Good food & service, came fast as well. Been here before so both times food was good. Prices are okay, could be a bit cheaper but it is next to a convention centre.

Great food and great service. Food arrived quickly and the staff were very helpful. Thanks to Daniella and team. We will be back.

Plenty of choice on the menu. Main meals are (in our opinion) a very healthy size. Lots of prawn crackers also given. Quick service throughout the time we were dining. Very attentive staff. Lovely cocktails - especially the Lychee Cooler, could have spent the evening drinking these but that would be a bad mistake! The salt and chilli chicken dish was delicious. Clean facilities and a smart layout of restaurant so not sitting too close to other diners. We would visit again.

Had a lovely meal as always at the Resorts World branch. Served by Kirsty who did a brilliant job and was very efficient and helpful.

Amazing meal as always here, staff super friendly and nothing too much trouble. Our server Matt especially makes it a place to recommend. Try the Bun Cha Ha Noi, you won't be disappointed!

Great food, Excellent service. Returning customer, love the food, service and atmosphere in this great restaurant. Today I was served by Matt who gave my wife constructive advice on items to choose from the menu to compliment her dining experience. The food was okay, I ordered the belly pork bao bun, which was very nice, the king prawn skewers which were also nice and the spiciest chicken wings, they were ok. My girlfriend ordered a noodle big bowl with battered prawns, it was a little on the greasy side. I was scared of getting pho, due to previous negative reviews. The atmosphere was quite noisy, but mostly due to a large work do. The lychee cocktail wasn't very strong but tasted FANTASTIC! We left full up, but our wallets were empty! £73.00 (NOT WORTH IT IMO)

We came across the restaurant as we were going to an event at the NEC. Most other food vendors were packed and we just had about an hour until the event. We found VSK on the second floor and thought to give it a go and I couldn’t be happier that we did! They do the best passionfruit martini that I’ve ever tried and the food was amazing! Most of our party had one of the big bowls. I went for pork belly and my mum had the beef lemongrass curry. I loved what I had but the lemongrass curry was absolutely unreal. Definitely worth it if you are looking for something new or different from your usual. The staff were incredibly friendly and service was impeccably efficient. We only wish that we had more time to spend there.

Nice decor and friendly staff. We waited quiet a while for the food but that's okay. The calamari was lovely as was the mango salad. However, the chicken wings and ribs were dry and overcooked. This was a shame as the seasoning was lovely. We didn't complain as it is what it is. Maybe it was a bad day? 🙅‍♀️

We went to the one located in Resorts World. The staff were amazing, great service! However the manager had an awful attitude. I witnessed her tell her staff member to put his phone away, else she will have to take it off him. But 5 minutes later she was scrolling on her phone at the bar herself? When taking our order her manner wasn’t very professional. The other staff were very polite, welcoming and professional. Food was great!

First time here while attending Crufts & we were served by a lovely girl Aisha who gave me a glass of Prosecco for Mother’s Day & explained the menu to us. We both chose the Big bowls I had the chicken thigh & my daughter the Pork. Service was pretty quick considering how busy the restaurant was. Both dishes were amazing in taste & were a very generous portions. The restaurant had a fab friendly atmosphere. We will definitely return next year when we come back to Crufts

The second time I've been here, wasn't much improvement on the first time. Is it real vietnamese food?, I suppose its the best that can be done with uk ingredients. if youve tasted a real Pho in vietnam, this comes a poor second place. My guest found the pho was too hot, wasnt keen on spicy, so changed it, but charged us for both. There was an optional 10% service charge which they charged without asking. I asked for a refund which they processed on the card machine but didnt get returned to my account. If you want a ferrari but can only afford a ford at ferrari prices, this is the place for you

How very disappointing. High price, food not worth it and service terrible. Party of 6 (4 adults, 14 year old and 10 year old). First the decor is nice, and welcoming. Lights are dim but not a real issue. Menu has a good selection and kids menu. Waiter for us did not explain anything, no introduction and more concerned about getting us to order!! No interactions at all. Orders done. The appetisers are very small portions, avoid! Meals: PHO and Soup are put in big bowls with lots of water/noodles but 3 prawns and 4 pieces of roast pork. Daughter in her PHO had 4 pieces of chicken. These are priced over 12 pounds. Grandma’s dish order by friend was probably a normal kids size dish!!’ Tasty but not for the price!! Other two adults had Bowls. Essentially dry rice and some fried meat (4 pieces)!! Very very disappointing. The best part was after the meal the waiters informs us we have to leave the table in 10mins!!! No pudding…we were not there long: arrived 5:30 and it was 7pm! Surely they have to ensure speedy service of limiting table time!! Service is slow!! Summary: not worth the money. Probably explains when leaving why there was no cue!! Better Vietnamese experience in PHO in Grand Central Station Birmingham. Very disappointing. 2 stars and not 1 because food was tasty but lacked portion size for price. Will not recommend or visit again.

My husband has an allergy to small portions. Thankfully, he was not disappointed. The food was absolutely amazing. It was also reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Can't wait to come back again. Thank you.

We popped in here for a quick drink whilst shopping but was enticed by the beautiful smells so we ended up ordering some smaller dishes to share, the food was delicious - we ordered traditional spring rolls, prawn bites, chicken wings & pork belly bao bun. We’re definitely going to head back for some main dishes as soon as we get chance. The service was wonderful too & we definitely can recommend visiting.

I had the first Vietnamese experience of my life and was not disappointed. The staff are first rate.I was on a "date", but my partner was suitably impressed by my choice. The food was delicious. Due to my lack of experience of Vietnamese cuisine, I let her order for me. She chose well. Resorts World gets some bad press for being expensive, but I have to say this venue was not. A really enjoyable meal. I'd definitely go back.
