All the TVs are odd, but the food was really good. The selection was great, including lots of different vegetarian options! I will come again.

I really like the display of their products, and the place is always clean. I also like the design of their products. The staff is very helpful, and I hope to one day have a meal at this place. I really like the food and drinks they offer.

Great food and service, bring my whole family here for drinks and food, it’s wheelchair accessible and staff are very friendly to the kids. Have never had a negative interaction with the staff and never felt pressured to leave even when the kids start misbehaving due to their autistic nature. Food and drink is decently priced, Fast and friendly service and best of all is very clean! I had my 1st ever mixed grill and went off the chiefs advice on how well to have it done and I was not disappointed at all really nicely done very tasty, The BBQ Mac burger is also a fantastic option aswell. Kid-friendliness: Very friendly and kind service made my kids feel very welcome even with the autism. There is colouring in for them to do while they wait for the food located at the bar with all the pens and pencils etc. The kids menus has some great choices on for fussy eaters. Wheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair lift at the front of the restaurant so you can up to the bar and also have disabled toilets close at hand if you dont have a radar key you can request the staff to open which was great for my son who is wheelchair bound.

Went out for a night with the lads dropped into Vineyard where they had a pirate night we met Pirate Captain Tom at the bar what a legend!!! (The guy was fully suited in a pirate outfit) we were not dressed up but Captain Tom passed out pirate hats to us and then when collecting glasses danced around with his jar of dirt really entertaining night. Drinks were fab, theme was fab, staff were cool service was fast and we all felt welcomed to take part in the night, door staff banter gives as good as they get lol

Went in to vineyard for a catch up with friends over some drinks, the staff were very friendly and helpful, while at the till bec introduced my group to mixr which is a great loyalty scheme a bit like Tesco club card. Great value for money on drinks and food.

My favourite local pub. Always fab service & such a lovely team. Visited for a England Euro game, great service, all staff calm and enjoying the busy atmosphere, tom, max and harry served me each time i got drinks for my group, each of them serving with a smile and with confidence, engaged in conversation and chatted to me whilst doing my drinks. Food cooked by Lauren and harley, had the euro burger which was fantastic.

Came a few days ago, service was brilliant from Rebecca, very helpful and gave good recommendations. Food was good, didn’t have to wait long at all. Plays all types of sport, with sound aswell. Will definitely be back.

Very good service staff outstanding amazing atmosphere shame they don’t have more pool tables but rather than that brilliant. Happy to finally eat a sundae that is Dairy free enjoyed every bit of it shame they don’t do in every pub.

Good food, good service but not my type of place. Smells like alcohol as soon as you walk in. Like the floor was soaked in alcohol and washed very rarely. In the nights with music, it's just not my type. Very rarely I liked the music. But I guess it's a matter of taste.

Pleasantly surprised. Booked late for a quick mother's day lunch and was slightly trepidations after realising it was on Sittingbourne high street. Arrived and table was all ready Place was clean and tidy and welcoming and not too busy Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was tasty and good value and arrived quickly . I'm sure it gets busy and rowdy with all the sport but would definitely return if in the area for a drink and some food during the quieter times

Found this place via the cask finder app - the cask marque sign was easily visible right outside the main door and there was something behind the bar about it too. Spent two evenings enjoying the beer (Doombar and Sea Fury) and playing pool with a couple of colleagues. The staff were nice and the atmosphere was generally good - most of the customers were either friendly or kept themselves to themselves. At one point there was an argument between a woman who walked in all flustered and some young lads who had been doing something on a tablet/laptop while on and off the phone sounding like they either were, or had been, up to no good (one of whom she called out to be a drug dealer). One of the staff stepped in and asked them to take it outside, but they carried on. The woman left and then a short while later the lads left. It was like watching an episode of Eastenders, in a way.

Came in on my own on a Saturday lunchtime. Had great double burger and chips (£10.99) with a cracking pint of Guinness for an extra £1. Great service, lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended.

We love the Vineyard - and used to go quite a lot - however the prices jumped up quite a bit in December 23 and it is not s good value as it was before. That said it is a nice place with good service - but we go less now

A busy town centre pub with good prices. The food we had was good and not expensive at all. The staff were cheerful and helpful. The customer furniture could do with a refurbishment but you can live with it.

A huge thank you to Beck, Steve and Nikki. I booked our Christmas meal here. Some of my party were apprehensive as they had been told the food wasn’t that good. However the food was amazing and everyone was pleasantly surprised we weren’t rushed out, staff were attentive and accommodating even with a last minute addition. A three course meal was 20 quid thereabouts so also didn’t break the bank this side of Christmas. I have ate here in and off for the past two years and have never had a bad meal and there is plenty of choice for vegetarians like myself. Would definitely recommend

Four of us had a midweek lunch and were very happy. Very friendly staff good selection on the menu at reasonable prices we all had different meals and we were very happy with our food and drinks which arrived quite quickly deserts were good too! This was our first visit and we will be coming back!

