Wedding reception on the Roof Terrace. Fantastic location and views over much of the City. Cool vibes and music. Drinks very pricey. 1 whiskey sour and 1 brandy sour was £42. Large Rose £31.

We came here the night before my 40th birthday as we were staying local. What a beauty of a spot. Not a huge outside area, so see why you need to pre-book and have an allotted time. Views are gorgeous, especially as the sun is going down. Lovely decor. The little table lamps that came round were a nice touch. Our waitress was super friendly! Drinks very tasty and more reasonable priced drinks to some places in London. We'd be back!

Specifically choose this venue due to three out of four of us being vegetarians. On Sunday we completed the 10km race in London. We arrived at here extremely hungry only to find out that they had no vegetarian options available on the menu but might have them later today or tomorrow (which is totally useless information for us!). We ordered fries and halloumi fries, as we were so hungry and discussed going elsewhere to eat, however because the music/vibe was so good we decided to stay for longer. I then came up with a genius idea and asked the waitress if she could please check with the chef if he could prepare for us halloumi burgers. She came back to us and said yes he could but he would need to charge us the same price which would be £12.50 per burger, which we agree to. 30 mins or so later our burgers arrived however these where chip burgers!! I called our waitress over to inform her that we’ve been given the wrong burgers. She said I thought you wanted chips, I assured her that was not was I asked for that! Whilst order these must’ve used the halloumi 10 times, as she seemed confused and reassured me that she understood my order! I then told that we are so hungry that we will eat these but will not pay for them (bearing in mind, that we had already spent over £100 on drinks). She then came back after speaking to the manager, with the answer that the manager said that because we have already paid for them couldn’t refund them? I’d asked to speak to the manager. I explained to the manger our situation, that we have competed in a race, choose this venue due to it veggie options (bearing in mind non where available) and that we received an incorrect order. He informed me that he could refund one chip burger, due to the others being eaten. To which I told him we were absolutely starving!!! I informed him that we discussed going to eat elsewhere but decided to stay due to the vibe. He answer to me was….well why didn’t you go elsewhere!!!! He did eventually refund two burgers but his attitude was totally disrespectful and sexist, as when my male friend complained he treated him totally differently. Will never go back again….

Rooftop van het Hotel. Helaas vandaag een beetje regenachtig dus de “zonne’schermen zijn uitgeklapt. Dan is het terras niet echt heel sfeervol. Wel mooi uitzicht richting de Shard. Eten was prima maar niet exceptioneel. Wellicht bij mooi weer meer ‘place to be’ .

The view was nice, but the service was disappointing. As a Hilton Gold Card member, I expected better. We were initially turned away and told to book, then later told we could go up. It was confusing. We waited a long time to be served, even when trying to order at the bar on roof roof. And when we asked for the bill, others were served before us. Not impressed. Wouldn't recommend.

Booked for a nighttime rooftop cocktail night, didn’t realise there was a £50 minimum which is absurd considering a cocktail was only £16 which is ridiculous for just flavoured ice down cocktails, mugged of view, anyway we went up coincidentally the day before our booking and had one then got to hotel and realised we went to it a day earlier so didn’t want to go again the next night, so I phoned up that night and cancelled, lady on the phone said Yep no bother all cancelled, never mentioned a cancellation fee however looked on my bank the next day and £50 was taking out so I phoned them up stating we went the day before by accident and cancelled in enough notice, I did not know it was 24 hours however I cancelled with just over 20 to go but still, after getting transferred to the manager he tried to offer us a £50 spend on there rooftop next time we go even tho we don’t plan on going to London again anytime soon. After arguing for a while he said he can give us £20 total back, however he hung up the phone quicker than lightning “ok bye!” Didn’t take any details or anything I tried to email 3 times now. No reply and not looking like getting money back DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Better rooftops that don’t have a minimum spend

The rooftop was great , the food was good and the views were amazing. This was all made even better by the amazing service off Victoria, she was friendly and efficient.

