Very quick and delicious with lovely staff

Just ordered chicken Donner with a salad for me and 8inch tuna pizza for my 6yr old. Smells amazing, staff very friendly n courteous cost me 13£ bargain would definitely recommend this place and go back as it's our first time there. Well done lads + lady.👏👍👌spot on. 🙏

Still waiting for my food 2 hours later that was meant to be here within 45 minutes. Used to use this place often , won’t be using again. Really put off

Waited 3 hours for our order, staff on the phone were so unhelpful, kept saying it was on the way then once we asked for a refund they said the driver was just leaving now( even thought it was "on its way") food cold and dry

Awful experience. Food still not arrived after nearly two hours. Pretended not to understand me or hear me when I called. Refused cancellation via just eat. Will never ever use this awful place again and to treat ustimers with such a bad manner is a disgrace.

I must have spent over £1000 in the last five years with this pizza takeaway shop and you could not follow them. I don’t know what’s happened but they service has became a sham. They are never on time the communication barrier between staff and customers is absolutely stupid, they tell you it’s on its way and it’s not and it arrives cold my ordering has ceased with UK Pizza

I was told latest the food was going to arrive was 10:40 just to be told when we rang at 11:15 saying they haven’t got the order. Then I was told the order was going to be free of charge and it wasn’t the money was taking from my account. They said if we paid £2 for delivery it would be free so we ended up paying for food and delivery twice over just to get food 1 hour and 5 minutes over the latest delivery time. DISGUSTING business won’t be ordering again!

normally ordering from here is ok and food is generally good but tonight pizza very hard over cooked and cheese was solid on pizza not near soft also pizza looked burned on top but they are generally good but have unfortunately let themselves down tonight not on delivery time as they came on-time but on quality of food, I have ordered from here several times and never had it been as bad as tonight

Ordered food from here for years 90% of time great food service usually great but for a loyal customer that spend nearly £70 a wk on food cant get what hes ordered many times in the past uk pizza isnt loyal to its customers even tho id already ordered it

Picanto pizza was only a pepperoni, no chilli or garlic on it at all and barely warm when it arrived, quite disappointed tbh!

2 hours after I ordered and the pizza topping had slid off

One of the best Donner Kebab in the North East. So soft, juicy and full of flavour!! I wish I had a picture to upload but it gets finished too quick every time!! I had it 4 times already and its a fight between eating and taking a picture!! 😋

Had to cancel the order. Ordered in at 9pm, estimated delivery 945/10, 1020 hits so I ring after my edt changed to 1040-11. Food hadn’t left the shop and all they were bothered about was - if you cancel we won’t give a refund. No apology. Massively suggest avoiding this place

I ordered this 1 hour before delivery was confirmed. I then had to message and chase them when it was 15 mins late for them to confirm if would be 30 mins late. Once that time had passed I had to call again when they ignored my request for a refund. food still hasn't arrived and having to chase once again. it is now 2 hours since I ordered the food and still nothing

Pizza arrived cold, but it did arrive when they said it would… about a hour later from ordering! Overall not very impressed.

I ordered a plain bolognaise & then added garlic for £2.00 presuming this was sauce . Good job I ordered another garlic sauce for 1.20 as on arrival found 1 tub of garlic sauce . Checking the receipt I rang shop who informed the xtra £2.00 garlic was on the base of pizza I could not tell at all that this as they were saying not could my daughter . I feel I was misled & over charged for garlic on base

Food has always been lush, garlic sauce is the best in jarrow.

Ordered a few times now and their pizzas have constantly been spot on.

Delivered to wrong address,delivery driver didn’t read the delivery instructions, called uk pizza,woman on the phone was rude and said that I didn’t order from them,called me back 10 minutes later to say it was my fault that it was delivered to wrong address and the food was eaten by someone else,when it said on delivery notes that I’m parked outside of the address in a lorry,

Absolutely awful! Pizza had about 20 layers of cheese on, was like chewing plastic. Ordered 2 different kind of pizzas and they both tasted the same (bland) wouldnt ever be ordering again. £30.50 for 2 pizzas and chips that were tasteless! Total rip off.

Order for delivery. Received a text message at 9.30 to say was out for delivery, finally arrived at 10.40 was freezing cold and pizza was not stuffed crust even though I had paid for it. Spoke to shop the next day and was advised I could have the full order for free that night then someone rang me back saying they weren’t giving it to me free and I’d have to pay half. Absolute disgrace. I order from here all of the time and that is the thanks I get. Don’t order from here !!

Ordered online . Still had to wait 15 mins in shop when I got there to collect. Got home food cold , tasteless and inedible. Some chips were green. While lot in bin once again. Keep giving these places second chances and then some . But no more , we are done with Uk Pizza 🤢

Food was early & hot but pizza was a little over done.

Used to go many years ago, sometimes hit and miss. Now it’s a solid miss. - every time I go there’s always an extra 10 minutes added to my wait time (despite phoning before hand for collection). The food is always cold, or bland. - it’s gone down hill, plenty of good takeaways round Jarrow who will happily provide better service than these. - the prices don’t compare to the portion or the quality of the food.

Speedy delivery and food was delicious, I’d ordered a chicken tikka wrap but it was tiny - like the size of a medium banana. The flavour was spot on and it was delicious but it barely touched the sides 😭

Food was late, rang the shop asking what's happening and basically told me that the driver is on there way took further 25 minutes after calling the shop, the shop is 9 minutes away 😞 this why I always still to my regular shops this is shocking why this shop has a 4.1 out of 5.0 is beyond me.

Great food as always, delivered very quickly. I did ask for the doorbell not be rang and it was which was unfortunate as it woke people in my house up and I had expressly asked for it not to be rang.

Recently moved to Jarrow I’ve tried all the chicken kebabs in the area (Santinos, Balti Masters, Linos, Top Fellaz). UK Pizza is comfortably the best I’ve had, their pizza is very good also.

Food was late, chips had been reheated and where rock solid and the chicken shawarma didnt taste like shawarma. I wont be ordering from here again very disappointing!!!

Chicken was nice quality but not good enough to make up for the small portion. 5 average sized chicken pieces and a tiny cut off buried under onions and peppers for a £9.90 chicken kebab. Very frustrating but as I say, everything was nice enough just a shame you don’t get your moneys worth on this.

Really disappointed in waiting 1hr20m for it to be delivered, food was lovely as always.

We ordered 2 chicken wraps, with cartons of garlic sauce and a portion of chips. There is plenty of chicken, but for some reason, there is not a lot of salad in the wraps these days. Garlic sauce & chips weren't delivered, so the driver had to go back for them. Come on, guys, this is basic stuff!
