Burger was amazing, so was the fries especially with the red salt on. Followed my request on notes which was appreciated. Milkshake was divine. Everything was excellent! Highly recommend! Delivery driver was on the dot and was so nice. All items packaged well.

Never spending my money here again. The amount of times the delivery driver does not give me my change, smashies website says I have credit because I’ve ordered so much but can’t use it, and then they won’t let me off 60p when I’ve waited nearly 2 hours for one burger. Rude when you call and the delivery guy was a muppet too. Absolute joke, I’ll never order from here again.

Burger was tasty enough however the chicken nuggets and chips were soggy. the chicken tenders sent in a plastic tub made the coating mushy instead of crispy. But more importantly when I ordered it said delivery 25-45 minutes which then turned into nearly 2 hours. certainly won't be a return customer.

Very disappointed, usually the food from you guy's is top notch but on this occasion you've really missed the mark. The food was 25+ minutes late and was absolutely freezing so completely inedible. No point in microwaving it as it'd make the entire meal soggy which would defeat the object. Inedible meal, 30 mins late & freezing cold.

The burgers are something else. Personally I don’t usually have beef burgers but they are exceptional and taste delicious. The chicken burger has loads of chicken on it. This place is amazing food at great prices. The loaded fries are pretty good too. Can’t fault anything we ordered. Well done Smashies Radcliffe

normally get the double smash, which is always good. thought i’d try the dipped chicken burger, very over cooked, extremely dry and the coating was dark and bitter because it had been cooked too long. overall not impressed, couldn’t eat it had one bite and binned it.

Asked for no salad on one of the burgers but came with it. Kinda ruined it. All in all was good quality

Paid extra for fanta in a glass bottle, received a can instead. and paid 2.50 more for an extra smashie party which was not provided

Food took 2 hours to be delivered so not surprising was soggy & cold. Rang up after an hour and they lied and said it would be soon. Rang back again after 2 hours and the man on the phone was unhelpful and extremely rude and hung up on me.

2 hour wait for food took the shine off it. Don’t accept the order if you can’t deliver it on time.

Ordered a couple of times now and I cannot fault this place at all. Everything absolutely spot on. Double smashie burger is possibly the best burger iv ever eaten. Could not put it down, it was very juicy and exactly whay you would want from a burger. loaded fries, I mean wow, what can i say, beautifully presented, generous portions and just perfectly loaded with topping. Full of flavour Food came quick, delivery driver very friendly, nothing missing from order. Will definitely be our new go to burger place.

Literally my favourite place in Radcliffe, I live over there road from the shop so I get it quite often, staff are lovely, the burgers are to die for! Make sure to get a pot of cheese sauce for your chips, it’s so good!

Been to Smashies a few times and the food has always been spot on. What stands out more though is its clear these guys really care about their customers and the quality of the food, I always get a phonecall confirming collection time to always make sure the food is hot and fresh.

Halloumi was waaaaay over done but otherwise food was good as always! Highly rated.

Hands down the driest food I’ve ever had , no flavour at all in any of it and patties are like rubber , save yourself the money and go elsewhere

Ordered takeout twice now (when I've visited my mum). My God it's good!! Not sure if it's the owner or not but both times the guy has been lovely, welcoming, honest & really cares about his customers. Food is fantastic, that slightly spicy sauce that comes on the cheese burger is fantastic too. Will defo be going again, especially as the other ladies & gents where my mum lives go often. Really want to try the loaded fries 🤤🤤. Mum said the chicken burger (& chicken kids meal) is really tasty too. Keep it up lads.

10/10 outstanding as always, My friends tried for the first time they was very impressed and enjoyed the food, milkshakes was nice but think need to use sticky labels or permanent marker as the writing had come off the shake so had to try work out who's was who, but again outstanding

Really enjoyed my burger, was a little messy and was hard to keep clean while eating it, but most burger joints are (apart from 5 guys). The price is good, meat is tasty, but the sauce is to die for! Burger sauce with a slight kick, very tasty. I will be back agian ASAP. I had the triple cheeseburger with mushrooms.

I have ordered from the Whitefield branch before and the food was early. This time we ordered from Radcliffe and the food was late and when I called the man told me they were busy and he was cooking it now. The food was almost 40 mins late so this was a bit disappointing. The food was ok not great but that could be what we ordered. I don’t think I would recommend the nacho burger as it was a bit sloppy. The triple burger was good and the food was hot.

We usually have this place deliver but decided to sit in this time. Great burgers and loaded fries. Staff were really friendly and great with our kids. Enough seating for this type of place as you would usually order delivery.

Absolutely amazing, all sides are beautiful and great portion sizes… but my only problem is the wings - very small, not always cooked the best and buffalo sauce sadly isn’t great (but I think that could just be me being picky)! Overall, defo recommend!!

One of the best burgers I've had from a takeaway. Onion rings are so good too they're always nice and crispy and not soggy.
