Brilliant food friendly staff will go back again and good on price

Ordered food at 17.25 delivered in good time and the delivery driver is always lovely shame the food was abysmal tonight! The doner kebab meat was dry as a bone and cold, many of the chips were underdone and the chilli sauce which was on the kebabs was disgusting and made the meal completely inedible! Love chucking £30s worth of food in the bin! Rang to complain but was totally gaslighted by the young man on the phone and was made to feel a complete phony and liar! Will not be using them again after today's fiasco!!

The fish and chips are great from here. Freshly cooked, not soggy! The service is really good, friendly and efficient.

Ordered delivery to Oare food exactly what we ordered and turned up nice and got still service down the phone was good and delivery drive was nice friendly and jokey top service good take away food

We have this every so meny weeks foods always been so amazing, but tonight wasn't as good, didn't cut the pitter-bread the meat was just flopped on top and not how amazing it normally is. It was basically just flopped on top, asked for things separately and wasn't, I have autism and it was just not as perfect as it normally was.

This useful little fish/ kebab grill is tucked away in Faversham Town centre by Faversham Creek very close to the Shepherd Neame brewery. Some parking avaible but in a busy little back road of the town centre. The food excellent and very good value with a large varied choice menu to choose from. The staff always very welcoming, warm and friendly and so happy to have your custom. I've been here several times for a takeaway when visiting my eldest daughters house nearby. Each visit I noticed always busy with customers ( early evening in particular around 6pm.) Good to know Creek Fish & Grill always here and happy to serve. 👍 Keep up the excellent food and service...Chris.

Absolutely delicious kebabs, the chicken shish kebab is so tasty. Really great sized portions and the chips are crispy and everything was hot 🔥. Love faversham grill and our go to take away.

Ordered Two large cod and chips online. Order acknowledged and delivered fast and hot. Delivery lady was really polite and the cod and chip portions were very generous. The food tasted lovely.

Food was good, freshly cooked. Owner was lovely and chatty

Expensive and terrible. Busiest time (Friday dinner) and only husband and wife were working, phone constantly ringing but left unanswered. They needed at least two more staff ... It took 10 mins of waiting to place my order for Battered Sausage & Chips x 2 plus a Large Doner .... I was told "you're number 6 wait in your car or outside and come back in 20 mins" ... Literally TOLD not asked ... 35 mins later I left with my food ... In total it to me 45 mins to get food ... Chips were bone dry. ... The batter on the sausages was thick and doughy not crisp the sausage was awful and the kebab meat was cold and tasteless ... Nearly £20 for a complete load of rubbish food. Most of it went in the bin. NEVER AGAIN. I hate moaning but I am shocked this place is still open.

Love these guys! Very very friendly always smiley and their food is always great! ( even if my partner finds their chilli sauce addictive but too hot!) lol we drive from Chilham weekly nearly to get these, so must be good!! Xx totally recommend xx

Bloody nightmare at answering the phone its either off the hook or put to voicemail pointless offering delivery when it's normally over an hour wait and thats even of you can get through.....

Never ever had any complaints about this lovely familys food. In my opinion you wont find anything better for miles around. Best kebab ever every single time 😊

I really don’t like to leave negative reviews but Unfortunately I wont be eating from here again, it’s left myself and my farther in law with bad Diarrhea for 2 days now both resulting in having to lose time off of work.

The food is good, a great choice from the normal Fish and chips to Kebabs and burgers. Sadly the owners are breaking the law by charging for card payments/transactions under £10 (The 2nd EU payment regulations adopted into UK law Post Brexit) state you cannot charge for card payments, you can refuse payments under a value as is your right but you cannot charge 50p This put a dampner on my experience.

I can honestly say this is THE best takeaway in Faversham. Their chicken kebabs are freshly cooked and taste amazing. The chips are cooked to perfection - crispy, hot and not greasy at all. Every time we order food from here we are not disappointed! Really good value for money and the owners are so friendly! 10/10 recommend!

I used this place for first time yesterday .I rang and ordered and pick up was 30 minutes .when arriving the people were so friendly ,food reasonable and very good .will definitely use again

Ordered food, most came OK. But ordered a chicken doner £8 and all I got was meat when I asked for salad. When trying to contact them, could not get through as phone was either engaged or unavailable

Disgusting!! We are new to the area and wanted to try kebab out. We read the reviews on here and shockingly most are positive!? thought we would give it a go how disappointing ! Food was tasteless , cold , food missing ,I ordered a shish kebab ,it had no salad and I had asked for salad , chicken was dry and no taste , bread tasted off, ordered 3 portions of cheesy chips and turned up with no cheese on any of them! They sent the delivery driver back to pick the chips up!! Then he came back with the same chips with cheese on! Which were cold! It's not cheap either! So we were very disappointed . Never ordering from them again!

We ordered some food and when it turned up it was cold and stuff missing and my husbands kebab was like eating leather and when rang up to see what they would do bout it they said it was our fault as we don't use hot plates and then started laughing at me over the phone. So my husband went down there got lied to so showed them the food but was still told we was wrong and nothing was done and no money was given back even though we didn't eat it. Use to use them all the time as food was good but it only takes once to lose a customer and they have now with us. If I could rate any less I would but the kids sausage was warm and that's all that was
