Amazing vegan food, such interesting decor and super friendly staff, what's not to love? Rashiq did a phenomenal job serving us.

It is one of the best Lebanese restaurants. The restaurant is clean and their way of eating is different from the traditional one. It is a little innovative. I tried two of their branches in London and they were all excellent.

We had an alumni gathering iftar and it was so well organised by the staff. They were so accommodating and friendly and made it a success ! Food and service were amazing and would definitely repeat!

Very slow service on Ramadan Iftar. Main course never served on my table till 30 mins after Iftar and with wrong components. Soup was room temperature while it should hit, food in general is average and of small portions. I decided to leave after the starters only due to the slow service. Did not have my Iftar properly and had to eat else where. On Iftar, food should be served all together not like started first then main course like traditional dinner. The manager waived all the bill, while it’s ok, my weekend Iftar was spoiled. Not recommended for Iftar.

I stopped for dinner one evening. I have been here before a while ago. Nice branch located behind Oxford Street. Tables are very close together so it can get really noisy. Clean. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Good service. Nice menu of dishes that are inspired by the flavours, spices and cuisine of the Middle East, Lebanon and North Africa. I had the mezze platter for one which comprised hommos, baba ghanuj, quinoa tabbouleh, falafel, natural labné, cheese samboussek, flatbread & pickles. This was really nice. Lovely. I really enjoyed my meal. Light, yet filling. Generous. I enjoyed it but couldn't finish it. Perfect for a warm spring evening. Would recommend for sure.

Prompt service, good food and friendly staff

Bad customer service. Paid £55 for the meal and when I refused to pay service charge due to really bad service staff was really rude. As I was leaving the restaurant one of the Chef commented (If you moan eat at home). Not professional at all.

Really excellent food- had the grilled chicken with rice and salad- was delicious! Served by Khalis who was super friendly, fast and efficient. Excellent service. Would recommend.

Props to all the staff that made my first visit so wonderful. Amazing service, atmosphere feels homey and welcoming—a real break from the minimalistic, corporate designs that are in the city. Food was excellent, I ordered the Mixed Grill with the Tony’s Homous for my Mezze. Meat is tender and not chewy at all, wonderful salad and rice. I praise the cooks for their keen understanding for taste, texture and presentation. Cocktails are fabulous, not too strong, not watered down at all, a great cocktail!! Unfortunately, I didn’t get the name of our wonderful waitress but she was incredibly helpful and friendly for our girl’s dinner. We will be coming back!

Something a little different here. Very nice flavours and a reasonable price particularly for London. Staff very pleasant. If you like Mediterranean food from the East or as in our experience from Morocco you should enjoy this restaurant.

Tan decepcionante. Esta fue mi primera vez en Comptoir Libanais, y me encanta la comida de Oriente Medio de cualquier variedad, así que estaba deseando. El servicio fue educado y relajado, las instalaciones eran agradables y peculiares, hasta ahora tan bueno. Tuvimos que pedir el menú de corrección de premios, y decidimos elegir entre él. La sopa de lentejas estaba bien, aunque podría haber hecho sin el aceite de oliva (? ) flotando en la parte superior. El supuesto plato principal, la ensalada Mama Zohra, contenía cuatro minúsculos trozos de pollo con la piel puesta, peso total aproximado de 20 gramos, posiblemente menos. Había unas cuantas piezas muy pequeñas de feta, y tuve que buscar la pitta crujiente, que resultó ser tres o cuatro cuadrados del tamaño de un crouton de pitta tostada, muy muy delgada y de nuevo, minúscula. Yo diría que esta ensalada era una ensalada lateral, no un plato principal. El pudín era muy agradable, mouhalabia de azahar, una especie de panna cotta con frutas secas, y disfruté del vino tinto del valle de la Bekaa. Pero en general, la comida me pareció muy mala relación calidad-precio. Tristemente, probablemente no volveré a visitar. ¿Quizás fue porque el menú de premios fijos significa porciones pequeñas?

