Ordered on Ubereats £50 paid told it would be 1 hour I rang after 2 hours to a reply it’s just left the shop, then again an hour after still not arrived and no longer answering the phones never normally have a problem with them always good food so now they have lost a customer poor service

Haven’t eaten from Lime Pickle in years due to moving out the area, definitely been converted back as I forgot how good it was! Hands down the best Indian takeaway we’ve had in a long time, service was 10/10 as well. So helpful and accommodating when I was ordering. Chicken tikka balti was so tasty, the added extras went down a treat & with the little notes were a lovely touch. Definitely our new go to from now on. Couldn’t fault anything :)

Being a saturday, I expected a wait for my order, but almost two hours was a bit much... To be fair, when I called them, they were very polite and apologetic, and threw in three freebies as compensation. As usual, I can't fault the food at all. Delicious as always, hot, and big portions. In spite of the long wait, I will definitely be ordering again. Just avoid Saturdays if you can!

This place is my go to for a takeaway. Not only is the food outstanding, but it is delivered fresh and hot. I ordered a meal for two which was excellent value for money considering the awards this place has won. But what made it even more value for money were the complimentary samosas, chicken pakora and onion bhajis. Containers had smiley faces drawn on and even a sticker wishing me and my family a merry Christmas. These are the little things which make the lime pickle my go to place, and it should be everyone else's too. Absolutely superb 👌

Order from here last night, I spent just under £50. I ordered all different dishes and starters I can confirm all of the dishes tasted like nothing. They were more of a watery flavourless mess. The food temperature was luke warm. After a long wait for the food we were all left feeling very disappointed. I would not recommend this place much better Indian places to try. 100% save your money or try elsewhere.

5* on customer service - very polite, helpful and happy to talk with customers even when extremely busy. They keep customers updated with time scale on orders and offer free drinks if collecting. It's the little but personal touches that keeps us going back. We order now using the app where points are earnt, it's a fab way of building up credit towards future orders. 5* on food - the quality of the food is outstanding, always arrives hot and plenty of it and very tasty. Lime pickle is a Highly recommended takeaway. Poppadoms, sauces, salad and an on the house suprise goodie is always given as well. 5* on price - very competitive on price and plenty of choice. Staff are always happy to help if undecided on what to have or you fancy a change. 5* on delivery - delivery time scale can vary, having said that it's definitely worth the wait. They do try their best to squeeze orders in if close by. With all the above in mind they can get very busy in peak times so plan ahead and order early would be my advice. 5* THIS IS A HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND AWARD WINNING TAKEAWAY IN CASTLE BROMWICH AREA.

Took me along time to find a great curry house. The Currys are fantastic. You never have a plate full of ghee. Staff are fantastic and they are always generous and put little freebies in your order.

The food was lovely, full of flavour. Portion sizes are generous, and the little extras they included was a nice treat. Thank you. The temperature of the food wasn't hot as it could have been so its was just warm by the time we recieved it, and almost 2 hours from the point of ordering to it arriving. Overall very good and will order from here again maybe for cokkection rather than delivery.

Ordered the set meal for 2. Was so optimistic as the chicken pakora and mixed kebab starter tasted lovely. But I can honestly say the 2 curries. Chicken Curry and Lamb Sagwals were the most tasteless curries I have ever had. No salt no spice. I'm not sure if the owners are tasting their own currys as im sure uf they did they would agree such a shame as the lamb was lovely and tender. For my partner and I to find both curry's to be tastless this tells me it's a problem with the chef and not a one off. Owners please taste the food you are sending out to paying customers

Having recently moved to the area in May 21 we decided to finally try the local takeaway. After searching online we found that Lime Pickle had just won the best takeaway in the West Midlands. For our mains we ordered Mr Alan's Massala it was lovely and rich, if you enjoy a creamy curry then I definitely recommend and a Chicken Balti which had a good balance of spice and flavour. The guy who took our order offered us both a drink while we waited which we thought was a lovely surprise and also gave us a starter with our order. Apart from the extras we throughly enjoyed our meal and can fully understand why this takeaway has won the accolade of best takeaway in the West Midlands. We will definitely return. Thanks

This is our second takeaway/delivery from lime pickle, i cannot rate them highly enough. The speed of the delivery was even quicker than advertised, the food was lovely and warm and it was delicious!! Living in an area with 4 seperate curry houses, we will only use like pickle again going forward. Beautiful food, thank you again.

It was my 21st birthday through this lockdown and for a special treat we decided to order a takeaway from Lime and Pickle. when the food arrived they placed an extra curry and rice in for the next day free of charge as well as a box of chocolates, a tube of magnum ice cream and a bag of sweets. It really made my evening especially on a day which is usually spent surrounded by friends and family. I can't talk highly enough of Lime and Pickle; I will be a long and returning customer for sure.

This is our favourite Indian takeaway & only order from here.Up until this weekend we have never had any problems with any food or delivery.This weekend we had to wait 2hrs 15 minutes for our order,we understand that it will have been busy.We ordered two prawn dishes one being a korma but received two of the same one.When hubby phoned they said it was a korma just the colour was different & was making excuses on the phone.It definitely wasn’t a korma.Hubby enjoyed the food.I thought it wasn’t the quality as it normally is & not as hot as it’s always been in the past.This won’t put us off ordering again as it’s the first blip in over two years.But just a little disappointed after the high expectations previously.This is the reason I’ve only given 4 stars & not 5.

So tasty.Sheek kebab x2 - cooked perfect, full of flavour, and really yum (according to my mom)..Main courses - combo dishesgarlic chicken tikka masala extra coriander ... So tasty, lovely and garlicky, great bit of spice and huge chicken pieces.King prawn jalfrazi extra coriander - heat bang on, huge prawns, taste, chilli and everything perfect.Chicken tikka balti (mums) - perfect taste, heat, extremely tasty. Huge chicken pieces (lovely)Prawn balti - she was full after the first, so unfortunately no pictures.I like to taste a bit of everything. So I have a bit of each.Side order panner saage... Tasted lovely, extra coriander. Perfect.Rice.. Keema rice full of flavour, loads of onion and keema and upgraded me to a large one for free.Pilau rice.. Looked great but saving the rest for tomorrow.Garlic and coriander naan +1 free... Tasted absolutely lovely, well cooked and great taste.Extras for free.... Chicken pakora x4, veg samosas x4, chicken tikka portion (my mate the cheeky begger turned up and had that, his words 'there pukka mate'Loads left over for tomorrow and I nice few cheeky mints and lollipops to. All that for £24 quid delivered within an hour as I do live about 3 an half/ 4 mile away from the shop.The lads at #LimePickle pull it out the bag again. Awesome as usual.

When I visit my brother we always get a takeaway from here. The staff are so friendly and helpful in explaining what dishes are vegan and the food is delicious and reasonably priced. They even helped me carry the takeout to the car last time. They really go the extra mile. Genuinely decent people who really care.

We ordered food around a week or two ago. It came on time and with plenty of the usual dips etc.Good value for money but i was a little let down by the curry. iv had the same one in the past maybe a different chef cooked it this time. I find that with many takeaways these days its pot luckThis time sadly was a little lacking in taste but maybe because it was a busy Friday . Could do better!!
