Went as a pair of vape novices who were looking for an alternative to help quit smoking. We couldn't have asked for more knowledgable, generous and enthusiastic help than we got from this place. If the idea of a vape cafe terrifies you... "Am I going to stand out and feel like a chump?" "Will I feel patronised by a too-cool-for-school member of staff?" "Can I get a brilliant milkshake?" Well... The answer to the first two is you won't and the last is you can. The kind of independent business that any city would be proud of. Thanks guys.

These guys are beyond awesome, iv been in today and after helping me choose my first rda they put a build on it and i was using it within ten minutes of walking in, in that time they made me one of the best hot choclates (with any drizzle you want, i had caramel) iv ever had and talked me through every aspect of dripping. They threw in a load of cotton to keep me going and answered every question i had without hesitation, now i feel confident enough to go it alone but il definately be back anytime im in town. Iv been in retail for 20 years and these guys go above and beyond all expectations i had before going in. Iv only reviewed one other place on tripadvisor and that was because the customer service was the worst id ever seen, vapey jacks is the polar opposite of that.

Came here today from Burton with my partner and 2 of our friends! Me and my partner have been here once before and after experiencing the great atmosphere and the amazing coffee, we couldn't wait to come again. Also sells vaping equipment and juices which is handy! Lovely to be able to have a proper coffee in a relaxed environment and be able to vape too!! Our friends loved it too! Well done guys! You've definitely got it right!!

I have to say what a great atmosphere, fantastic and welcoming staff, a true original place to unwind with friends you never knew you had but are happy to have met. On a predisposition, and disability I had no social life nor anywhere I felt truly relaxed and accepted until I met mark, Spence, dom, Matt, Emily and anyone I have forgotten as I was welcomed as an equal even though my disabilities are evident and can be somewhat embarrassing and truly a struggle to manage, there's 2 staff you know who you are, accommodate my needs that physically and medically absoluter surpassing any legal requirements for that I thank you. I'm happy to call vapey jacks my new social hub and truly a treat and blessing to all chilled out Vapers. With some fine beers and ciders on I love it. And now they have limes thank you mark lol 😁. Thanks for making me feel so welcome.

I've been coming in here for my juices for a couple of weeks (the juices are all made to order and you get exactly what you want). I love this place so much! The staff are friendly and helpful. They set me up with a starter kit and gave me some great advice about vaping (I used to smoke 20 fags a day!). Thanks to them I can now make my own coils (it's really easy) and no longer feel that getting into vaping is something that is overly difficult or technical (it can be but only if you want to take it that far, for beginners all you need to learn is the basics). Great work people keep it up!

Visited with my other half who vapes but was worried I'd feel left out or different. Certainly not the case in fact there were a few others like me too. If you're not used to a lot of vapour 'smoke' then it might put you off but once you're inside you hardly notice it. The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable about vaping from what I gathered..I had a lovely hot chocolate. I like the inside. It was like being in an industrial living room but it kinda works. The place is huge but soon fills up. Idea - band nights. Think that would go down well, some live music on a weekend evening maybe? So yes, even as a person who doesn't vape, I still had a good visit.

Fantastic little place, found it on the internet on a wim and glad I did! A wide range of products and knowledgeable staff. I felt welcomed and it was great to sit around other vapers without feeling awkward. Will visit again when I'm shopping. Please stay open!

I have been there a few times and everyone there is so accomadating and friendly. I've tried vape liquid from other places and they weren't particularly helpful. The guys at vapey jacks show are genuinely interested in helping and making recommendations! I am so impressed. The place has such a nice relaxing feel to it and I would love to see them branch out into different counties!

Found this unique coffee shop with awesome atmosphere, really friendly staff and amazingly tasty juices. Loved that chilling time there! ☺️☕️

I went to try this cafe on the positive feedback from trip advisor,it was a very relaxing and unusual environment,i truly enjoyed vaping without anyone looking at you strangely,the coffee was ok but the service was outstanding.

Anybody who has ANY interest in vaping whatsoever needs to visit this place - it's amazing. Visited with my partner twice on a week visit to Derby from Wigan, the guy who runs the place is so helpful - he showed us how to make our own coils, made us our own custom flavours to our specifications and seemed to know exactly what we wanted. There were a few people in there not vaping and I can only assume it's because of the atmosphere and the range of drinks is pretty sweet. We had a few coffees in there and they were very nice. Please don't be put off by the look of the place outside - inside it's like a little Aladdin's cave of vape. Seriously I cannot recommend it enough - wish I lived in Derby just so I could hang out at this place! will definitely be returning to Derby for a few days solely to come here again. The liquids we had made are the best we have ever tasted. Never had a real chance to thank the gaffa - so if you are reading this thank you very much and see you again!

