They didn’t read the notes about my order that is my only problem

Placed an order at 6:00 was told it’ll arrive between 6:45 and 7:05 which it didn’t. Had to call the takeaway and was informed it hadn’t even been sent yet, an hour later at 8:00 it arrived and one of the items in my order was incorrect.

As always the food was on time, hot and delicious! ::)

Good food, and they took note of my directions that I gave, as my house is always difficult to find

The burger felt cheap and cold. Also there was no cheese on it or burger sauce. The chips was cold aswell. I throw the wrap away because it looked disgusting. The pizza was the same even tho we order two different ones. The only good thing was the delivery driver.

Really tasty kebabs and pizza. Lots of cheese on cheesy chips. Sublime Halloumi.

..... Well , I ordered the kebab with chilli sauce plus paid extra for an extra pot of chilli sauce .... Only to get my kebab with no chilli sauce on it, and just the one pot of chilli sauce

Food is always hot when delivered. Always delivered either on time or earlier. Very pleased with service.

As usual the food was lovely but only giving it 4 stars this time as the garlic Mayo was missing from my wrap

Lovely kebabs, my only suggestion would be to separate the sauce in a separate container to keep fresher on delivery

Food was ok but paid extra for a cheeseburger with donner meat and all we received was a plain cheese burger no donner meat and delivery was on time

The food was gorgeous... Fresh and absolutely piping hot! Unfortunately it took an hour and a half to arrive and no trying to social distance when knocking on the door to hand it over.

Tasted lovely but 1 of the c hicken wraps had no sauce even though we asked for garlic Mayo and 1 slice of cucumber and 1 slice of tomato and couple of bits of lettuce not really called a salad and the LARGE chips weren’t enough to share between 2 people let alone 4 people and the chicken kebab had so much sauce on we couldn’t even see any chicken

Food arrived 20 minutes late, when I called for an update the guy was rude and very unhelpful. Food eventually arrived flavourless and dull. Won’t order again!

Ordered a lamb and a chicken kebab. The extremely generous portions of meat were hot and very tasty and the accompanying salad cold and crisp.

Best kebabs in Sudbury. Their chips are amazing too. Would recommend collection as wait time for delivery too long.

was okay, Mayo was missing on one of the kebabs and I asked for no onion with the salad but got onion anyways. so wasn’t too pleased.

My food turned up 45 minutes late. I had to ring the kebab shop to see where they where and got told they dont deliver to lavenham but yet they took my money out my bank anyway.

It was not that hot and had chips left over from erler and the size of choc cake was a joke not worth 2.50 when u can get a whole one 4 a 10 and I no this as I am a chef it was not even a kids size

the price was too much and i didnt likie the servide cuz it took too long to be served. it made me and my fwend ill from too much sardines

It took over an hour. what a complete wet wipe the driver was. Wouldn’t let me post what I wanted but whatever. It’s not nice and it’s jokes I can’t air my view. #notukbestkebabs

Fast delivery. Food hot and portions generous. Lovely kebab. We ordered a mixed shish and 2 donner kebabs and also chips and wedges. Would recommend. Only one point to mention would be please include plastic cutlery and napkins!

Worst chicken kebab I ever eat.

I ordered a kebab with garlic mayo and separate pot of chilli sauce I never got the garlic mayo only chilli pot and they had covered it in chilli sauce already which was extremely disappointing as it was too much. I also ordered the chicken nuggets for £4.50 it never mentioned they came with chips so I ordered them separately and then found out when it arrived they did. So the website should say that. Bit of a shame.

I thought my kebab was supposed to be lamb and I got chicken, so a little disappointed but food quality is very good and service.

Specifically asked for my order to be delivered at 7pm. Received an email saying 7.10pm not so bad. However it arrived at 6.40pm. Onion rings were soggy food wasn't overly hot. Will not order again

Was advised to collect order at 18.50 arrived at 18.45 and it was sitting in a warmer waiting for collection. The time I asked for was 18.40 so could of had that time. Food wasn't very hot. Will expect better next time.

I order from UK best quite often, Today I feel like leaving a review due to exceptional service received.A mistake occurred and they went out of their way to ensure it was rectified swiftly. Customer service skills top notch

The two orders previous have been great but this last one was a train wreck the meat looked under cooked and grease poured everywhere when i unwrapped it. Grease was was all in the bag. Chips were soggy and luke warm. The Burgers were fine and tasted great. As I said the two previous were great and hope this was a blip.

Lamb kebab was inedible, combo was so greasy I had to throw the pita away and it took the best part of 2 hours to turn up

Wrong kebabs asked for chicken donor n got chicken sheesh the burger and chips were stone cold so nothing got eaten

I was pleasantly surprised by how quick the food was delivered as I was really hungry. The staff was very polite and yes I would definitely order there again and recommend the place to all of my friends.

Polystyrene boxes were completely stuck together making it hard to get food out but food tasted ok

Fresh salad but questionable meat quality. Burger chopped up? Ordered a kofte kebab but rather than receiving the fresh succulent traditionally shaped produce, I got what can only be described as a burger shaped product chopped up. No consequences, however, not as pleasant as described.

The guys are nice,I order quite often from them. When I am in town I go and collect my order and I can say that I really recommand this place for his fresh products.I love their bursa kebab.
