USA Fried Chicken in Shropshire

Just ordered a chicken wrap and a garlic bread, Wrap was literally A wrap a 3 cold dry pieces of chicken and the garlic bread was rock hard and cold, just what you want after a 15 hour shift!

Best quality and service ever. Hot, crispy, tasty and plentiful! Lovely friendly delivery too.

One of the best takeaways we've had in a long time. Came early, order was spot on, hot and good quality food with cold cans of pop! Amazing service at the door, very friendly. 10/10!

Lettuce in the wrap was brown, chips were hard and looked like last nights recooked chips.

6 pieces of chicken. The just under £15 chicken 6 pieces. Only a bit of breast the rest leg and thigh and very soft skin. Not crispy so heated up in air fryer. Just very overpriced for quality and amount. I love this place and it really saddens me as all the meal deal offers are (on the whole) great. But such lovely delivery staff.

To be honest worse takeaway I have had for a good while tonight had doner meat and chips the meat was not cooked enough for my liking and the chips the opposite as they were all rock solid . Had a burger and chilli cheese bits that were ok hopefully just an off day as normally very nice

The food was as good as it always is! Perfectly cooked, perfectly tasty. The delivery driver was very kind and reassuring too!

Burgers were good, but the chicken in my wrap was overcooked and tasted horrible.

Food was in manufacture packaging they didn’t even bother to defrost the cheesecake was hard as a rock. When I asked the takeaway over the phone about this and about getting a refund they tried to make endless excuses and refused to help with a refund even though they admitted that what I said about the food being bad was justified and they said they had no manager available for me to talk to. The person who I spoke to on the phone needs to get a personality I won’t be using this place again.

Disgusting! Ordered some deserts from the menu for the family the cheesecake was frozen solid and the fudge cake was in distributor packaging. Not what the images suggest. I called the so called/self proclaimed ‘manager’ who told me they had no authority to issue a refund or look at the issue further (pretty sure operating a food and beverage service without a responsible individual during operating hours is un lawful) but hey ho. The lady I talked to who claimed to be the manager needs to get a personality and the business needs to sell items as they are not misrepresent.

Always order from them but tonight the chicken was pink and didn't taste right , and the kebab was just meat in a tub with pitta bread thrown on too , not even cut open .. sorry usually top notch but tonight was not great at all .

The food tasted fine, but wasn’t worth £17, all in, considering they charged £3 on top for delivery making the total Bill £20, and then came later than advertised! Only real positive was the driver was polite…

My order was wrong, in a few details especially in the burgers So we didn't enjoy the burgers (might be nice if we got it how we asked) but the kebabs were nice chicken and donner. However also orders 6 Budweiser and got 6 fosters which didn't see until the driver was gone.

Been a while since I last had something from USA Fried Chicken and they didn't disappoint once again, the burger was excellent (didn't even save any for my dog 😂😂)

Went in there for food after my DJ set to be told they have no good other than chicken or ribs! Absolute joke. Won't be recommending to anyone nor visiting again!

Deluxe burger was rated highly Doner meat and chips was nice but same as any other kebab shop really. Slightly more expensive. Slightly cold meat Deliver to hospital but only main entrance

The large chips I ordered was a small in a large box, hardly covered the bottom of the tray and the chicken wings were terrible, tasted like the chicken had gone off. Shame as normally the food is excellent from here

I asked for no pineapples on the pizza and received pineapples still, I could hardly eat the pizza. It’s a shame, the garlic bread was alright.

Lovely food it was late but everyone apologized.

The restaurant missed off a 12" pizza on an order of only 3 items (the other 2 items were sides). Driver said I had to call the restaurant to ask about it, which I tried several times over the last 15 mins and no one picked up and the call just cut off each time eventually. Very disappointing service. The food we received was ok, but given we only received 2 out of 3 of our items and my other half didn't get the food he'd ordered, we probably won't be ordering from here again I'm afraid.

Every time order have no drivers to deliver doesn't matter which day or time. Will confirm your order then cancel. Not reliable anymore. Shame as was good restaurant

First and last time we’ll be ordering from here. Very slow delivery and not worth waiting for.

I had jacket potato tuna and sweet corn and had literally one table spoon on tuna and about 15 pieces of sweet corn. Cheese and ships, there was about 20 chips and half a handful of cheese on top. Really really disappointed with the portion sizes considering I spent £28 wish I had spent my money somewhere else. The delivery was on time and the driver was lovely but the food was also cold.

I will not be returning here again... the pizza was not very good at all. Not sure what happened to the pepperoni and was pretty soggy. The chicken was a mixed bag, had 2 good pieces and 4 bad/dried out completed pieces. Good luck if you eat here!

Ordered two pizza's that I don't normally order but thankfully I did they were delicious, me and my friend enjoyed our food (my dog enjoyed the crusts) only one thing I did find wrong was the base looked a little burnt but nonetheless still delicious.

I said in the requests could my order be delivered after 2 o’clock and the app said very clearly my delivery would be delivered between 2:15 and 2:35 yet was delivered at 1:40 and was 20 minutes away from home got home at bang on 2 o’clock with my food soaked on the door step and very very over cooked donner meat

Food was ok ONCE it was delivered, I wouldn't mind but we pre-ordered at about 4.30 for a 7pm delivery time. No apology from the driver, young girl on the phone when we called also offered no apology. Won't use them for a delivery again

Have used this place afew times in the past, sometimes food is very good. Other times items have been missing from the order, like drinks, or an extra on a pizza, all this costs money which they are profitting from, especially if they are doing it to multiple people each day. We decided to stop using them completely now as our last order was delivered late, cold, and burnt to a crisp. They were not answering the phone at all, so we had to get in car and drive there to complain, so much for getting food delivered in first place! Got replacement food, and drudgingly given a bottle of pop and a fiver and for the inconvenience.......wow

The Coca-Cola came but the wings I ordered was Luke warm and slightly red/pink. I didn’t eat them. Wasn’t happy. This happened last time I ordered them and that time was in the takeaway not through the phone.

Something tasted off with the spicy chicken and the ribs today and the fries were really dry. I usually love your food but it could’ve definitely been better.

Even though left a comment about a previous order that was disappointing, one of the meals still had only a little bit of donner meat and not as much as you’d get elsewhere. Two disappointing orders in a row. Don’t think we will be ordering this from them again.

I asked for no salad on my burger, it came with salad on it and the bottom of the roll was very soggy.

Dont order from here today unless you like chewing on rubber and cardboard…. Couldnt be bothered to call you guys and complain because who wants to wait another 40 minutes for food. Pizzas have gone terrible. Very hit and miss

Only thing that ruined it was ordered my normal food salad no sauce threw app but some reason that changed to red sauce witch was all over it so un eatable and they refused to do anything except let me order another at full price so after several years of ordering from there I need to find a new take away
