Worst breakfast I’ve ever eaten. Woman behind the counter was polite and looked like she was listening although wasn’t at all as everything was wrong. Asked for bacon and sausage roll and a cheese and bacon roll, 2 cans of pop, 2 blue drinks and a white coffee. My friend ordered simple things too such as an oat cake. They didn’t have any oat cakes or nice bread. Waited almost an hour for food to be cooked. But we weren’t actually waiting for our food. We were waiting for the lady to cook everyone else’s food first even people who came in after us. Then said everything was in the bag. Burnt bacon. white normal basic bread. No sausages or sauce. Oh and they forgot the cheese and bacon roll so she quickly cooked it and was done in about 5 seconds so I have no idea why we had to wait for so long. Could have walked to the shop bought bread and bacon and sausages and oatcakes, walked home and cooked it all and eaten it in less of the time spent waiting here. Absolute joke of a place. Don’t make a sandwich shop if you can’t even cook a bacon butty or improvise when a delivery is late.

For a truly authentic taste of Staffordshire oatcakes, go for the 3 oatcakes + 5 fillings. I chose 2x mushrooms + 1 each of onions, bacon, black pudding: sooooo tasty. Order a pot of tea as well, and this is a great breakfast or lunch. Smiling, friendly staff; no-frills surroundings; great value-for-money.

As a regular with my family I called into the Hanley weatherspoons on th 12/1/2025 never again I walked in went up stairs with my family and a rude member of staff approached me in a unprofessional manner and told y young toddler No macdonlds drinks allowed I told him it’s nealy empty and I am buying drinks and food he was so rude and abrupt I asked for the manger he said I am the manger I asked for his name as I said I don’t like your attitude he said I don’t have to give you my name I am known as the manger he was a jumped up rude unprofessional kid I wanted to leave but mrs wanted to get food for the kids so we did I wish we didn’t the food was cold I reported this just for the jumped up guy again to say the foods fine he dosnt deserve to work with customers I will never go in another weatherspoons again due to such a rude idot

Lysander Road Meir Park, Stoke-on-Trent ST3 7WB EnglandAbsolutely awful service, waited at the till for more than 5 minutes waiting for staff to stop talking and acknowledge me, when I finally got my strawberry matcha latte, it was disgusting, so lumpy and completely undrinkable had to leave it after one sip and having lumps of powder in my mouth, for the price this is awful and I will not be going back! Do not waste your money or time waiting for it!!

New Inn LaneFood was excellent and well priced, staff are polite, friendly and very helpful!! Cannot recommend this place enough for a nice chilled meal out!!
