Viibe in Southend-on-Sea

Food very nice and staff friendly and funny.Atmosphere was quiet when I was there but a band on later which would have been better for me but had to leave urgently

Nice cocktails but a bit overpriced for what I'm use to. The place did have a good vibe though. Bloke in the corner playing the guitar was a bit loud but did play a few good tunes. Staff were friendly and served drinks quickly. Toilets were a faff to get too and seemed like they was in another building. Overall a good experience

This was our first time visiting and we had a great time. The food was great and we loved chilling with love music I'm the background.

Service really poor. We were a table of eight and two of us had finished before the next two people were served , two more meals turned up, then another, while three of us were still waiting. I could go on........Got charged twice for the drinks. No apology from the server for the delays and it was her offhand and rude attitude that was the worst thing about the experience. Food was tasty when it arrived.

Really good atmosphere, live music on Friday nights which just topped the evening off! Food was so fresh, good selection of different Asian dishes. Staff were so polite and friendly, very attentive! Loved it would defiantly come back & recommend to friends & family!

Just incredible food. Gutted when I had finished my meal - wanted it to last longer. Friendly staff, great cocktails and good value. Definitely coming back.

This place is excellent! We stayed in an air bnb right across the street from Viibe for almost a month in Dec/Jan of this past year. The food was amazing! The owners were very friendly, drinks and service were fantastic! Don’t miss the tuna tacos, spicy scallops, and Dungeness crab sandwich. Those were our favorites. The desserts we tried were awesome too.

Not feeling the Viibe. Must have been an off night. Staff looked bored and disinterested. No draft beer. Told one of the main courses wasn’t available just as we were finishing our main course. Two minutes later apparently we got lucky and they served the last one 🤷‍♂️ No rush to clear table. We up and left probably never to return.

Having heard great things about Viibe, I took a friend there and it did not disappoint. Decent wine list, absolutely delicious food and great service. The cocktails were seriously good too. Will definitely be back!

Main course didnt show up and waitress made zero effort to remedy. Shame, as everyone else's food looked great.

We ate like we had not eaten in weeks as we wanted to try lots, but the portions were generous, so be warned if you are after a feast! We tried loads from the main menu, but will be back to try from the Robata tapas menu for sure. It’s very comfortable, clean and welcoming and still appears very new - soft carpet, nice furnishings, sparkling bar etc. the decor is very lovely and the ambiance is lovely, super chilled laid back music - it felt like Ibiza chill out beach bar. The food was so good. I mean, really delicious. We started with Thai crackers which you can’t go wrong with, the garlic chilli edamame weee amazing, as were the tuna tacos and then salmon sashimi for starters. The boa buns are incredible, but huge! Not you typical bun bite size, these are burger sizes and the chicken was just so lovely. The fries were lovely, but the cod roe mayo was super stingy in size, barley covered a few chips. But still very tasty!

Visited yesterday with the wife and 2 kids Food and ambience was perfect ,amazing flavours smells and taste we had king prawn skewer s sticky ribs that literally fell off the bone Bao buns .aged steak salad and the Ramen Highly recommend a visit to this place

Food and the service was superb I had the soft shell 🦀 and chips and my partner had the salmon and lamb,with a nice bottle of wine. A great evening out Will definitely be going back soon.

Poor show. Booked for Mother’s Day treat, no welcome, no knowledge of our reservation, had to wait and wait and wait for menus, for drinks, for food etc. Staff were not happy we were there, we nearly left. Food mediocre. We will not be returning.

We found ourselves in Viibe near closing time on Saturday, and the staff were absolutely fantastic (despite us being somewhat intoxicated). Had some great cocktails and now look forward to going back to try the food that looks delicious. We will be a little more sober next time, we promise!

Came on the off chance as a new restaurant and not much on google. Definitely lives up to it's name and has a great Viibe ;) Food was unreal, cocktails lovely and great service. Mai tai's 10/10! 100% coming back! Thank you.

Viibe absolutely caught me off guard. The food is incredible. What a delightful atmosphere and lovely staff. I cannot recommend enough, probably the best restaurant in leigh. Not a huge menu, but whats on offer is delicious and very well presented. Beers on tap are great. Will be back for sure.
