I ordered a cookie, hot drink and cake slice from them at 13.28 today. It's now 16.21 and they aren't answering their phone, nor replying to my email. Taken over £18 for that and I guess won't be returning my money as they're completely ignoring me now. Careful when you order, maybe select payment on delivery.

Delivery took nearly 1.5 hours from time of purchase when the initial time given was 25 minutes!! It came and was inedible. Called restaurant and they said it would be 5 mins. Called after 5 and was still another 10 mins

They refuse to pick the phone and there services is lacking and useless they took over an hour to simply deliver food and not give any updates

placed an order. recieved it in an hour . wasnt cooked properly felt like it was rushed . the strawberries made the waffel soggy.

Absolutely disgraceful. This was the second time this has happened. Ordered food. Driver collected who was supposedly a Maryam. 40 mins later the driver delivered the food was a man and not Maryam. When confronted as to why he was parked outside McDonald’s for 30 mins after collecting my food he said he was fuelling his car from Morrisons. So he decided to collect my food and then fuel his car. Not a thought fr the ice cream melting or the cookie dough being rock hard when delivered to me. When I confronted the restaurant on the phone the man’s put the phone down and then refused to answer the phone for 2 hours. Wow possibly worst experience. I’ll attach proof the name of the driver and picture was a Maryam. I have CCTV to prove it was a man that delivered.

Apple crumble with custard was fridge cold. Probably forgot to warm it. Tasted awful. Was visiting family so gave it a try in the local area. Not recommended

I'm so disappointed in the deserts I ordered my kids. Cookie dough was'nt cookie dough it was hard like rocks. Didnt taste nice at all made me sick and the kids were upset not happy at all . I won't be ordering from them ever again .

I am absolutely disgusted with uzi cookies there food was ineditable and rock hard my milkshake was mostly melted and THE FOOD was an nearly an half an hour late. If I wanted to ask someone to burn my food for me I would have had a toddler make me a cookie dough. I am extremely upset this was for my mum and sisters. I rang the company and they told me they are gong to ring me back im still waiting for my refund cause this is an absolute disgrace.

Delivery Time pushed back 3 times , tried to call restaurant no answer tried to cancel order as order had gone 1 and half hours over delivery timeline.

I kept calling the number and no anwser. I came into the branch in High and I ordered your Cinnamon Churros and I asked for white chocolate. First problem I got brown chocolate. Secondly, they were not fresh, they look and tasted like they have been microwaved. Not satisfied. I want a refund

Do not listen to negative reviews!! I have ordered from this company time and time again and there is truly nothing for me to complain about. If i forget to pick a topping they will call me or text me and sort it straight away. The food always arrives warm and ice cream is usually still not very melted (keep in mind i live 20 mins away). Perfect for a sleepover or a sweet treat and just a really nice way to spoil yourself. Keep up the great work!!

This is the best waffle and milkshake witch I had.

In my order it was just vanilla ice cream which was frozen ice and one small piece of brownie with little chocolate ice cream. Highly disappointed.

The order was over 2hrs late. The restaurant kept extending the deliver time and didn’t answer the phone. It was a Tuesday night at 8.15pm and it was delivered at 10.31pm. Don’t take orders if you can’t fulfill in a timely manner.

Ordered on deliveroo was here within 35-40 mins as described. Arrived by a lovely delivery man. Ordered 2 milkshakes one toffee crisp and one white kinder waffle, a white kinder waffle and a magic star cookie dough. Milkshakes are good but could do with abit more texture by not blending so much. Waffle is fresh and fluffy! Cookie dough was rich in flavour and hit the spot! Definitely order again!

Don't waste your money and time here. If you order something from here either they don't have it or they will replace it with fudge brownie and ice-cream. Most of the times they don't have what you order.

Uzii's Cookies is definitely our dessert place of choice. Food is delicious, service always good and ok occasion I have needed to contact them Uzii's staff have been brilliant! Overall, would highly recommend!!

ordered here a few times first couple times it was amazing loads of toppings and sauce on the waffles, fast delivery everything was good but the couple recent orders have been a bit of a let down, they have become a lot more stingy with the toppings, the waffle looked quite sad if i’m honest barely a drizzle of sauce and there was a few stale Ferrero Rochers on top, wasn’t pleasant to chew, i asked them to substitute the chocolate sauce for their chocolate hazelnut sauce instead but they didn’t, they advertise a chocolate hazelnut sauce on one of their other waffles so i thought it wouldn’t be a problem to have that instead but clearly it was. They charge £10 for the waffle, i could justify spending that much on the first few orders as i was actually getting my moneys worth as there was actually a good amount of sauce and toppings, but it’s quite cheeky charging the same amount when you’re actually getting less than before. Wish i took a picture to show a before and after but i didn’t think that i’d have to write this review. All in all they do produce good quality products they just need to be a bit more generous with toppings.

Basque cheesecake and chocolate fudge cake were delicious. A free cookie was a nice touch. If I'd have paid the £2.50 price for said cookie I'd have been very disappointed, it was nice but never a £2.50 cookie.

Disgusting service, I ordered at 8.40 pm, I rang the shop at 9.30 to be told that it's just leaving and will be with me in 15-20 minutes, I'm still waiting an hour later. Absolutely disgusting, they won't answer the phone either, money grabbers!!

The guy is perfect boss man who manages calls and the perfect ice cream in Highwaycome I recommend you guys go to this instead of creams and treats ❤️

I recently grabbed some desserts from Uzi cookies. Their hit me brownies were absolutely divine! They were rich, fudgy, and had the perfect balance of sweetness. The chocolate chip cookies were also a hit - soft and chewy with just the right amount of chocolate. Overall, I highly recommend uzi cookies for their delicious desserts

The waffle was edible but the strawberries were disgusting. They needed to go into the bin rather than on a waffle

If you have the tastebuds of a 13 year old or don’t mind very average desserts, then go try Uzii’s Cookies. If however, you regularly go to Amorino for your gelato and The Works (high Wycombe) for your regular desserts - then maybe don’t try Uzii’s Cookies. Only chose this place as it was buy one get one free and The Works is closed 9pm onwards and the chocolate milkshake tasted like Nesquick powder mixed with basic vanilla ice cream. And the cookie that came with it? Subways are better by a mile - and they’re a sandwich shop. I’m giving two star because the order was delivered within the time stated and because the milkshake consistency was good.

One crepe was ruined, hard as a rock, couldn’t even cut it. Was told by restaurant that Just Eat would refund but they refused! My son was so upset his pancake was inedible that I ended up making him some myself! Not impressed, especially as was refused a refund

Over 30 mins late. Restaurant ignores calls after first call. Arrives stone cold and milkshake leaking in bag. AVOID waste of money

Food was over 1 hour late! I ordered at 8:30 expecting to arrive around 9:20 however didn’t receive the delivery until 10:15. The reasoning behind this from the delivery driver was they like to take their time. Absolutely shocking!!!

Appalling. Order took an hour and twenty minutes to arrive. My hot brownie with sauce, ice cream and nuts arrived as a cold brownie with sauce. Hardly worth a tenner. Going through deliveroo for a refund. Awful.

Lovely guy on the phone called to say there was a fault with the waffle machine and offered me 2 substitutes, I chose the crepes. The same man delivered to me with extra ice cream and couldn't apologise enough. I was complete fine the poor guy was a few minutes late when he had to deal with faults as well as maintain fantastic customer service. Thank you for wonderful food and top notch service.
