Ashley who served us was so lovely and so attentive - funny too! Lovely to see a youngster so polite and passionate about their job. Jack behind the bar was great as were all of the staff. All round perfect evening thank you.

Service is non existent Came for lunch Place nearly empty yet a burger took 1.5 hours The burger was also missing the items and was a cheese burger with nothing on it Couldn’t tell them as the service was non existent didn’t come to check if our meals were okay Everyone was complaining and waiting for service for bills drinks etc and chasing staff down

Food was fantastic and the staff were lovely. Greeted on the door by a very welcoming Sandra and looked after all evening by Joe and Mara. I’ve been before but was really impressed this time round. Unsure if theres potentially a new chef but there seems to have been a leap up in quality.

Food was decent but service was really poor. Long waits of being ignored.....my dessert never even arrived and very little apology or explanation. Place was less than half full so no excuse for it. Very disappointing. They still charged for service despite obvious shortcomings but I didn't want to embarrass the waitress so just paid it.

Special thanks to Victors for a great hen do dinner. Due to large group size, we had to pre-order our food in advance. We had 3 menus to choose from. The whole process of booking and pre-ordering was easy and well communicated. On the day, on top of the beautiful Bridgerton-like decor, the food was incredible and the staff were very helpful. Really appreciated the complimentary shots tower when they learnt of the booking being a hen do. It is perfect for a classy meal out with your girlies.

Had the most amazing experience at victors. The food was delicious and the service was the best so efficient and attentive. Jayden I think the waitress name was very accommodating and knowledgeable. I will be back soon.

I visit here regularly with my friends and the staff are so friendly, they always make us feel really welcome. We visited this evening and Steph and Jack were lovely, they recommended cocktails and they were amazing! We shared some small plates; little burgers, popcorn chicken and duck sushi. We love Victors and will definitely be back soon ☺️

Came here for afternoon tea and it was just ok. I was expecting more. The sandwich bread was stale on every sandwich as if they weren't freshly made or had been sat out on the side for a full day. I would have expected better for the price. The fillings were dreadful to be honest, processed ham/turkey and Tesco meal deal quality if not worse. Cakes were just average, nothing to rave about. I would describe this place as all fur no knickers. It's just a performance with little attention to the quality of food (afternoon tea came with sparklers...). Nice for an Instagram photo, but that's about it.

10/10 place go at least once a month and it never fails to disappoint. Excellent service and food. Everything is 5star quality

Very nice place and landed exactly what I was expecting from an Alderley restaurant. Ribeye was well cooked and tasty.

I regularly have afternoon tea but here i was a little dissapointed the presentation is amazing but they got my sandwiches wrong which was corrected when pointed out. The main dissapointment for us was 4 small sandwiches a tablespoon of cheesecake a cookie and tiny pie no actual cake. We wernt asked if everything was OK, and wernt offered more tea until we paid the bill. Overall it was lovely but for the money alot of places give you alot more. Would visit again but not for afternoon tea

Absolutely awful. My daughter treated me to mothers Day lunch, we both had different meals. The next day we was both extremely poorly. I raised this with headmoffice and the restaurant but the have not responded. Having different meals could only mean. Poor hygiene in the kitchen, food stored incorrectly or food being handled incorrectly. I will be taking this further with EHO.

Steph was professional, such an fabulous bartender. She made the most amazing cocktails. What beautiful girl, simply the best!

We have have visited here a few times before and never had a problem the food and service was great, however we booked a table for the evening at 7:30, we were seated and given menus, it got to around 8:00 and no one had been over to take a drinks order so one of us had to ask someone on their way past to come and take an order. We finished our drinks and had to pull someone again (i think this was the manager) we asked if we had a waiter/waitress looking after us because we had to pull someone more than once to take an order, she was helpful and spoke to someone, we ordered our food and when the food arrived it felt like the mood shifted towards us with the staff putting down the food, they seemed very blunt and abrasive. After we had finished we asked for the bill, there was a service charge already added on, we didn’t want to leave a tip as we had to ask someone to come over to us not the service you want when the food and drinks weren’t cheap. I work in the industry myself and know how hard it can be when it’s busy to keep up with tables, but there was plenty of staff on because we could see them stood talking at the bar. Very disappointed.

Called in late in the evening and luckily we managed to get a table . We weren’t massively hungry so both ordered the chicken Cobb salads , wow how fresh and beautiful they tasted , I hadn’t realised how great a salad was and have never ordered one before ! There was a good selection on the menu with quite a bit being Japanese but plenty of other choices , couldn’t fit in a dessert but they are all made in house , maybe next time ! After the meal we sat at the bar and had exquisite cocktails . The staff at victors in the restaurant and at the bar were excellent , definitely will return

I've been to this restaurant twice now and just wow! From the moment you arrive it's magical. The staff are incredible and so is the food I can't recommend this place highly enough.