Kai and team offering great service and pub has good atmosphere . Food has always looked good when I've seen it ordered by other customers but today I tried items of the menu and was impressed by taste and quality . Definitely worth a visit , go on treat yourself it's worth it

Myself and my partner made a visit to the vineyard - sittingbourne this past weekend to nip for something to eat... I was not disappointed with a vast menu covering some pub favourites, sharing platters with a blinding saver deal for 3 or 5 small plates etc. With some help and guidance from a young lady named Bethany and seeing the portions flying out to the tables, we were guided through the menu and advised on some of the best dishes. We finally decided on the 5 dishes for I believe it was £12.99 or so very reasonable for the size, quality and amount, the young lady, Bethany brought our food out in what seemed like an instant, we had opted for 2 portions or Katsu chips, some southern fried strips and mac and cheese balls which was all most delicious and cooked to perfection. Going up to the bar was a pleasant experience, many staff all buzzing around serving drinks for the masses, again a very fine selection of drinks from craft beers to spirits and fruity ciders, I'm partial to a tipple of dead mans finger of which they had an assortment of flavours choosing a nice double lime rum and lemonade for myself and a double pink gin and lemonade for the good lady there was no waiting around with plenty of staff on hand to take the order, however seeming to give a continued relatable experience we were greeted once again with Bethany who was very knowledgeable on the drinks they have on offer when I was trying to decode which dead mans finger to have, All in all The Vineyard is a little gem in sittingbourne with a bustling atmosphere of regulars and new comers alike, sports are playing across the TV's and I heard talk of karaoke nights that I'll definitely try to attend, Thank you to Bethany and all the staff that made it an enjoyable experience ❤️

Drinks are a bit expensive and the place transformed into a club after 9 pm. Good people around and good fun.

I love the food here. But the staff are so rude. Had a lady pretty much march over demanding ID even though we had give them at the bar. 20 minutes to make a drink from the app. With so many dirty looks as they couldn’t decide if they wanted ID us or not. I understand it’s part of the job but there was no need for the rudeness!

Lived abroad for 5 years so it was nice to have normal English food and it's where I lived before moving.

Was quite busy when we arrived for lunch. Pleasantly surprised that there was a lift to get my elderly in-laws up to the floor of the main part of the pub. It was our first time there and the person behind the bar was very helpful, cheerful and friendly. The food was enjoyed by all 4 of us and was served in no time. Reasonably priced. Thank you.

What a cracking burger! A group of us had a great time here at the weekend for friends get together and a few drinks after. Lovely team too!

Popped in for a Guinness on St Patrick’s day, the decor was nicely kitted out for the day and the guineas was good, We ordered 2 chicken and bacon burgers 🍔 they where lovely, such good value , we couldn’t complain about anything Will defiantly be returning

Went for lunch with my sister in law and they bought out the wrong thing.. refused to swap and said she would have to pay again! She is heavily pregnant and got really upset. Worst customer service ever! Avoid!

Will never be going here again Where to start? Food: food is ok but nothing to write home about Service, Shocking , got our order wrong ,twice! Ordered the 10oz gammon and chips , made it clear that literally just gammon and chips , when it arrived at the table, it was a 10oz steak with chips, when told them they had the order wrong, they refused to replace it, forcing me to buy another gammon and chips, then when they brought that out it for some reason had and egg on the gammon, despite when ordering it they asked if i wanted it with just chips,when complained about this , we got " you have your gammon now" and they walked off ! Venue,I understand that this place has football on their tv , but why book the big table out , only to surround that table with people watching the football and to have it up do loud that no one can talk , even the people watching the football mentioned how loud it was. All and all a massive disappointment and they have lost at least 14 people going back This is not they only bad experience here

The food is so well cooked and Lauren (the friendliest, most beautiful chef in existence) came to check on us as we had some questions about the food and even gave us recommendations for dessert and tweaked my daughters dessert for a different icecream sauce! Love her, I would eat anything she cooked, probably even a soggy boot! Kelly behind the bar could not do enough to help out and was knowledgeable, professional and well presented. Will be returning!!

A very good selection of drinks, the staff are always nice and helpful, the menu is a bit smaller in choice, we had the steak pie, it was no way near as good as the pies used to be, more like a pukka pie, very disappointed, the fishlooke very good also the mixed grill looked nice, have always liked this chain of pubs

A sports bar, therefore usually football on the telly. Early evenings quiet, meals very similar to usual pub nationals but pricing themselves below their prices. Early evenings quiet and no table booking.

We booked the Vineyard for our company Christmas meal, but on our arrival it come to our attention that we were separated on 3 different tables, this was not addressed to us when placing the booking. Food wasn't great, the seafood salad was ok, the Christmas dinner contained of a pack of mixed frozen vegetables, frozen pack of roast potatoes, 1 pig in blankets, 1 Yorkshire pudding with a round disk shaped stuffing, and roughly 3 slices of turkey like you get when having school dinners, when I asked if we had any gravey, we were told that it was just being heated up!!! The Christmas pudding was like rubber and the chocolate fudge cake was stale around the edges. What made the evening was our own company, I would not book this place again and I would not recommend it.
