A US diner-like branch of the Caribbean restaurant chain, serving well-spiced dishes such as chicken curry or crispy squid, as well as a fairly wide range of tropical cocktails. The lively team is apparently trained to create a good atmosphere - which always helps boost sales. And it works because we drank way more than we intended! The interior is a matter of taste, but the cubicles in the toilet area should be cleaned more carefully. Otherwise, I was surprised by the delicious ginger pudding for dessert - my personal highlight! 🍹🍸🥃

Really good time - drinks well made and very enjoyable atmosphere - Roshan made my day; very friendly and chatty, 10/10 man not quite sure how he’s single but if he swings both ways i’m always here ;)

It was raining and this place was our sanctuary, 12 wet souls making the most of an extensive cocktail list with happy hour until 6.30pm we left happy, we didn’t eat but the menu looked very appealing. Only down side was the condition of the toilets

Roshan was our server and he was excellent!! Really friendly and really attentive! We had a bottomless brunch and I had heard that you have to drink all your drink before ordering another and that they were slow to order more but this was not the case with Roshan in Winchester! He was constantly checking if we wanted more and we had lunch + 11 cocktails each in our 2 hour slot! He was awesome! We will be back!! ❤️ We visited turtle bay for a second time and Roshan was our server again!! This time we went for dinner and drinks during happy hour and the service and food was incredible! Turtle bays food is honestly amazing and the drinks were fab! Thanks again Roshan!! You were just as fab as the first!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Totally love the cocktails and the Happy Hour 2 for 1 is great value, and seems to apply most of the time. Really tasty food. I love the trinny chicken curry. Husband loves the jerk half chicken. Pleasant but not pushy staff.

The most shocking customer service I’ve ever experienced. If I could give less than 1 star I would. 3 of us popped in for a drink at the bar after dining elsewhere, we asked the barman if it was ok to sit at the bar as we’re were just having drinks, he said that was fine, we sat down and ready to order. Said barman was stood at the back of the bar scrolling through his phone. We spent ages trying to get his attention, trying to call him over but we were completely ignored. At one point he looked up and could clearly see us all waving at him wanting to order but he continued to stand there and scroll through his phone. We were so shocked we got up and left. The cocktail bar across the road were brilliant, a smiley warm welcome and quick attentive service. We will be going there in future.

Food was good. Service was good. Our waiter went out the way to make sure we got 2 for one cocktails before the offer ended as we got to our table early.

We went out for a long overdue catch up and Turtle bay did not disappoint. The food and cocktails were amazing! We were booked in for bottomless brunch and the drinks kept coming! Our waiter Zak was amazing. Friendly, had a good vibe and was at our table whenever we needed. He made our experience that much better! Definitely would recommend.

Turtle Bay is always a great vibe, and I’m find the food and drink never fail to deliver great flavours. I’ve been several times over the years and I have always had an enjoyable visit. My recent visit was good, albeit the service was a bit slow and things did take quite some time. The food however was excellent, and I would highly recommend the Jerk Salmon - it was sensational. The cocktails are great, and if you catch them on 2-4-1 they are a bargain. The Reggae Rum Punch is always a winner. If you’re looking for some flavoursome food and good drinks, Turtle Bay is always a great shout.

Have gone to turtle bay for bottomless brunch this afternoon, and have had a great time. Drinks phenomenal, I had a beef burger and was very good all in all the service was an amazing , Sebastiano was serving us he was very prompt , informative, all with a smile. Will definitely be returning!

Lovely evening, toilets were shocking but food and staff lovely! Roseanne & chefs working well, they were so busy, yet kept calm and smiling. Great team work!

In particular would like to commend Sebastiano on his excellent service to our table: friendly, super efficient & focused on our requests - made all the difference to our experience 😁 4 stars because another member of the crew not so focused... Please can you have a couple more non-spicy 🌶️ options as restrictive when coming with a group who love spice 🙏 would love Rum smoky BBQ non-spicy flavours 😋
