Had to throw most of the order away, one pizza was so saturated with salt it made two of us eating it, throw up! Wish we’d not bothered, clearly something went wrong with the order when it was being prepared, and we suffered as a result. First time anything like this has ever happened with Valentinos - most disappointed

Los viejos valentinos eran, literalmente, mi lugar favorito para ir a una pizza rápida, pero realmente sabrosa. Seamos justos si pagas estos precios, sabes lo que obtienes. Pero lamentablemente el lugar ha cambiado completamente. El servicio es terrible ahora. Regularmente ordena mal. Tbh realmente no me importa dónde se origina una persona, pero seguramente si contestas el teléfono no es una obviedad que tienes algún dominio del idioma inglés. Así que con esto en mente y porque las dos últimas veces que de una u otra manera obtuve mi pedido, estoy buscando otra pizzería. Gracias a Dios, hay tantas opciones, pero en realidad, ustedes están arruinando lo que en un momento fue una opción obvia para el sábado o la recuperación de la comida rápida del domingo.

Kebab meat was hard and the pitta bread was hard too. Did not enjoy the food at all and most likely wont order again.

Always delicious! This time, however, someone did not try, eating good but cold. Tortilla is slightly wrapped. Whole I rate 9/10 😎 (by cold fries). However, it does not change the fact that the pizza at your place is the best, highly recommended! 🍕💛

Food arrived 10 mins early. I asked for this crust but seems only do deep as no way that was thin crust. Fries was ok. The spicy rice has changed was not as nice as before

Once again Valentino's has delivered an unbelievable takeaway experience. The pizza was cooked to perfection, the stuffed crust was deliciously decadent, Valentino's Special Sauce was as exciting as ever, and our request for only a little cheese on one of our pizzas was executed perfectly. I encourage you to treat yourself to what may be the best pizza this side of Italy.

Not overly late but not as quick as I'm used to and order regular from Valentino's. Also when I checked app said it had been delivered at 9.20 (checked at 9:40) got worried it had gone somewhere else, when we called restaurant to see what had happened said the driver had only just left. Not sure how it works but whoever updates the app got it very wrong!

Hands down the best takeaway I've had ever. Everything was perfect and delicious, arrived 20 minutes early, no fuss from the driver - will definitely be ordering from Valentino's again!

I always order from Valentino’s but this time was really really shocking as my pizza was really burnt and the cheesy chips had hardly any cheese on and I paid the extra for the cheese...starting to think they r going downhill and I will second think about ordering here in the future

I've ordered from here a few times and I've always meant to leave a 6 star review for the superb quality of food; however this time especially was above and beyond. The lemon and herb piri piri chicken is without a shadow of a doubt a thing of beauty, honestly the best chicken I've ever had. I highly recommend Valentinos and will definitely be ordering again !

the last two times I’ve had the piri pasta it’s not been the same. plus I asked for cheese on the pasta and you didn’t put it on.

ordered burger, chips, mild chicken pasta, burger was warm and tasty However a little too chargrilled so tasted a little burned. chips were cold, pasta was lovely tasting and warm. delivery time was stated one hour, however took one hour and ten minutes, a little long to wait for a takeaway. I think the prices are reasonable.

Came 10 mins early even tho it’s a Sunday and food tasted amazing! Best donner wrap I’ve had in a long time, chicken wings were juicy and not dry at all, pizzas and sides were cooked perfectly and tasted just as good 🙂 First time ordering from here and definitely will be ordering again in the future!

The food came early, hot and tasty. peferctly done exactly as I wanted it. The best thing about this order was they gave us a small 7inch taster pizza for free that came with the initial 16inch XL pizza. I love how it was a nice surprise and I’ll definitely be ordering from here again because of it. Also great service when I called asking how to order a pizza that wasn’t fully specified, overall a very satisfied customer and great value for money!

absolutely delicious. I had a doubts first as I never order delivery but after today I’ll most certainly will be ordering from here again. one of the best pizzas I’ve had- if I’m picky I’d like thin crust to be more thinner but despite of that I cannot faulty anything. and the bbq wings- so good 😋

I love this restaurant, however for the first time ever my pizza looked like the driver had dropped my pizza as was all over the place when I opened it and fries were cold.... Normally everything is perfect...

Received a text to say it was ready, got there and had to wait 20 minutes for the food. Owner or someone who pretended to own the place was extremely rude. Had to re check the order, I will not return to this awful restaurant. Shame the staff and service are so poor as the food is nice. Avoid.

Late and items were missing. When I called up to ask where my cheese fries are the person argued with me and was adamant they were delivered to me as he packed the bag himself. He said he’d investigate and call me back. I never received a call back but I did receive a knock on the door 45minites after where the driver gave me cheese fries. Apparently the back packer forgot them by the till. No apology! Late food. Terrible service

I'm a regular customer for quite a while now but the quality has decreased gruadually to the point the chips aren't hot at all and the donner pitta bread wasn't opened properly, instead was torn from one side and the donner was shoved in making all of it constantly fall out when trying to eat. Disappointed as I've ordered here many times and recently the standards have decreased since the first few orders when they were brilliant.

Food was good overall, ordered a chicken wrap meal, for there to be no chips, tried to contact the restaurant numerous of times no answer, to then notice they had gone offline for orders..

Food is fantastic. BUT the delivery man and people at the restaurant have an attitude. They forgot a part of my order. I called the restaurant. The guy on the phone insisted that I must be wrong. Then when he discovered the rest of my order in the kitchen he didn’t apologize or anything. He was quite rude and dry on the phone. Finally got my order complete after one hour wait. I got the same attitude with their delivery men

Por lo general, obtienes una pequeña pizza gratis cuando pides una grande, mi hijo hizo que la orden no se diera cuenta, así que no nos ofrecieron la pizza gratis. Cuando llamé, el personal está discutiendo con el cliente gritando diciendo que deberíamos haber dicho ahora qué quieres que hagamos de una manera muy grosera. . . Nunca volveré a pedir de esta grosera pizzería cada vez que ordene en el pasado, siempre tienen algo mal en el pedido u olvidan entregar algo. . . ¡Irrespetuoso! ! ! ¡Golpear! ! !

Valentino’s is our favourite pizza place in the local area. We have never had a bad meal and the price is excellent for what you get. Highly recommend!

The chicken burger was chewy and couldn't eat it because it wasn't cooked that well, could only eat the chips, wasted money!!

I have been ordering from this restaurant for quite some time now. Their peri chicken is always cooked well and tastes delicious. My only issue with this restaurant is that I never seem to get my complete order whether an item is missing or they don't send peri chips as requested and paid for. However, they are always friendly and timely with delivery. Please just double check that you are sending the right and complete order.

First and last time from that place

have used Valentino’s a few times, food is always spot on. this time they forgot my piri piri fries and missed off a corn on the cob, will see how they get on the next time.

The piri piri chicken was the most DISGUSTING chicken I ever ordered in my life. DO NOT BUY IT! False advertising. If I wanted to buy chicken portion, neglect to season it, dry it out on maximum powe in a microwave, and then smother it in the most tasteless 'piri piri' sauce... it would've been better than this.

Forgot to put sauce on the kebab and didn't deliver the dip.

Very unhappy with how late this was delivered, no contact from the restaurant and the driver hammered on the door and did not ensure the delivery was to the right person.

Pizza wasn’t as tasty as would have acquired , for the single price i paid the pizza did lack taste , there was no up lift, n was partly bland except for the tandoori chicken which gave it some kik ... a well known pizzeria expectations remain high with velantinos
