Molto costoso e ovviamente ottimo livello. Servizio solo thè take away... forse non fanno più sala da thè... peccato!!

Ogni sera cambio negozio per provare nuovi bubble tea. Devo dire la verità non sono rimasto soddisfatto. Il winter melon non era male. Come non era male il gusto Oreo. Peccato mi aspettavo di più

I love this place, coming here whenever I’m in London - great collection of teas to taste and buy. Sadly the 1. floor where you could enjoy their tea with some cake is closed since corona. Let’s hope it will open again one day.

Grande ed elegante negozio di tè in Leicester Square, perfetto per fare un regalo o per degustare tè deliziosi ( un po' costosi). Esposizione molto ben curata.

The shop is amazing and stocks so many varieties of wonderful tea. The down side of our visit was a senior staff member shouting and speaking down to another member of staff in front of all of the customers. She then proceeded to abruptly shout at customers entering the shop that the shop was closing and quickly ushered the shocked customers out of the shop. This could have been done in a more professional and polite manner. It put me off of my purchase and I left the shop. Very Disappointing!

Walked into this very impressive looking place. After a good 5 minutes looking at some of the items on display and not even a hello from the two members of staff I walked out. They were very busy having a nice chat.

Passeggiando per Leicester Square, ogni volta vengo attratto da questo negozio di tè che è veramente esagerato. Mi pace tantissimo la disposizione delle scatole di tè, i colori...unico aspetto negativo...i prezzi....ma siamo a Londra, in pieno centro !!!!!!

Afternoon tea!! A must!! What an authentic experience, ask the staff for suggestions of which teas to have, they are knowledgeable. A great place to experiment with various teas and their afternoon tea experience is a MUST!!

Elegantissimo negozio di tè esagerato in Leicester Square ( vicino all'orologio), con grande scelta di tè. Tazze e teiere belle ma a prezzi esagerati. In ogni caso da visitare.

Terrible service. Do not come here. Waste of time and money with rude staff. We waited 40 minutes and our tea never arrived

We were going to Chinatown and came out the wrong entrance of the station and ended up at TWG. What an impressive display of tea pots, caddies, urns etc. So colourful. The upstairs was packed with tourists having tea and cakes, which were amazing. Macarons in every colour.

I only visited the downstairs sales area apart from going upstairs to take a look at the tearoom. The display of teas for sale is dazzling. So much choice and plenty of friendly sales staff to help you decide what you want. Great location just on the approach to Leicester Square and just off Piccadilly Circus. Very definitely a tourist trap, but a good place to buy a gift that’s a little bit different.

We were delighted to find TWG still open at night after we watched a show. We had scones with our tea. This is a nice quiet and warm place to stay in after watching a show in the Leicester square area. Scones were really delicious. Wide selection of tea!

Had afternoon tea set, scones and tea were fresh, but the jam for the scones were not delicious. The service was poor due to the staff not able to deal with the crowds, and appear to have poor manager not training the staff to have professional service.
