Delicious pizzas and good service

I had the smoky aubergine pizza. The flavour of it was excellent I absolutely loved it. Only thing is that I wish the base was less floppy, maybe I'll try ask for a crispy base next time. A mistake was made with the order due to a misunderstanding. As the waitress was taking our order she realised that one of us had a nut allergy and so asked her manager to take the order instead. However, we thought that the waitress had put through half the table's order, so when the manager came to take the order of the girl with the nut allergy, we told him that we had already ordered. This resulted in him putting through her order and only one other. They got their food and we waited and waited, the mistake was discovered quickly, they put our order through and deducted the price of one of the pizzas for our trouble. It was a simple misunderstanding, they were lovely and dealt with it very professionally. Good pre-play grub :)

Very good experience overall. Delicious food, good service and atmosphere. Furthermore, our waitress Teressa was a crack: very attentive, helpful and super friendly. We booked because it was very close to the theaters in the Victoria area

Lovely authentic pizzas. We had double pepperoni and a margharita...very tasty and generous toppings. Rocket and parmesan side salad, again, generous. We tried the spaghetti mozzarella balls...absolutely delicious. Thanks

First and last time this evening: takeaway pizza... Completely failed with its burnt taste. My son was hungry and we didn't have the option to leave the hotel again. So I had to let him eat scraps reluctantly! Update: No immediate plans to return to London, but I'm adding one star given the customer-oriented response. :)

Booked a huge family Christmas meal here and it went as smoothly as a 16-person meal with multiple allergies could. Everyone was super accommodating and friendly, especially our server Sophie and the booker Maria. The food was excellent too, a generous spread of pizzas, fried bits and pieces, and an excellent Nutella tiramisu dessert. Highly recommended for a gathering.

We discovered the restaurant by accident on the first day and came back the next one. The drinks (we had the Amalfi Lemonade and the Italien cherry soda) where really fast and delicious. We had around three refills, so good. At the beginning they asked about allergies and even went to check and inform us about things we couldn't eat then. The food (on the first day we had pizza and on the second we had Salat and some of the sides) was fast and yummy. Really enjoyed the food and the nice, cozy ambiente. Luca, our service was amazing, and made sure we felt welcome and good. He recommended tasty food and gave recommendations on how to modify them for our allergies. Definetly recommended! When ever gonna visit London again, i will come back.

Great service by Milo at pizza pilgrims Victoria

As a non-native, I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. Definitely recommend as a stop! We had Milo as our waiter and he was very attentive to our allergies.

This is a great food place. My friend and I went there twice in two days. When we got there we were asked about food allergies and got great recommendations for food. All the staff members are really friendly, helpful and like their own products. Especially Luca gives great tips on vegetarian food. The food is really delicious from starters to dessert. I highly recommend the mushroom and truffle pizza with the garlic and herb dip.

My brother had lunch here before visiting Buckingham Palace. The staff were friendly, helpful, swift and attentive. The pizzas were the best we've eaten. I was glad to have a quiet table (at the rear) as there was constant coming-and-going in the restaurant. We enjoyed it so much we booked to go back for dinner a few days later before going to see Hamilton at the Victoria Theatre. That visit was also excellent though the team were very busy. I heartily recommend eating here and would go back if visiting the area again.

Cozy atmosphere, really good pizza and wine. We really enjoyed the idea of having those crust crusher sauces for the pizza crust, amazing!

We came here because I saw the top reviews on Google and I really wanted a good pizza. No doubt I felt like I ate a vera italian pizza in a cozy London atmosphere restaurant. The toppings were amazing, the dough was soft and the crust was just good to dip in the crust nduja sauce. The service was really fast and nice people in there. Trully recommend it!! <3

Very interesting and tasty pizzas. Not sure I like the idea of the American pizza being French fries and hot dogs but I didn't try it. Service was first rate.

Nice place for good pizza. Ingredients are what makes the difference, not the base which is alright and a quite burnt underneath (both of the ones we ordered, maybe just bad luck) Good point for service, really nice and friendly people working in there, keep it up.

Very delicious Neapolitan style pizza, they are individual but they fill a lot haha. The place is very good and the people who serve are very nice. There are quite a few varieties of pizza tastes.

Pizzas were great. The 8 cheese was the best cheese pizza we've had. The fall special was interesting as well. In addition, Milo provided excellent service.

We stopped by the Pizza Pilgrams whilst in London for a day trip, and we were blown away by the most warmest and friendliest service from Silvia! Only her second day and yet we felt like family. She knew the menu, gave great recommendations, and she genuinely cared about the company, the produce and our experience. I can confidently say as a pizza obsessed couple, we had the best pizza yet. We will definitely be back, in fact we are planning to travel to London all the way from Bristol again just to have another pizza date from this magnificent gem!

Very nice pizza in a comfortable setting with pleasant and friendly service. Good location close to victoria station and reasonable prices. The menu has a good variety with choices for vegetarians and vegans. Lots of beers 🍻 and wine 🍷 on offer. There is a 12% service charge which is the norm for most places now. Takeaway is also available.

The staff amazing. The pizza different then I'm used to. But the pickled cucumber salad was delicious just way spicy

We were recommended this by a friend. It did not disappoint! Great food served in a very friendly and timely manner. All the staff were great. Even the chefs said goodbye and thank you as we left. We would recommend, and return!

Real Neapolitan pizza in London, in a pleasantly Neapolitan environment. True Neapolitan pizza chefs, as also demonstrated by the lively celebration of Napoli's goals😄💙 Prices, clearly, a little high, but in line with the London average. Courteous and helpful staff.
