Very good service and very helpful and polite nothings to much trouble to help you brilliant staff well done all.

I sometimes come here in the mornings to get a drink before setting off to work. On all occasions the staff have been lovely. They always put a smile on their face even when it seems hectic. Thank you.

Always Excellent at Cradley Costa! . Always clean and fully stocked!. All the staff (especially the guy with the ponytail) Always friendly and happy to help!. They go above and beyond here for sure ! . Only problem is it’s that popular at times may need a few more seats !

Had to do this review really as was disgusted by Costa coffee in tesco cradley heath today. We go here quite regularly and it only takes one bad visit to lose custermors. No problem before. But today. Two members of staff, I think one was training, fairly quiet. There was five empty tables to chose from. I chose the only one that was clean for my family. The others did not get wiped in all the time that we were there, though the staff didn't look too busy. Standing behind the counter with their hands in their pockets looking bored. We were served in paper cups rather than the mugs they usually serve in. Not sure why as there were loads of (actually clean looking cups) stacked up. Maybe the guys serving us didn't want to wash them? As the guy was pulling the paper cups apart from the stack they were in he was putting his hands right inside the cups to pull them apart which turned my stomach but I had promised my kids a treat so tried not to think of it. As I waited for the drinks I noticed how mucky the back of the serving area was, both on the counters and with rubbish all over the floor. I work in food retail myself and would hate for custermors to see this. After all, it was not like the men there were busy. As reffered to before they were standing looking bored. There was a sign saying they were closing early due to lack of staff. I'm sure at least one of these two could have at least cleaned around. Very, very, very bad. I'm not saying we will.never visit this branch again, but if I see these two members of staff on I would avoid it.

Costa Cradley Heath Always gives 100% customer service . The man who was on today always knows I have a mocha latte and makes it perfect . Great team 😀

Had had a revamp recently and is even better than before. Add always Costa Coffees are really tasty but not too bitter. Cakes are delicious, what more can I say!

Still need more staff training on keeping cloths clean and not putting fingers in cups.

ICE COOLER - NOT SO COOL :( Called in today for two Ice Coolers, only to be served with two summer drinks made with ice that had melted so badly, they had to scoop out the remaining ice from the water!!! This ended with two coolers not so cool, and just full of water, no ice at all - come on Costa, surely you can afford to use fresh ice surely - won't be trying another that's for sure. Disappointed really

Same good coffee as always, but service was slow & gluten free snacks very limited .although it was very quiet tables had not been cleaned.

Waited a while to be served . One person serving and making the drinks. When we got our drink it was poor. What was going to be a relaxing drink turned into a nightmare Visited again today place getting worse staff making mistakes and still slow service

I went here on holiday and the coffee I had was lovely. The staff was limited but very helpful and friendly and the seating was very cosy.

Staff are very helpful and polite, they never have any clean teapot lids and they have to place a small coffee cup in its place and often you are given larger cups with the tea as they have no clean cups. The tables often need tidying and customers have to clean dirty cups away this is only because they just don’t have enough staff.

Dirty tables full of trays,cups and plates and when i ordered a hot chocolate and an Americano i was told i would have to have it in a takeaway cup as they had run out of cups!!!!!???? Seriously

Went twice in the same day. Early afternoon it was busy but the staff were all very friendly and helpful even though the work must have been hectic. I went back later for a Black Forest Frostino when it read quieter and again the staff were lovely to deal with, very fast with orders. I'll make this Costa a regular stop when I go to Tesco!

This is a busy shoppers cafe, basic but OK for a quick cuppa.

Staff are great, they know how to make a decent coffee and look after the regulars taking the time to know their preferred drinks, the food is ok if you just want a quick snack with a coffee

Nice little café in the Tesco store. Service was quick and friendly and the quality was the usual Costa standards.
