Premier Inn Macclesfield North hotel in Cheshire East

The best Premier In and Beefeater we’ve ever stayed in - Great Staff, great room, fantastic Steak last night and Breakfast this morning was Ace Thankyou 🤩 Bonus points for the Worthington Creamflow

I recently stayed at the Premier Inn Tytherington and unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. The room had a strong, musty smell which was unpleasant, but the real disappointment came with the breakfast, or lack thereof. I had prepaid for the meal deal, which includes both dinner and breakfast. On the first morning, I was told that no cooked breakfasts could be served as the chef had to leave due to feeling unwell. While I understand that illness can’t be helped, I was surprised that there was no backup in place, surely Premier Inn and Beefeater should be able to accommodate such a situation. The real frustration came on the second morning. I arrived for breakfast only to find a sign stating something to the effect of: "Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to serve cooked breakfasts this morning." While the first day may have been unforeseen, by the second day, it’s reasonable to expect that the team would have anticipated ongoing issues and arranged cover accordingly, especially given that I and possibly many guests had prepaid for breakfast. It’s disappointing to pay in advance for a service that ultimately wasn’t delivered, and it left a poor impression overall.

Friendly staff, quiet location, good value

Had a pleasant stay at this Premier Inn. Great customer service. The hotel room and bathroom was very clean and well maintained. Special thank you to Mike at front desk for being accommodating and giving us a late checkout. Would recommend highly!

A good location next to the main roads and 30 mins from Manchester. The premier inns are pretty standard you know what you're getting. The staff in the Beefeater next door were great. Brilliant customer service 👏

Clean and appears a relatively new Premier inn They have currently stopped the £7 per night parking charge which was welcome. WiFi is terrible , standard WiFi averaging 0.55mps download speed so useless to do any work , the paid ‘premium ‘ WiFi wasn’t any better! Friendly service in the adjoining Beefeater for dinner . It was however disappointing that despite breakfast being paid for , turned up in the morning to be told no chef therefore no cooked breakfast available with no instruction on how a refund can be arranged . I would stay here again on business providing the WiFi is fixed

Have been coming to this hotel on business regularly for some time and unfortunately it appears to be declining, they are now charging £7 per night parking which for the area is excessive! Today no coffee machine working for breakfast despite I know they have a second machine in the bar instead for £10.99 you get offered Nescafé instant. I don't think I'll bother with breakfast here again it's cheaper to go down the road to Costa Coffee. Very disappointed!

Quiet location so little noise. Welcoming reception when checking in.

I stayed here last week and the welcome I got off jenny was really friendly and welcoming you were made to feel very welcome and the room was spotless thanks to Andrew and rest of housekeeping team I would recommend premier inn north macclesfield to anyone.

Very friendly staff, excellent location and nice clean rooms. Very good breakfast next door. Even posted back something I had left behind in my room for free - thank you for going the extra mile!

Staying away for a night or two pretty easy and no worries. My stay on this occasion was all week at the Macclesfield North Premier Inn and couldn't have felt any more at ease. Mike and his team at check in amazing. Jenny, Georgia and Emily all remembered my name which was a nice personal touch. The two gents on the night shift always on hand and although silly o'clock both always smiling. Service amazing, rooms clean and all round comfortable stay.

Dirty toilet, dedicated to go had to leave to go elsewhere, told refund, did not receive, then another amount taken. Rubbish..

Room clean and functional. TV didn't work and technology seemed in need of an upgrade.

Stayed here for one night to break up a longer journey. Basically the room was exactly what you'd expect a Premier inn room to look like. Decent location too.

Room very cold on arrival the place needs refurbishment, stains on walls ceiling and headboard, carpet very dirty, and window frames had black mould around the framework, a smell of dampness in room,the colour scheme needs changing very depressing and dark. The evening meal we had in the beefeater that evening was not very nice, very slap dash surly waiter, never even gave us time to sit down before wanting to know what we wanted to drink, after eating they couldn't wait to be rid of you, brought the bill without us requesting it. We paid for full English breakfast as we were flying that lunchtime only to be told they had no Chef, and there would be no cooked breakfast. Still waiting for full refund as we did not want the continental breakfast.
