Order the 12oz smash burger, well where can I start cost nearly double price of a normal burger, they decide to throw in 2 quarter pound burger, when calling to say they have given me the wrong burger the call staff was so rude, I asked for a refund of the correct burger, where I was told what you want me to do ? Contact just eat! Onion rings looks like the driver sat on them, worst takeaway in Retford! Very rude staff avoid! A refund or new burger to keep your reputation and you can't be ased

Pizza was terribly burnt and chips went cooked meal went in the bin

The food was great, I ordered a pizza and jalapeños bites and I’ve never had jalapeños bites as good as these. Delivery was a little strange as my driver got lost on the way to my house and had to call for directions, this is weird because my house is very easy to find and this has never happened before but he was on time so no harm done. I also got an extra pizza which my sister was very grateful for :)

Chicken burger and cheesey chips were absoloutely perfect, one of the best ive had especially in retford. Milkshake was decent, for nearly 5 quid and the size maybe some better ice cream and more filling wouldnt go a miss. phoned up about delivery and customer service was great.

4x Chicken came as 2x boxes of chicken nuggets and chips. Total of six chicken nuggets. Waste of £6.30. The pizza, well. Im lost for words. It was, in my best description dumpy. I was gutted tbh

Nice burgers delivered with a smile

I don’t usually leave reviews but this place was so good it deserves one, everything was hot and fresh - the chips were delicious, not overly greasy and really crispy. The milkshake was also amazing. All delivered quickly by a really friendly driver. Would recommend ☺️

We have used this place loads of times, but today was not one of there good days. My chips was cold & hard, my cheese burger was lukewarm, but apparently the pizzas was great as usual. It was 30 minutes late which they have never been before. So all in all not a great meal for me 😢😢

food was good but they missed my jalapeno bite out of the order

delivery was early which was great however the orders weren't at all. All three burgers were missing the cheese that was supposed to be on them so I really should've paid for basic beef burger so won't be ordering from there again. pity the restaurant doesn't ask for feedback as I would've preferred them knowing that it's not acceptable!

Would recommend going here 100% I went tonight to get a fillet burger, chips and a pizza was cheap and very good quality.. the service was excellent they couldn't produce a standard receipt but they hand written me one and tried to print on the old style cashier.. I stayed at best western retford and it's only a 6 min drive wpuld definitely recommend cheers guys!!

Food delievered early by a very surly driver. But yhe burger was wrong, had cheese, which made it inedible. Maybe spend more time getting order right instead of rushing out to deliever.

Best food around. Won't beat this place regardless of what your after. Prices are fair, staff are lovely and the foods always hot and not once have I ever had an issue with cold food or missing items. Delivery is quick and the food is to die for.

Unfortunately a couple of months ago myself and the neighbour were targeted by someone maliciously ordering takeaways to the house unpaid for putting ourselves and the takeaways in difficult situations. I tried ordering last night in hopes they'd deliver and they did! Really appreciate that even had a laugh with the guy who delivered. The food is to die for and the services is impeccable. Really missed the food. If I could give it 10 stars u would. Keep up the great work guys. :)

Had to go down from flat to entrance to collect as delivery guy didn't want to come upstairs to my flat door to deliver order.

terrible service, buy one get one free offer is a con, I ended up paying almost 50 pound for 2 pizzas and a single portion of chips, food was stone cold when it arrived too. will never buy from again

Chicken and sweetcorn pizza was awful. Either dark chicken meat or fried chicken on a pizza. £18 for a 12”. Wow

ordered a ham and pineapple and had a pepperoni delivered, but luckily my daughter still ate it

Ordered 4 pizzas last night and all of them were amazing. Eaten from here once before but we thought we would give it another go and would now say this is by far the best pizza takeaway in Retford! Would 100% recommend this place. The pepperoni plus pizza is incredible.

It was the first time ordering from there as I’m just visiting retford. The food was good. Better than I expected: it was hot and fresh and tasty: the driver was very pleasant. I would recommend and I would order from them again.

The driver was lovely and polite. Unfortunately, the restaurant did get parts of my order wrong, specifically the drink and one pizza not being stuffed crust. Despite this, the quality was absolutely incredible.

My order had very clearly been dropped prior to its delivery. My pot of sauce was on its side and the lid was not on the pot, the lid was broken and domed therefore my sauce was covered on top of my pizza box. Both my pizzas were against the back of the box and folded on top of themselves. I wasn’t made aware of an incident with the order being dropped when it was delivered but from the state it was in, it was very evident.

Best chicken kebab I’ve had for a long time. Salad was fresh!! Cheesy chips had plenty of cheese too.

Lovely staff was given some food on the house as well as pizza deals. Food was ready fast, and was very hot and fresh. Would definitely eat there again.

Walked in at 22:15 with a friend after a decent cardio session at Retford leisure centre. Greeted by friendly staff they knocked up 2 of their chicken strip salads for us. Greens and chilli sauce as fresh as the night was young. Filled us up to the brim. Yet to try the Nottingham City Centre venue but I'm sure it'll be just as wholesome and yummy (after gym or a refuel on a heavy night out) Amazing. Would recommend in a heartbeat to anyone looking for tasty, fresh food.

I work in a residential care home, the service users don’t have the luxury of eating takeaway very often. As a treat today we decided to order a takeaway. When the food arrived it was cold, half of the order was missing and when we rang up to sort this issue out we was met with a very rude Staff member (woman) and was told everything was there ( it wasn’t as three people had to go without eating) and was told not to call back again and was hung up on. The food that did arrive was cold, very chewy and near enough inedible. Straight in the bin and wouldn’t recommend anyone ordering from here. £39 wasted on around £20 worth of food, which was dire to say the least

Great kebabs and pizza at good prices

Ordered burger with salad- no salad. Ordered milkshake- got yazoo. Ordered apple pie-got McDonald’s style misery bar. I gave them my address and I get a call asking me to go down to the car park and get it, didn’t bother to get out of his car. It’s easy to make satisfactory fast food but the miss leading menu and bad service are what stand out here.

Unfortunately I’m disappointed, today was the first and last time I will order from pizza express. The pizza’s were extremely greasy, BBQ ribs were fatty and under cooked.

Order nearly every Friday night always spot-on pizzas burgers or kebabs cannot fault them

Were shut down by health and hygiene they re-opened under retford express. Unless you want food poisoning I'd avoid this place
