Me and my wife came for a bottomlesss brunch and we were not disappointed, had a great warm welcome from the manager on shift greeting us at the door, served mainly by Ellie, great customer service, very attentive, made us feel at home, made some great recommendations on cocktails and was just generally great very much felt looked after and welcomed.

Had a lovely time here! Lovely welcome and Becky our server couldn’t do anything more for us.

Absolutely lovely experience here, I’ve been to a couple of turtle bays across the Uk and the service has been the best here. Ewan was so attentive, always making sure we had a drink, making recommendations to us. Drinks were so tasty, all thanks to James!!! We’re from Birmingham but if I’m ever in Liverpool I’ll definitely be coming back

Very busy bar on the bank holiday Sunday but still fast service. Tara was an Irish angel. Food was served quickly and was really tasty. Definitely made our money's worth on the brunch. 9 drinks; 2 hours. Can't complain

First time at bottomless brunch. Very busy but the atmosphere was great. Ellie looked after us so well, made sure we had plenty of drinks and kept coming back to check on us and ask if we were ready for more drinks. Ellie - thank you! You are a credit to the company. Absolutely gorgeous! The food was amazing… I had the jerk chicken breast, my other half had the jerk pork belly… they were both DELICIOUS! We both had the plantain for dessert which was so so tasty! The drinks are unreal and our waiter, Ewan, was so so friendly and recommended drinks from the “secret menu”. Already can’t wait to come again!!!! xx ps the Tequila Rose shots are MASSIVE!!!!!!!!

Food was fantastic... went for bottomless brunch but the service was slow in the 2 hours we all ordered same drink and still only managed to get get 3 cocktails. Was quite disappointed.

We went for bottomless brunch and Ewan and James were amazing. Both the food and the drinks were fab and you definitely get your moneys worth.

Overall, our evening visit at TB was quite enjoyable, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is exceptional, and the variety of drinks and coctails was also great 👌 but unfortunately, food needs improvement. (Mar'24) We've had some chicken filets and ribs ordered and both meats were not marinated, both tasted like they were pre- cooked in a bit salty water and only dipped in a designated sauce just before going for a heat-up in the oven. Therfore, meat was tasteless inside, and the ribs were not coming off the bone too easily. Burger was really nicely done. Starters were all really tasy and cooked very well, chicken wings, octopus strips and fish rolls - all brilliant with very distinct flavours, absolutely worth a visit. Thank you, team, and hope to taste some improvement on our next visit. 😉

Used for dinner. I've never eaten Caribbean food, so I don't know the answer, but all the dishes I ordered (three dishes) were delicious. The jerk chicken I ordered became even more delicious when I ate it with the spicy orange sauce on the table. Crunchy and freshly fried is the best. The purple cabbage coleslaw that came with it was also delicious with a mellow richness and just the right amount of sweetness and sourness. The shrimp curry my companion ordered was exquisitely delicious with the sweetness of the coconut and the spiciness of the spices. Of course I ordered a beer. Although it wasn't super cold, I was happy that it was cool enough. The mango make-your-own style cocktail that my companion ordered was absolutely delicious. Although it was called mango, it actually tasted like guava, but it was absolutely delicious. The yen is cheap, and the restaurant's prices aren't cheap, but I'm sure any food I order will be delicious. It's a little cold in the store. However, there were some customers wearing light clothing, so I guess the temperature felt different... The toilet was a little dirty, but there was a scribble on the mirror that said "you look lovely", which made me feel a little warmer. Positive graffiti makes people happy. lol

Food was really nice. Waited for 15 minutes to get drinks. Mains came quick then 20 minutes for dessert waiting staff really didn’t care when questioned, just wanted to take my money. No apology offered. Really put me off going back.

Had a great time for my sisters birthday, best bottomless brunch we’ve had, Our server Emma was over to make sure we had enough drinks all the time and was super friendly!

Had 8 drinks each, service was so slow took 20 minutes for a drink, had to order Prosecco because the service was that slow. I have been to bottomless brunch before at Victoria street and the service is incredible. Hanover is awful
