Ordered on justeat We had Chicken pakora and onion starters Garlic curry and a chicken patha main dishes Chicken pakora was slices of meat in dough (not good) Patha wasn't the normal dish we received, large chunks of onion and not sweat n spicy, has been beautiful in the past

Another great boxing night family meal at the paprika lounge again . Took our own alcohol but they have a good range of soft drinks . The service as ever was spot on . The food is always amazing as it was last night too . I had a new dish chicken tikka makkani which I can highly recommend but it’s all so good . It’s really decorated nice in there and there’s always a nice relaxing friendly atmosphere. Thank you paprika . Outstanding!

We have used Paprika Lounge for a fair few years now and I have to say that we have never had a bad meal from there. Last night I had Chicken Shashlik starter for the second time in two visits, all of the starters that I have had here are superb but this is by far the best for my pallet. For my main I had the chicken tikka keema bhuna which is my usual main at Paprika lounge with Peshwari naan, again this was beautifully presented and tasted awesome. If I had one criticism it would be that the Peshwari naan is lacking in fruit that would elevate it enormously. But again, thank you Paprika lounge, great job and lovely waiters. Looking forward to seeing you all again soon

I have been coming here for years with my girlie friends always have a great night in here however, last night we came here. We were having a lovely evening asked the waiter for the bill. He came over with the sweet menu. Never been offered this before he pointed straight at me and said loudly that I was on a diet. Then when I left he commented as i was leaving. To say he offended me is an understatement I was aboustly embarrassed and what was a good night I just felt completely terrible and horrified. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING shame as the food is fine just awful service.

Visited tonight and was given a warm welcome. The food was excellent and we couldn't fault the portions. The service was friendly and attentive but never overbearing. Great experience.

The food is amazing! Portions are big enough to share! The prices are a bit expensive BUT it's worth every penny foe the quality and portion size! The food quality is always consistent as well! One of the best tale-away's at the moment! I'm even considering eating in the food is that good!

I have used this restaurant for home delivery several times now and am very impressed with the quality and service. The orders & payments are taken without fuss from a helpful and happy person who answers the phone. Delivery is always on time. The food is delicious and generous portions.

Always have a lovely meal here. The set meal is value for money with the added bonus of take your own drink!

I'm on the mailing list. Somehow, missed my bus stop and ended up here. Previous experiences favorable. Just a handful of customers. One guy, suffering from pre meal indigestion. Waiter kindly gave him some sweetened yoghurt, which helped. I chose the £17,85 fixed menu. Nargis kebab- pleasantly and quickly presented but was very dry. No mint sauce / other sauces available to moisten it. Lamb Mochi - " good choice" said the kind waiter. Sadly, it wasn't. I have eaten lamb for over 50 years. The meat on my plate was far removed from any lamb I have ever eaten. Tasted more like....well, I don't know. Flavourless but hot. Incomparable to othe similar dishes I have tasted over many years. Bitter sauce. Not great. I' live in France and was bursting to have a great curry. Disappointed doesn't cover how I feel right now but I made my feelings known and the nice waiter knocked off £2.

We were invited to dinner in this restaurant by friends. It has a pleasantly decorated interior and the staff are all very nice. It doesn’t have a drinks license so you are welcome to bring your own alcohol but not soft drinks. We both had a chicken dish which unfortunately we were not overly impressed with. The chicken was chewy and the sauce uninspiring. In our view there are better Indian restaurants in the area.

Food was lovely apart from the lamb was pure muscle and no meat, unable to cut it up let alone eat it. Felt very rushed by the waiter even though they was not busy and he wore his mask below his nose... whats the point? Either wear it properly or not at all.

Excellent experience, the lamb bhuna was well cooked, had a meal for 2, great atmosphere the staff are really polite, decor is really nice, will visit again. Prices are very reasonable too.

I can't say enough about the food at this restaurant. We usually have a meal every week, either in the restaurant or by takeaway service. The food is absolutely delicious and the flavours vary from dish to dish. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and will always change the dishes to suit individual needs. We usually go with friends and family and they all love it there too.

Good .service was abit slow but the food was nice.

