Vino's Pizzeria & Grill in South Hams

Came here tonight and the staff were amazing. We were quite a large group of 10 and the staff made sure we had enough tables and chairs, even moving chairs to make sure we had enough space. Food was delicious and well priced, lovely atmosphere, quick service - we will definitely be back !! :)

Called in here New Year’s Day Lovely pizza & chips Plenty for 2 and piping hot This place is worth a visit We are regulars here now..

Had a takeaway from this place yesterday. Stone cold. They asked if we wanted a refund we said yes. 24hrs later and numerous calls they said we needed to bring the food back which is in the bin. Shocking service. Really rude. Told me I was banned like I would ever go back.

Average pizza but came quick. It was an amazing price for what u get. Would recommend for a decent takeaway.

We needed a small fix as most places were fully booked. We were recommended Vino's so we gave it a shot and ordered a large cheese and tomato pizza to share. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait so we ventured over to the Dolphin for a pint whilst we waited. There isn't many takeaway pizzas like this in Dartmouth (or to our knowledge) but we have to say it was perfect. Nice and hot and even came with 2x garlic dips which we usually throw away but made use of them this time. Would recommend if you're picking it up or local as they seem to have lots of issues with delivery. Can't fault the food one bit!

Really hate to write bad reviews but this was awful. Food took 90 minutes when website said 45. Apparently first driver could not find it but even though prompted on online ordering for phone number nobody called. Eventually,food arrived stone cold and had to warm up in oven. Garlic breads were burnt. I ordered diner kebab which arrived with pitta and meat separate and the pitta was so hard had to snap it into pieces. £60 not well spent. Very disappointing

Basically I ordered some food for my family and my son and they got my order wrong!! I order a kofte wrap and they gave me a burger chopped in half with cheese and I never asked for that as it was for my son. I rang up and complained and they told me that they had no kofte!! They could have told me when I ordered. Also because they got my order wrong they told me that I'm not allowed back to the takeaway which I thought was really weird as I did nothing wrong. Their the ones who got it wrong

We discovered that the food order had missing items when we got home and the food quality was at best average if being generous...

Good prices and great food. Kebab was well Cooked and salad served separately which was welcomed. Comes with coleslaw, just a warning as I hate coleslaw! Also they deliver to for a £1 charge which is great in these times. Definitely recommend.

Service Quick and friendly! Happy staff, food tasted amazing and was piping hot! The whole area was clean and tidy! You can see the food being prepared infront of you They even deliver for £1 in Dartmouth! Great delivery staff too :)

Horrible experience on Friday. Popped into Vinos for the first time in years - ignored all the warnings about hygiene problems and thought ‘I’ll give them a chance’. At this time of growing infections but clear national guidance, I was surprised by no signs, no masks, no barriers, no limits on number of people in the shop, no social distancing, no hand gel - the boss even shouted to one lady in the street she could take her mask offing she wanted. The delivery guy then turned up again with no mask, walked straight off the street into the kitchen, collected an order and walked straight back out again brushing past me. I cancelled my order as I couldn’t believe that they would act that way and was told by the boss that “the Council say we don’t have to do any of that”. How can someone be allowed to operate in the food business with no consideration whatsoever for the health of customers. Never mind the hygiene rating of 2/5 it’ll be a miracle if they’re not the hub of a pandemic hotspot! Please avoid them at all cost - your health is worth more than a kebab (honest!)

We order regularly from Vino's. Always garunteed to be delicious food! Beef and Bacon burgers are the best I've ever had. Great pizzas. Delivery is fast depending on how busy they are. Cheesy chips are always good with generous amounts of chips and cheese.

Super tasty Vinos special pizza, fully loaded and proper tasty- thank you Vinos - superb. We were particularly naughty and ordered a Donna kebab, naught but incredibly delicious 😁

Used to order from vinos but stopped last year sometime as food became awful. We ordered last month on the off chance and it was amazing. Cheesy chips are nice and crunchy (hate undercooked and soggy!) kebab was perfect. Lovely delivery man even though I sent him to the wrong address and got him told off 😂 ordered a few times since and still great.

Have never ever been let down by Vinos and have to go out of my way to leave a review today because I left a request for small amount of garlic mayo because I have just found out I'm pregnant and food is a bit of an issue atm 😂 but they also went out of their way to out the mayo on the side and even cut the green away from the edges of my cucumber... So much care and I appreciate it, no one ever goes out of their way to use their noggin like these guys!!! Thank you so much :) Rach102@hotmail.co.uk

That’s twice I’ve been here and ordered onion rings and not had them in the bag ... Only a pound or whatever, but bit of a let down ... 😐

Just walked past this eve and witnessed a male staff eating the cheese, fingers in the pot grab cheese into mouth finger tips and all then back into pot grab cheese into mouth finger tips and all.....I literally stood on the pavement outside and watched the man eat the cheese the door was wide open he turned and saw me looking at him and after swallowing and wiping his mouth with the back of his hand he looked at me and said " hello can I help?" I walked away in discussed and will be making my call to environmental tomorrow, there is no excuse for this he has access to all to make himself something to eat and boxes to put it in.

got an americano pizza no sweetcorn! with SPICY chicken meant to be normal they didn’t warn me that they had no normal chicken!!! for someone like me who hates spice i think it’s stupid of them for not telling me. AWFUL

We ordered 3 thing's off the menu 2 pizzas and chicken wings with chips, didn't get the chips ,the wings were hot wings which we didnt ask for.I asked for the set menu chicken pizza which should have chicken mushroom and sweetcorn i asked for extra topping of pinapple.all i got was chicken and pineapple.worst pizza I've ever had.

