Limited menu (Not a criticism) We had chicken shawarma, chips, dip, large mugs of coffee. Very tasty, great value. Decent service. Great place to stop after or before a walk around the park. GIVE IT A TRY. Very good value.

We visited the cafe after a walk around Victoria Park. What a lovely place! We had tea, served in a lovely large teapot. Also enjoyed the scrumptious cakes and large homemade shortbread biscuits. Prices are cheap! The place is very inviting and clean. The staff are lovely. There's a play area for young children in the corner and a comfy sofa. Homemade food is served too. Will try next time. What a lovely place.

This place was Awesome, as soon as I walked in the figurine on the Window stood out to me. It's in a Glorious Village with Spectacular views very Traditional. The Food was Excellent, the Size of the plates spoke for them self's they were Massive and the Presentation on the food was Excellent again, the Salad looked very appetiser with careful consideration whilst preparing, I had to compliment the owner because the vinegar jar was shiny and clean and had no finger marks on it Again the Burgers were Massive and very tasty with Extra Cheese, my Dad had Gammon again the plate was huge with a massive steak of Gammon all in all for 6 of us with a drink each and I had 2 Coffees was only £97s Kind Regards Christopher Shackleton

Visited in late October on a lovely sunny day which really painted this pubs beautiful location in a perfect light. We are from the Midlands visiting family who are local and we all received a lovely warm welcome. The pub is lovingly decorated with great views over the local countryside. The staff were attentive, friendly and knowledgeable about the menu options. The food itself was plentiful, tasty and well presented. Additional top marks to the owner who went the extra mile to look after a member of our party who unfortunately was taken suddenly unwell, thank you. We will definitely visit again when back in the area.
