Everything was spot on, we had the bottomless brunch, service was excellent, drinks were nice, food was excellent! Highly recommend.

On November 7th, 2024, my family and I visited Turtle Bay and we were welcomed by your employee, Cal. Cal demonstrated exceptional customer service throughout our visit. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he provided excellent recommendations for our meal and drinks choices. As an individual with a nut allergy, I greatly appreciated Cal's attentiveness to my dietary restriction. He reassured me and ensured that my meal was prepared safely, which allowed me to enjoy my dining experience without anxiety. Cal's conversational skills were commendable, and he was great at keeping a conversation flowing. We visited from Hull and he reciprocated by sharing his experiences visiting Hull for hockey matches. His friendly demeanor made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Cal is undoubtedly an asset to your establishment, and I commend his professionalism and dedication to providing exceptional customer service. Went with my family. We loved the Atmosphere, is suitable for family with kids and if you want to hang with friends. We loved the starters it was really nice but the potion was too small, sharing plates was way too small. And we ordered desserts asked for vanilla ice cream but they gave us “VEGAN ICE CREAM” which is made with coconut oil and looked way too white and rich coconut flavour then normal vanilla ice cream or atleast they could have mentioned that is vegan ice cream, kids didn’t like it they left it with one bite. Service was already and over all fun experience and one time visit.

4 of us went for bottomless brunch on 2.11.24 and had a fantastic time. Meg was our waitress and she was amazing. She knew a lot about the food and cocktails and advised on which ones would be suitable to our tastes. We will definitely be back

Great place! Amazing Food and great cocktails. Lovely atmosphere in there with friendly staff! - would reccomend the Trini Doubles, but beware the Hot Sauces 🔥. Nice touch having Red Stripe on tap too. Highly reccomend.

Lovely evening, Lydia was fabulous, came to our table every 15 minutes to see if we wanted another drink.

Went for a little bottomless brunch, such a good night service was so good when I couldn't decide what to drink Tory recommended so many amazing drinks for us both! Service was unreal and thank you so much to Edith on the bar for making our drinks taste so amazing, overall the whole experience was amazing and I would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Went to turtle bay on Monday lunchtime for bottomless brunch, was served by waiter called Brandon. He was very kind and helped us with all we wanted alongside excellent service, thanks again Brandon.

The food and cocktails were brilliant and great staff. We weren't 100% sure what drinks to order and had missed the timing for the cocktail offer but the waitress was brilliant and hilighted a different drinks offer for us

Came here based on the reviews. Food was only okay but on non-busy night with many empty seats I had to wait for 35 minutes to get wings only.

The food tastes fine, although a bit spicy. Service was not up to par, I was served cola zero even though I specifically asked for original. Floors were sticky and music too loud.