I recently visited Victors in Alderley Edge with a friend, excited to try their set menu, which is advertised on their website as available for tables of up to 8 people. However, when we arrived, the manager told us we couldn’t have the deal because we weren’t part of a group of 8. This was frustrating, as the website doesn’t specify that the deal is only for larger groups—‘up to 8 people’ clearly implies that smaller tables, like ours of 2, should be able to take advantage of the offer. The information online is misleading and contradicts what the manager was telling us. I was very disappointed with my experience and I’d strongly advise others to be careful when making a reservation for this restaurant.

Service great. Breakfast terrible. Pancakes are not freshly made. None of the food tasted fresh and it was a shame because expectation were high. We won't be going here for breakfast again - the empty restaurant should have been an indicator of why no one was there.

Had a lovely meal in the private dining room for 20 people. The steak was great quality and cooked perfectly and the Vanilla Latte Martini cocktails were a highlight!

Just fell onto this place today after a visit to the bakery.. we were so impressed!! The staff were absolutely lovely and so efficient The food was just lovely, gorgeous bread whipped butters and homemade wasabi on our sushi.. we eat a lot of sushi and this was just lovely.. the puddings are homemade and I had the chocolate desert.. was really good Also fantastic wine list All in all fantastic We will be back 🩷

Chris the manager was amazing & very professional, the staff was very friendly & Sandra was also amazing & very funny. I had a problem with the sauces for my steak and Sandra went above & beyond, so thankyou Chris & Sandra ❤️ I go every year for my birthday 🎂 the sreak was amazing as usual & love the fries. I would recommend anyone to go there. They also have cosy blankets & heating outside if you have any pooches. Will be back very soon ❤️ x

Good meal overall - well cooked and not too skimpy on portions. Service also good. Only negative is that toilets are not accessible for someone who cannot do stairs and despite requesting to be in a quiet part of the restaurant, we were placed directly under the speaker which was disappointing. Despite this, definately worth a visit - recommend a visit.

Service was brilliant, but fillet steak was not as tender as we expected. We have had better. All trimmings were out at 7pm. We were disappointed, as we wanted to order a roast.

Oh dear this was a birthday lunch , I wouldn’t go back , the food is so over priced for what you get we had the sushi platter and 8 of the rolls were veg no meat or fish !! Tasteless , I have had alot better than this , one had a burger and she said it was ok ! . The lady who greets you was lovely but the other staff were rude , one of our party ordered a large wine but when it came it wasn’t even a small when she asked about the size the waitress just replied oh it was the last of the delivery and we haven’t got anymore left !! No sorry nothing so she had to mix her wine and then was charged for a large !!! . It was all show I’m afraid and no substance with a very large bill . 🤦‍♀️

Our waiter Lewis was absolutely lovely! You can tell he loves his job and brought the energy to the restaurant making sure we had everything we needed from the get go.

Have visited Victors in Alderley a few times and the food (always get the rib eye steak), has been spot on. Yesterday the steak was oily beyond enjoyment and too much salt added. Even the sauces had too much salt in them. The Parmesan fries are usually double cooked with the Parmesan baked into the fries rather Parmesan sprinkled over, which is how we received them. The broccoli had so much salt over it with WAY TOO much butter used. Service: 1. Was given a dirty glass for water with a brown mark on it 2. No steak knife provided for my steak and waited so long to get the waiters attention that my steak went cold 3. Managed to get my order wrong, they gave 2 martinis (ordered 1 non alcoholic but received one alcoholic and the other was given to the child with me (?!!)) 4. Asked for the dessert menu and waited 30 mins before I managed to get a waitresses attention for the bill 5. Every table I could see with people checking in with them and no one attended to us since placing the initial order 6. Waitress or lady walking around tables didn’t seem apologetic for the wait, didn’t seem to care since her focus were people she knew Won’t be going back, there’s plenty of other amazing restaurants on the same road!!

Awful service - Not greeted, had to track down waitress to take my order, had to track her down again to pay as she was too busy talking to her friend (there were only 2 people in the restaurant) Awful coffee - ‘“latte” was lukewarm frothy milk (tasteless) Expensive - almost £5 for a terrible latte Wouldn’t ever return.

I’d like to thanks the Staff that were working on Wednesday 29th January 2025 at 13.00pm! My grandson has ADHD, SAD & Autism, I asked for a quite area for us to be seated which where they sat us was perfect! The gentleman that looked after our table Joe made my grandson at ease & made our experience a wonderful visit. We treated my grandson to Victors at Audley Edge as a treat & he loves sushi! His words after the meal “ that’s the nicest sushi Nanar I’ve ever had & I feel comfortable in the restaurant” For him to say this was just a blessing & will definitely be back for another visit! Thank you for making our day special 🦋

Starters and desert were great. However, ordered the Tomahawk steak to share at £85 total and wasn't cooked the way we asked, ordered medium rare and came grey and dry, but still very flavoursome. Great atmosphere, great service - enjoyable experience!

We came last week and really enjoyed our meal. There was live singers which was good and we didn’t book a table but we were seated straight away.
