Service staff are very active and friendly. Food took about an hour to be served! That’s too long ! We ordered rice bowl & it was cold.

Rayna was amazing as our waitress! 10/10 service would definitely recommend! It was super busy and she got is extra drinks because of the wait.

On November 7th, 2024, my family and I visited Turtle Bay and we were welcomed by your employee, Cal. Cal demonstrated exceptional customer service throughout our visit. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he provided excellent recommendations for our meal and drinks choices. As an individual with a nut allergy, I greatly appreciated Cal's attentiveness to my dietary restriction. He reassured me and ensured that my meal was prepared safely, which allowed me to enjoy my dining experience without anxiety. Cal's conversational skills were commendable, and he was great at keeping a conversation flowing. We visited from Hull and he reciprocated by sharing his experiences visiting Hull for hockey matches. His friendly demeanor made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Cal is undoubtedly an asset to your establishment, and I commend his professionalism and dedication to providing exceptional customer service. Cal is a legend, very talkative and canny!

Knowing what this place used to be like, I can't rate it more then 2 stars. We used to be regular guests whenever we were in the city. Food used to be great, tasty and hot with big portions and cocktails used to be in proper glasses with beautiful decorations that made drink really appealing. They used to play great Caribbean music. Then we haven't been there for few years and now everything has changed to much worse. The place still looks the same but it doesn't not have that vibe anymore and on the day we were there ( Saturday late afternoon) loud modern music was blaring from the speakers... No Caribbean music and no atmosphere. Food menu has changed, loosing all the good stuff from the prawn mango wrap to lamb stew.... We ordered sharer meat and got 2 tiny sausages, 2 incredibly small small pieces of ribs and 2 bites of chicken with very dry rice that was supposed to be coconut rice but was overcooked and dry rice with beans instead. Cocktails were in standard IKEA 250 ml glass with no decorations and very watery with very little taste to it. And the prices.... Too expensive for what you get for the money. I think it's safe to say we will not be going back.

Great bottomless brunch, good variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails brought to us in abundance. Food was really good. My only disappointment was a £19 service charge put unexpectedly on the end which was approx £4 each for our table of 5 but I would rather that price be put in the brunch price so I know what to expect on booking. Our waitress was however really attentive.

Came in for cocktails with my girlfriend. Both Kat and Leah were really lovely and helpful (and great at making cocktails!). Will definitely come again! :)

Great drinks. Normally better music (I prefer the reggae and dub playlist). Food isn't AMAZING for veggies but I think that's only by comparison to some of the super looking meat dishes. Friendly and efficient staff. Meg was great :)

Absolutely lush service from the man he looks like a Danny unsure his real name. Pure banter could have asked for more baso gave his heart and soul for us . Lychee? He’s never heard of it . Bottomless brunch got us girls LEATHERED and was lush. Lychee as we found out tastes like imperial leather foam burst do not order 🚫🚫

My partner and I was staying in the apartments next door and decided to pop into turtle bay. We was seated straight away, with great service. Also a shout out to Cal, very polite, made conversations and kept checking if we were all good for food and drinks.

me and my boyfriend were having the bottomless brunch on the 7th of december, i completely forgot to review and just found the card that the lovely rhianna gave us, i can honestly say she was absolutely amazing, smiling right through shift even on a busy saturday! she kept topping us up with our drinks and was very helpful to my boyfriend who needed to use the disabled toilets (as he was on crutches) she was such a sweetheart and goes over and beyond :) !!