Amazing evening! We travelled from Poole/ bournemtouh for a good evening here for dinner and drinks somewhere else after. We stayed here for hours and the only place we visited in our stay. Special shout out to Anne Marie who was serving us! If you see this ask for mango aioli in her accent ;) also the lady on hosting with curly hair was extremely helpful. Didn’t get her name The views was unreal. Service amazing and food unreal, in Bournemouth we only normally serve no more then 10% service charge. But this revive charge was more then deserved. By far made our evening away more then amazing . Staff are so less is more. Everything beaut!!!

Popped up here for a drink after a work event in the hotel and what a great surprise! An outdoor patio are with fabulous views of Trafalgar Square, the Shard and the London Eye! Lovely Espresso Martinis …..so good we had to have another! Great service too. We didn’t eat but it looked good from where we were sitting! All in all a lovely way to spend the afternoon!

We were trying to look for a nice place to go for a couple of drinks along with a pleasant view from a rooftop bar. Came across "The Roof top" and what an experience it was. Located right at Trafalgar square with a fantastic view. The food quality was good. "Raja" who looked after us was all about customer service and really looked after us very well. A very pleasing experience and thank our luck we found this awesome place being taken care by few awesome people. Must visit.

We had top service, good snacks and decent enough cocktails with great views over Trafalgar Square. Prices steep but location was great so acceptable.

Beautiful views! Delicious food! Interesting drinks!...but...terrible service. We actually waited 20 minutes after being seated, and after we checked that we shouldn't be getting up to order ourselves, to have a server take our order. Later, when we ordered our 2nd round of drinks, the server came by after 10 minutes to see how everything was... well, since we never received round 2, not so great... it took another 5 minutes to get those drinks... Honestly, I have no idea how they are staying in business... so many missed opportunities to take and deliver orders to all the tables we were able to see. I would not recommend until service improves.

A great place to have brunch in a bustling city! Another rooftop bar above the hotel. An awesome views overlooking the city and a great view of the London Eye in the distance. We had a selection of small plates on the menu and I ur favourite tapas were chicken & tempura prawns. We had a lovely meal and experience.

We stopped here for afternoon drinks and the view did not disappoint. The rooftop is a relatively small area but has a great view of Trafalgar Square and its environs. The drinks were not overly-priced, considering it's central London. The downside is that the service was slow. Although there were quite a few members of staff and not many guests, it took a while to place an order and a little while to receive the drinks. We weren't in a great hurry and the view was a distraction but we would have ordered more if we had more time to stay and enjoy the view.

Views in pictures looked great but all we could see was the grill ! The outside area is the only part that has the view of the London eye etc . If you are seated in the retractable roof part the view is not of the sights at all and from most tables you wouldn’t be able to see the view . Was really looking forward to this but was a total let down .

Food is below average. Drinks are expensive. Let’s face it you are paying for the view… If you are sitting on the outside patio. We got a look at the place the day before and there are 2 totally distinct spots. Outside patio with a view and interior, enclosed with essentially no view. We booked a reservation at the cost of £50, charged if you no-show. When we arrived at 7 pm, we were taken to the No view area. I politely asked to be taken to the patio view that we requested in person, and we were seated there. What’s annoying is we were there for dinner and drinks. There was a table in front of us with the best view that turned over 3 times as they were only having drinks. We spent £270 over 2 1/2 hours. Why would they give that table to transients? The food wasn’t great. Sea bass was over cooked, Caesar salad was tasteless and the grilled broccoli tasted like burnt grill. The view is nice, but not mind blowing. Wouldn’t recommend wasting a night there.

Our fifth attempt at going here due to weather issues over a couple of years. It was worth the wait. The rooftop was quiet and peaceful with great views over London. Prices are what you would expect in London, especially with a view. We will go again.

Pretty disappointing and uninspiring. A rooftop bar suggests a view. Unless you are outside (both spaces had a private function) the inside is dull with a view of a kitchen! What's the point? The food was a lot better than the decoration suggested. Drinks were okay, nothing special. I won't rush back - there are many rooftop bars (with actual views of London) that are much better.
