We visited after being recommended Veganish by our daughter. It was Carnival day so Zoe's was outside on a stall We had the Seitan Kebab and some deep-fried Oreos. Both were delicious!! Really enjoyed them, tasty, good price and we love to support any business spreading the animal-free message. Highly recommend.

I am very much not vegan, but the food at Veganish by Zoe makes such categories irrelevant. The food is made to order so it's absurdly full of flavour, and the texture will satisfy all but the most cynical or soulless of carnivores. On my first visit I had the KVC with chips (which were also sublime!) and it made me immediately planning my next visit. The service is as excellent as the food, so do drop by.

Really friendly, great vegan food and the owners use the business to fund some really impressive charity work. We went to Veganish by Zoe for a quick lunch today. As a family of 1 vegan adult, 1 veggie child and 1 omnivore adult we’re fairly discerning about what food is on offer and we were all very pleased with our choices! My husband thought the seitan kebab was amazing, my falafel Buddha bowl was lovely and my daughter’s baguette went down a treat. All really tasty, homemade, fresh, mostly healthy and really good value. Very impressed. Would definitely come again. Be aware the cafe is inside the indoor market with only one table so may need to be a takeaway option.

I was greeted by the two members of staff and customers alike. They were just changing the menu on the chalkboard so asked what I was looking to eat. I was recommended the kebab, which was full of flavour. Looking at the facebook page I will be going back fo some of their other meals too! It was a bit hard to find them - maybe need some environmentally friendly fairy lights or something to attract the eye as they could be missed by passers by.

Friendly little place. Quite small and homely. Sometimes open soon after 9 and therefore able to provide a tasty and healthy breakfast.

20 The Barbican
We happened upon this lovely coffee shop and bakery during a recent visit to Plymouth. It was busy when we arrived and struggled for a table but this isn't a bad thing. The coffee (flat white & latte) was spot on and the food was also really good and artisan quality. This place was a really good find and I'd definitely be back if we ever visit Plymouth again.

58 Cornwall StreetHave purchased from here several times - both the cake slices and celebration cakes. Most of the time the cakes are great - light and fluffy, but have been two occasions where the cake was too sweet and did not taste very fresh (seems more of an exception), but will still be purchasing nonetheless.

2 St Andrew StreetThe Chancel has been one of our favourite places to eat in Plymouth for many years. During Covid and a bit longer they’ve been delivering or preparing for collection. Without much thought or any foreknowledge we walked down this evening hoping it might up and running for their traditional bistro food and good wines. Very disappointed therefore to find it dark, empty and will a To Let sign. No hint that there might still be an online service. Pity and we’re sad. Many dozens of happy memories.
