her food recommendations were exceptional, making the visit truly worthwhile. I also appreciate Georgia for her friendly demeanor and service with a smile.