Came twice in 2 days. Felt very strange and awkward walking in to what seemed a very strange place. My opinion very quickly changed when greeted with a very knowledgeable helpful friendly guy who pretty much taught us everything he knows about vaping. He created a new flavour just for us and gave tutorial on coil making along with an endless list of helpful places to look if we ever got stuck as we were visiting here only for a few days. If you have an interest in exciting new flavours for your ecig this place is a must ☺

You start by walking into what initially looks like a fairly dull building with a small bar, then your acute senses tune in and it starts to become qwerky, tables are all bearing nice design and the vapey Jacks logo, there's interesting and some amusing pictures hanging and the decor is understated. You then go to get a drink and the bar I strewn with mods and drippers for you to try their liquids and a pot of clean drip tips too! Then you buy a drink and feel like you've ripped the place off it's that cheap and all of this is coming with as much or as little info as you want, no hard sell or a feeling of even a sales pitch, by this time you've found a couple of juices you like so you buy those and sit having your drink whilst it's made for you. You're left in peace or just as comfortable sitting with staff who I can't stress enough give a great experience all round! This is a place I shall visit time and time again!

Proper cushty place to vape , the staff are helpful, and the coffee is good too. If you want a social atmosphere to have a coffee and chat this is the place to go

Went in today for the first time on recommendations from some friends. Me and my boyfriend both bought a new vape and Dom Kew everything about the capes we got and made us some free liquids to take away. And we just stayed for abit and chilled and had a drink ... :) there is a friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back wish it could be open abit later so we could start a night out there !!

Lovely coffee shop with some unusual but very tasty drinks. Relaxed and welcoming environment! And they do delicious hot chocolate! Perfect place to go for a drink and relax in a sofa /armchair by the fire as the weather gets colder! Highly recommended :-)

Vapey Jack's hasn't been open long but already it is my favourite coffee shop in Derby.

Introduced to this place through a friend who knows the owners. SUCH a nice place, friendly, interesting, great coffee, interesting beer and such a brilliant innovative product. If you're a novice to what they do like I am, really approachable guys who will answer any questions you had and fill in what you don't know. I will be back!

Great vape shop! Just what derby has been needing! Staff are great, really helpful and friendly, there range of hand made e juice is incredible! Good stock of mods and accessories too! Oh and amazing drinks from coffee to beers! Highly recommend this place! I will be returning very soon! :D

I've been to Vapey Jack's several times since they opened a few weeks ago and can't stop going back.

Visited a few times now always have a brilliant time when visiting. All the staff are really friendly and helpfull got any queries just speak to one of the guys and they will try there best to help you. Fantastic range of Products and Juices also the range of hot beverages and cold beverages will definitely keep coming back back good work guys

Came here for a leaving do, was greeted by lovely friendly staff who were able to tell me the ins and outs of vaping. Would highly recommend this place!!!

Derby has been crying out for somewhere Vapers can go and enjoy a drink indoors, and Vapey Jacks is perfect! The guys there are very friendly and knowledgeable, always up for a chat, not just trying to sell you their goods. The range of beer and cider is excellent and well thought out, I haven't tried any yet but will be doing soon! I have tried their coffee and that was great. Decent range of hardware and juice, but as they're very new I expect this to get better and better. All in all this place is perfect, they've got a regular in me!

I have visited this coffee bar a few times and I love it! The drinks are amazing! My favourite is the butterscotch hot chocolate and the pomegranate and elderflower sparkling water! The staff are welcoming and helpful. It is a very nice and relaxed environment and much nicer than the hustle and bustle of most coffee shops. It's nice to have an adult only coffee shop where you can buy hot drinks and cold drinks and can also buy alcoholic drinks if you wish. I love that it feels like you are relaxing in a comfy living room due to the lovely sofa's and layout. I would definitely return!

This a brilliant place to sit, vape, chat and drink beer or coffee!! Visited it on opening day and I felt so welcome! The staff are so friendly and helpful they offer great customer service! Will be visiting this place over and over again! Love it!
