Very good food. Service excellent. Highly recommend

Service was brilliant, but fillet steak was not as tender as we expected. We have had better. All trimmings were out at 7pm. We were disappointed, as we wanted to order a roast.

Good meal overall - well cooked and not too skimpy on portions. Service also good. Only negative is that toilets are not accessible for someone who cannot do stairs and despite requesting to be in a quiet part of the restaurant, we were placed directly under the speaker which was disappointing. Despite this, definately worth a visit - recommend a visit.

We had the most amazing Sunday lunch. The pork was divine. Great atmosphere and a fab live singer.

Have visited Victors in Alderley a few times and the food (always get the rib eye steak), has been spot on. Yesterday the steak was oily beyond enjoyment and too much salt added. Even the sauces had too much salt in them. The Parmesan fries are usually double cooked with the Parmesan baked into the fries rather Parmesan sprinkled over, which is how we received them. The broccoli had so much salt over it with WAY TOO much butter used. Service: 1. Was given a dirty glass for water with a brown mark on it 2. No steak knife provided for my steak and waited so long to get the waiters attention that my steak went cold 3. Managed to get my order wrong, they gave 2 martinis (ordered 1 non alcoholic but received one alcoholic and the other was given to the child with me (?!!)) 4. Asked for the dessert menu and waited 30 mins before I managed to get a waitresses attention for the bill 5. Every table I could see with people checking in with them and no one attended to us since placing the initial order 6. Waitress or lady walking around tables didn’t seem apologetic for the wait, didn’t seem to care since her focus were people she knew Won’t be going back, there’s plenty of other amazing restaurants on the same road!!

Our waiter Lewis was absolutely lovely! You can tell he loves his job and brought the energy to the restaurant making sure we had everything we needed from the get go.

Awful service - Not greeted, had to track down waitress to take my order, had to track her down again to pay as she was too busy talking to her friend (there were only 2 people in the restaurant) Awful coffee - ‘“latte” was lukewarm frothy milk (tasteless) Expensive - almost £5 for a terrible latte Wouldn’t ever return.

Starters and desert were great. However, ordered the Tomahawk steak to share at £85 total and wasn't cooked the way we asked, ordered medium rare and came grey and dry, but still very flavoursome. Great atmosphere, great service - enjoyable experience!

We came last week and really enjoyed our meal. There was live singers which was good and we didn’t book a table but we were seated straight away. The cocktails were delicious and Lewis our server was great and recommended great food options. He convinced me to try the cookie dough which was amazing. Looking forward to returning. Lewis was our server today 13/12/2024 and he made our family Christmas dinner! He was more than accommodating and even recommended his favourite dishes, which we enjoyed! Welcoming and attentive staff. Free champagne glass for the birthday girl. Warm atmosphere. Whilst the food is tasty, 50 GBP for rather small burger and fries and two small sushi plates felt very excessive.

Great venue, fantastic inventive fusion food, good wine list for all budgets, excellent value, THE BEST service. Really, it’s the people who make the experience special and this is no exception. Nothing is too much trouble, everything is as it should be, attentive but not over bearing staff, and the people truly care about making sure you have a great experience. Lewis and his colleagues were fantastic making a birthday celebration really special at zero notice. Try the beef tatami small plate - life changing. Stunning dish. It should also be illegal to eat here without ordering Parmesan Truffle Fries. The perfect solvent for stress. Thank you.

My family and I had dinner on Sunday afternoon to celebrate my sister's birthday and the Sunday lunch was amazing. My favourite part was the Yorkshire pudding, so fresh and home-made! I think our servers name was Grace, she made our experience really special

We had our works do in the private dining room and to say it is stunning is an understatement. Our Christmas dinner was served hot, and all the same time considering those quite a few of us. Tom looked after our party by keeping the drinks flowing. The DJ was pretty good too. I would definitely like to come in the New Year.

Had a really lovely time in this pretty restaurant, it smelled gorgeous and the food was delicious. Holly the host was really sweet and sat us by the Christmas tree which was really nice, we got lots of lovely pictures!

Me and my sister decided to have a cute lunch on Saturday and some cheeky cocktails at Victors and it's honestly the most beautiful restaurant to have lunch in. The Christmas decorations are absolutely gorgeous and the food was delicious! I have to give a special mention to Mara our server who gave us the best recommendations for food and cocktails, we'll definitely be back soon!

Lewis was sensational, excellent service and very attentive. Food was really lovely as always.

First visit to Victors, freinendly and attentive staff. The food was fantastic with the ribeye being my main (medium rare of course). Drink selection is also vast I had a red qine with my meal which complimented the steak perfectly. Also big praise for Jamaal for sorting a table and taking care of me during the meal.

Had a lovely meal this weekend, our server Grace was very knowledgable and able to help us amend meals with the chefs to suit our allergies.
