Zak is a brilliant server, made our night with such great service. The food was amazing and full of flavour, and the drinks were on point (all though I didn't realise how strong the old navy rum would taste 🙈). Will definitely be back

Food was lovely this evening and we had amazing service from Zak.

Four of us visited for dinner and had a great evening. Nice, spacious venue. Our server, Sebastian was excellent. He made sure we all received our food at the same time and was extremely apologetic about running out of mac and cheese! The bbq wings were flavoursome and the curry goat had plenty of fire in its belly! I'd recommend the Reggae Rum Punch - it had a good amount of rum so lived up to it's name. I would return to this branch of Turtle Bay.

We had a lovely meal this evening served by Zak, even though it was quiet there was a lovely atmosphere. The food was delicious and will definitely be back to try more of the menu!

Roshan had amazing service, really made the meal worth it

Fun, chill atmosphere, really tasty food — especially the plantain! Our waiter, Roshan, was an absolute hoot - super friendly and helpful. Amazing cocktails too!

Eloise was very nice and gave very good service by attending to us quickly and make the bottomless brunch experience amazing!

Food can be spicy but it’s yummy, Eloise was our server and she was fantastic, we did the bottomless brunch had lots of drinks and the food was delicious. She looked after us for the whole two hours and made sure we were very happy! 10/10 would absolutely come again and ask for her to be our server again she was fantastic!

A great vibe and atmosphere for food and drinks. I had the rum BBQ ribs and Jerk style salmon with peas and rice. My husband had Trini curry (see photo) Quick service for food and drinks even though it was a busy Saturday night. Our waiter Sebastian was attentive, friendly and efficient.Ddelicious food and tasty cocktails. Good value expensive and a great experience

Zak serviced my table this afternoon, he was very polite and provided us with useful information. Although he had amazing service and was very friendly the drinks, for a bottomless, were very slow. Overall the service was good however, the drinks took a while to come out.

Food was so good compared to the old menu however the drinks came out slower and only got 6 drinks within the 2 hours

Zak was a star, always clear and descriptive. Described exactly how our bottomless would run and he did so with joy and enthusiasm. He’s amazing

A Complete Letdown – Avoid This Turtle Bay for Bottomless Brunch I attended a bottomless brunch here last week, and to say I was disappointed would be a massive understatement. The cocktails were shockingly watered down — I had nine and didn’t feel even remotely tipsy. At £40 per head, that’s an absolute joke. Service was painfully slow, with long waits between orders, which defeats the whole point of a bottomless brunch. The staff lacked the energy and friendliness you’d typically expect at this kind of event. The whole experience felt flat, disengaged, and frankly, like a waste of time and money. I’ve been to several Turtle Bay branches across the UK and always had a great time, but this one? Easily the worst. It felt like a complete rip-off — an overpriced, underwhelming “brunch” where you leave sober and annoyed. Do better.

We had a lovely lunch in Turtle Bay Winchester. We received excellent service from Eloise. Eloise warmly welcomed us into the restaurant, she was friendly, efficient, attentive and exceeded expectations. The food was amazing, delicious, full of flavour, served to the right temperature, the presentation of my rice bowl looked beautiful artistically put together. The Manager, Eloise and the staff on duty gave us a fond farewell. Looking forward to returning next time we visit Winchester.

Overall amazing place to visit, love all the cocktails and the food is unique especially for the Winchester area. Had lots of lovely service from all the staff especially Seb, they were all great and quick to pick up on us wanting more drinks or ordering more food. My birthday was well spent here

Roshan at Winchester turtle bay provided really good service, we did a bottomless brunch and we got our moneys worth! However we had a different server called Seb for the last 10mins of our brunch who would not take our order when we had 10 mins left.

No NHS discount. Here is a photo of their app stating NHS discount is given when you order over the phone. I phoned Winchester and they said they won’t offer over the phone only for dine in. When I stated what is on the app, they just said the same again. Update your terms. Don’t pretend to support the NHS when you don’t

We had a fantastic bottomless brunch. Oscar was a great server making sure the drinks were flowing and our glasses were never empty.