Great place to hit for lunch. The varied menu caters to most palates and the service is warm and friendly. The restaurant's is colourful and joyful, a nice visual pick me up especially if you work in a bland office. See photo of hallumi wrap, I was truly stuffed afterwards!

He disfrutado viniendo a Comptoir Libanais. Buena comida de sabor, buen servicio si amateur, porciones decentes. . . Esta vez fui el 15 de febrero. El lugar era tranquilo para un almuerzo tardío. Pero algo había salido horriblemente mal en la cocina para hacer todas las porciones mucho más pequeñas. Pedí su especial de garbanzos y coliflor con quinoa. Exactamente como se describe, con suficiente coliflor para cubrir mi uña del pulgar, menos salsa que mi puño y una cantidad verdaderamente modesta de quinoa. Nada más. Sabor ligeramente aburrido pero pasable. Cuando llegó la sopa de lentejas (casi £ 8 ) era igualmente pequeña - piense en una taza para el té de la tarde y usted está a punto de tener razón. El sabor estaba bien, consistencia un poco espesa. Había un gran cartel que anunciaba un postre gratis los días 14 y 15 de febrero. Cuando llegamos, el gerente dijo que lo resolvería por nosotros. Lebanese restaurant. The food is delicious. Honestly. My experience was special. . Its interior sessions are elegant, with a very beautiful heritage. As for the prices, I find them to be a bit high, of course everyone walks within a certain budget.

Had the Mezze Platter for Two and Lamb Kofta Rice bowl each. Servings were generous and would have been enough to feed one more person! I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of flavours in the different components of the dish. Would highly recommend and will definitely come back!

Lebanese restaurant for Indian chefs Al-Athar is a Lebanese restaurant and has not become an Indian restaurant I do not recommend going there

It's alright! The food is a bit uneven, and service wasn't on top of things when we went despite the room being fairly quiet.

I took it from them. Meat kebab. It was sweet 8/10. Tabbouleh with quinoa, not bulgur, 7/10. And lentil soup 4/10, fattoush 7/10. Nice service staff. The biggest drawback is that the restaurant smells like charcoal, which irritates my sinuses. Fresh mint tea is amazing 9/10.

I ordered food from Uber Eats—one lamb kofta grill (which comes with salad, rice, and two pieces of lamb kofta) and a chicken wrap. However, we only received the chicken wrap. We called the restaurant, and the person who answered the phone checked with the chef. They admitted to making a mistake and asked us to come pick up the food from the restaurant. There was no apology whatsoever, and their attitude was basically “come and get your food.” It’s not even our fault. It was a ridiculous experience with this restaurant. You don’t want to deal with something like this when you’re hungry and receive no food.

Absolutely terrible service, wrong food arrived, no apologies from restaurant. What did arrive swiftly went in the trash as I have no idea what it was. A joke of a place. Pathetic.

Llamamos al restaurante, y la persona que contestó el teléfono lo verificó con el chef. Admitieron haber cometido un error y nos pidieron que viniéramos a recoger la comida del restaurante. No hubo disculpa alguna, y su actitud fue básicamente “ven a buscar tu comida”. Ni siquiera es culpa nuestra. Fue una experiencia ridícula con este restaurante. No quieres lidiar con algo así cuando tienes hambre y no recibes comida.

I took it from them Shish tawook, mixed appetizers, rice and falafel They are all delicious except for the rice, which is not plain, mixed with vermicelli, pomegranate and chickpeas, which I did not like... Of course, pay attention. Pay attention to the account. The person with the price on me was surprised and said, “I gave you the right for two people.” I said, “Dear, the food. This is a good restaurant to have the platters to share. The atmosphere was casual and relaxing - a good choice for Friday nights. The food was good and the service was fast. Would recommend.

The food is Yumilious here. Falafels are just soo melt in the mouth. Moreover, Sreya was on her toes all the time and offered great service. Must visit the place. Definitely recommend.