Service was not up to its usual standard, not enough staff. Food was excellent. It was fantastically hot inside the restaurant, maybe air conditioning in the next refurbishment would be a good call. Fair price also included the government £10 reduction which whilst welcome could be better spent in a country where children are going hungry.

Been coming to Paprika for around eight years and they have always been consistently good. The staff have remained the same over the years and this is the key to their success. A good range of dishes all done to a high standard which has not diminished over time. There are many places to get a good curry in the West Midlands but you’d be hard to beat Paprika. And you can bring your own drinks and keep the price of a night out low.

I stop going to this place a few years ago due to an issue we had with some of the food back then. However me and wife decided to give them another try last Saturday as the restaurant is one of our local Indian restaurant’s the staff straight away recognise us which it’s nice to know from the customer point of view, the food was better than last time we was there and you can also take your own drinks for those people who like to take their own drinks. So well done this time much better guys.

We had a weekday special of starter, main, rice and side dish and it was great value for money. All the food we had was tasty. Food arrived in good time and was piping hot. Only slight disappointment was in the lack of friendliness of the person who served us. He was efficient but no smiles or warmth. We complimented the food but there was no reaction or response. Good customer service goes a long way and can be the make or break in deciding whether to come back or not. Hopefully if we do come back we will get a warmer welcome next time.

Have been here several times and always great standard of food and excellent service. Food is always delicious. Not fully licensed so take your own alcoholic drinks but best to buy your own soft drinks too as they have a very limited choice. Can get very busy Friday and Saturday evening but always a good atmosphere. It's the only place we go to for a curry!

Favourite curry house to go. Chicken tikka masala is always bang on. Staff are friendly and welcoming and it's pretty cheap. Defiantly reccomend x x

Food is ALWAYS excellent, the staff are knowledgable and friendly, prices are very reasonable and (as we prefer) it’s BYO, which is normally good for knocking £5 - £10 per head off most bills. The decor is adequate if a little ‘tired’ and must be imminently due for a refurb. The biggest ‘let down’ is the ladies toilet, on the last two visits they have been absolutely disgusting, the floor swimming with water (hope it was water...???), seats broken, dirty and stained walls and smelt really bad. This was reported back to me by two ladies that visited the toilets ( on two separate visits, so it was not a ‘one off’). This is such a shame because this establishment could well earn 5 stars.

We’ve visited paprika lounge a few times now and have always experienced great food and service. The food is great value and good quality. You can bring your own alcoholic drinks which helps bring the bill down. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered through just eat and it was awful we called and was offered a 20% discount on the next order. But no there will be no more orders we paid £32 and it ended in the bin look after ur customers and accept sometimes we get things wrong u have lost a good customer

coincidence or not !! went to paprika at the weekend and the food was terrible in the fact that the meat was clearly overcooked or substandard, the table next to us also complained and had a 10% reduction !! I adamantly refused to pay for one of the dishes. the service has changed for the worst here and one of the waiters clearly mocked one of the complaining customers. I have never had anything but good food from paprika in the past but something has changed. I had a takeaway 4 days prior and this was also bland and untasteful. Other friends that I recommended this restaurant to have also had similar issues and now stop going. to make things worse prices have increased £3 for a naan is over priced and they are not even fresh made !!

I also tried it and confirmed it had no flavour, so we sent it back and we asked for a new curry which was a bhuna because that's what I had and mine was okay, after 2 mins the 'new' curry was back on our table straight away. My girlfriend instantly noticed that there was rice in the curry , she tasted it and it pretty much tasted the same except there was more tomato base in it , it tasted nothing like my bhuna even though it was meant to be a 'fresh' bhuna, again I tasted it and can confirm that my gf wasn't being picky for the sake of it , she hates complaining in a restaurant! I informed the same waiter that it still didn't taste good and there was rice left over in it so it had blatantly just been reheated, he was rude and refused to listen and said we had dropped rice in the dish even though the rice was there before she started it! He also said that bhuna and dupiaza taste totally different and laughed in my face for saying it tasted the same , to which I told him to stop laughing! In the end all we got was an almighty 10 % off, we overheard the table behind also complaining about the quality saying it wasn't as good as usual and the meat was tough ! Just be aware, isn't as good as you think, won't be going back !!