Waited 35 mins for Cheesy Chips and it wasn't even busy... and they were disgusting. Also Donor meat was dreadful and got overcharged. Terrible service. Never again.

We ordered two small pizzas but I wish I hadn’t. As we sat there (20 + mins), I looked around the ship and noticed the dirty floor, the old, faded hygiene rating (not updated!), the dirty bin ( the shop had only been open 10...

After waiting 2 & half hours for our food it arrived cold and had clearly been reheated and all burnt ,the meat was pink inside(chicken) fed to dog and now not even hungry! Absolute joke.. Also told after they've been seen storing food in a car outside! Needs inspecting by health nd safety!

Used to get great kebabs here but goodness me the standards have gone downhill so fast! No excuses. It's the only kebab shop in town but nothing excuses this. Get a grip!!!

We order a family deal twice and they got it wrong there was a vegetarian friend with us And they put meat on it the chips were cold and soggy not acceptable at all

Having waited two and a half hours last time we ordered to be served cold food (we live 5 minutes drive away) we decided to give Vino’s one last chance. Order was incomplete, and incorrect. When I phoned to complain I was just argued with by a very rude, patronising man. Food average at best- service terrible. They do not deserve the business.

Small Place with a lovely food. We’ve stopped really late in the evening and we’ve ordered some pizza!! Really good and tasty

If it's late and you've had a few beers, this place is paradise. Open late, late - they serve everything that's needed to soak up the beer. Pizzas, kebabs, burgers and chips. It's not fine dining, but exactly what a drinker craves.

Back late from seeing a movie in Kingsbridge so decided on pizza for me and kebab for my sister. Pizza crust was yummy. Nicest had in ages. My sister said the kebab was lovely. Nice guys, great service, good food..

Sabiendo que donde yo vivo los pedidos de vinos - que tome al menos 2 horas, con sus órdenes y todo siempre llega fría. No ofrece descuentos a pesar de pasar un montón de dinero cada semana. Esto no continuará con el servicio que están actualmente recibiendo de ellos.

Como una familia que estábamos buscando un restaurante de pizza. Encontramos Vinos pequeña pero agradable y la comida muy sabrosa. Pedimos pizza y patatas fritas. Muy bonito. Nos sentamos en el interior. Algunas mesas dentro, así que tuvimos la suerte de conseguir una mesa. Llevar demasiado. Corto paseo desde el río. Fácilmente podría tener como llevar y sentarse junto al río.

No es un restaurante de alta cocina, pero si estás buscando una buena pizza sabrosa hasta tarde en la noche, entonces no se puede hacer mucho mejor que el vino.

Primera l de tiempo tratará de enclaves en Dartmouth, pizza fantástica y sabroso, buen servicio. Sin duda volvería otra vez, lo recomiendo xx

La comida es estupenda. Lo recomiendo sin duda. No volveré. kebabs mixta y kebabs normal era preciosa y a los niños les encantaba su pizza.

Dartmouth está inundada de alta calidad comida para llevar y restaurantes y Vinos ha encontrado su nicho es un poco para llevar a un precio razonable que ofrece buena comida fresca.

Friendly staff, plenty of variety. The pizza is awesome and at a reasonable price. Eat there quite often and never disappoints.

I had kebab and been sick all night long. try again another time and again been sick, with some other bunch of friend been sick aswell..Never go back

As a resident of Dartmouth I use Vinos quite a lot. Top notch food great chips and awesome portion sizes! Friendly staff, an undiscovered gem in Dartmouth.

The staff are excellent, its the most friendly place in Dartmouth, and, you get first class food. Try a Vino's Special pizza, oh, and garlic bread with cheese, and mushrooms...........I'm drooling already.

Wow! You certainly get good value here. Really tasty cheesy crust pizza with no scrimping on the toppings. Very much enjoyed!

We had read about Vino's on trip advisor, and thought we would give one of their Doner's a try. There was one guy in tonight he was very polite, meat & salad freshly prepared and cooked . We Enjoy the food we had and yes will recommend to others and friends.

Really nice pizzas, decent choice and fast service, and not too pricey. They are just off the main street in Dartmouth. Would recommend

Went here to get a meal in the evening while at work (on my break). A 1/4 pound cheeseburger and chips £4:50. Cooked fresh for me. Staff friendly and cheerful, nice table to wate at. The place looks and feels clean and new. The staff are willing to chat and make burger how I want what sauce I would like what salad I would like and how much. Will be going back for more.

Nice kebab and pizza place where you can take away or sit in. We've been a couple of times and had one of the best take away pizzas I've had in ages. All the ingredients were prepared while we waited not from plastic bags aka domino's etc... Kebabs are good we've had both Doner and Shish meats tender and not greasy and the chilli sauce is feisty but home made and one too tomatoy (if thats actually a word) Staff friendly and the place is spotlessly clean and decent value.
