Terrible slow service. They can see you waiting at the bar, but the staff ignore you and carry on staring at their phones. I walked out.

Katie was spectacular. She was extremely attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Had a great experience and would love to visit again. Thanks Katie.

Ellie at the Hanover street Liverpool was exceptional. 10/10 service and never left us without a drink in our hand. Ellie is a credit to turtle bay. Would definitely come back again!

Great food and drink. Reasonable premises. Served by no less than 8 different members of staff. The first few were not friendly, namely the initial waitress and big guy from the bar. We were there for the 2 hour bottomless brunch. Waited 25 minutes to be able to order our drinks and 40 minutes to order food. We asked if we could finally order and were told the manager would come over to us as we were rude. I said they were welcome to send him over but ...I'm still waiting. As a couple in our late 50s we've never had any problems before and we seldom have a problem with service. Really disappointed and we'll not go here again. We always feel welcome at the Victoria St venue.... Understaffed? Poorly managed? Beware.

The location is decent, it’s a pity the staff are not. Both Jodie and Becky(manager) are liabilities to the restaurant. I ordered food and the quality was poor and missed items. They proceeded to try tell me how they changed things based on previous experiences rather than compensate for the food or replace items this is against the advertised products on the website. Clearly doing their jobs and dealing with things based on each customer experience is too much for them to handle. Education is required on customer satisfaction and maybe observation at the consumer act. Avoid this branch where possible especially if the two named lazy individuals are there.

Lovely time here. Drinks were out of this world and the food was amazing. Tara our server was friendly and a delight. Thank you everyone in today!

We hadn’t been to a Turtle Bay for years and then my daughter asked to go whilst we were visiting Liverpool - wow. The service was absolutely fantastic and everything was spot on from being greeted to the wonderful food we ordered. The 2-4-1 cocktail was delicious, we had to candy sour, and the kids meals were substantial. It was so good that we returned the next day! They catered to gluten free without an issue and everyone found it real value for money.

Very good food but spicy, be careful of people who can't stand spicy food. In terms of service, the waitress tells us that it's happy hour but when it's time to pay, tells us that it's not within the hours allocated for happy hour. Everyone at the table had not finished the dish, so she removed the other dishes and brought the bill about 20 minutes before closing without asking if we wanted coffee or dessert.

Service very rushed, surprisingly as they were near empty. Presented me with the bill when I had not asked it and might have ordered more, like a coffee.

We went for the bottomless brunch with 8 of us and it didn’t disappoint, the cocktails where flowing for the whole two hours and we didn’t have to wait at all, Seyfi was are waiter and he was amazing! We all had a great time and it was amazing value for money, we will all definitely be going back! 🤩🍹🍹🍹🍹

Went for a bottomless brunch on NYE. Our server was Ewan and he was amazing, gave so many recommendations for cocktails (including some of the secret menu drinks) and knew what to recommend based on what other ones we liked.

Only found Turtle Bay this year - wish I’d known about it much sooner. Tried several items on the menu over several visits, they’re all amazing. On top of that, the ambiance is fantastic and the staff are brilliant. Shout out to Ewan!!!

Food is always excellent, try the sea food soul bowl. Drink were always free flowing when on the bottomless brunch. Superb service by jodie at hanover Street Liverpool. Will be back again soon
