Vita in Solihull

Ideal situation in middle of Mell Sq, v busy, v friendly service, ate bacon bap and sausages in sourdough toast, large portions and v tasty, reasonable price, could not fault and will revisit.

Me and my husband visited for a coffee and bite to eat. We ordered a full English breakfast, a breakfast bap and a couple of coffees. The food came after about 10 mins, which was as expected. However the drinks still hadn’t come and we had almost finished our food. Considering it’s meant to be a coffee shop, you would expect the drinks to come out quickly. The place was full when we arrived, however looking around most of the tables had had their food and drinks. The majority of tables had left by the time we received ours. My husband had to go and ask if the drinks were still coming whilst half through his breakfast, their excuse was they were short staff. However there were 3 staff on that we could see, which for a small coffee shop you would think that was adequate staffing. Also the menu says lashford sausages plural and we only received one sausage, we did bring it up however they just said you only get one sausage. We will not be visiting again.

Breakfast was terrible the one sausage you get was not cooked on either off the breakfasts and the one piece off bacon was shrivelled up over done the eggs on both plates were so undercooked all the jelly was still on the eggs we paid £26 in here for two breakfasts tea an latte would never come again don’t waste your money they need a new chief the sour doe bread was nice but that was it

Visited with dogs and small children and both received a very warm welcome. I was very impressed with how chatty and kind the staff were. The food and coffee was good, it's not cheap but good value for the service and environment

Th venue has a fixed price breakfast and brunch menu and is very popular. My partner had the English breakfast whereas I had pancakes, maypole syrup and added bacon. Great service and very good food

Lisa and Bruno provided excellent customer service. The cakes were delightful and morish. One of the best iced lattes I have ever had aswell . Would defo recommend this place and will 100% be returning.

These people have no idea what they are doing. I thought I would give them a second chance. All I wanted was a cup of tea and cookie. 13 minutes later I’m still waiting and the people behind me got served before me. It’s like they have all taken a sleeping pill before they opened shop - needless to say I will never be returning Summary = 1/10

This place has gone down the pan. The staff (all under the age of 20) have the mental capacity of a four year old, and have absolutely no clue about customer service. Such a shame, as the spot they have is right in the middle of Solihull. Why not employ old people? Possibly because they are paying minimum wage, and when you do that you get minimum customer service. Overall 0/10

We visit most days as the coffee is so mellow. It's our favourite coffee shop. The plus is that all of the staff are so friendly and welcoming.

Absolutely delicious!🤤 I don’t always eat cake.. but I do like a good brownie. This was one of the BEST brownies I’ve ever had!😍 Warm brownie with vanilla ice cream, Nutella sauce and strawberry slices! YUM!! Will definitely be ordering again soon!💜

This café is located in an attractive glass building in the centre of Mell Square in Solihull. We have been here many times but this was our first visit for some time. It has nice indoor space and also some outdoor seating. However if you sit outside you can only have a cardboard cup. As it transpired this may have been a better option as the cup my partner was served his coffee in had lipstick marks around the rim. The staff were very pleasant and changed the cup immediately, but it did seem a worrying error particularly in the present situation.

Absolutely amazing coffee made by the amazingly passionate and knowledgable Charlie. Our desserts were made to order and were delicious. You will want to try this place out.

Called in here because everywhere else was closed it was after 5 o’clock there was one person in front of me he only ordered two coffees it seemed to take an age would hate to see this place if it was busy.

Best coffee in Solihull! These guys know their stuff about coffee. Seriously good crepes, waffles and pancakes too. A must visit if you’re in the area!

Stopped here with some friends. Nicely decorated inside and service was quick enough. I ordered a latte which was tiny for the £2.80 they were charging. Due to COVID reasons I’m guessing, the cookie I ordered came on a paper plate with a wooden fork....

Visited here just for a break from shopping and got a coffee, while the coffee was nice enough, the staff were rude and unhelpful, one lady, who i presume to be the manager from her snapping orders at other staff, was very rude in particular...

I’ve had a few coffee’s in Vita and I can’t fault it in any way! Accommodating to dietary requirements (good range of dairy free milks) and we’re able to give me advice on cakes that would go well with my choice of drink. Very COVID...

Popped into Vita Solihull for a coffee in the sun. Tried there toastie. Oh wow. Best toastie I've ever tasted. Sun was Out so if you closed your eyes you could of been in the middle of palma. Try the flat white while your there....

Went with my family after a nice walk in nearby park. Although it took alittle time for our order to arrive everything tasted great especially the toasties The staff were excellent, very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be back
