Ordered 2 weeks ago and food was almost 30 minutes late for quoted delivery time and cold on arrival. I sent the food back with the driver and when the restaurant called, I asked for a refund which was not issued. This is the first time I've had a problem with them, but because they were unwilling to refund my money, it's also the last time they'll ever get a penny from me. Extremely poor customer service.

Had a really good night on Saturday evening. The food and service was faultless and the live singer (Josh) was not only a real hottie but also had an amazing voice and really added to the whole experience.

Food was stone cold when arrived, watched the delivery driver go 2 miles from my house when k live 0.8 miles from the kfc and was very sarcastic towards me.
