Sebastiano and The manager was very attentive to my daughter’s peanut Allergy. The manager explained the company to us and how they prepare food. I was very impressed with their service and Customer Care. Sebastiano Was very attentive excellent service usually visit the Southampton turtle Bay, however I was super impressed by how I was looked after today by the Winchester staff

Abby was absolutely lovely and attentive, had the most wonderful time with my friends! The Bay Burger was the first Turtle Bay meal I’ve had in years that wasn’t too spicy, it was absolutely delicious! Thank you Abby and Turtle Bay Winchester

Sebastiano at the Winchester location was a great server, kind, friendly and a hard worker, he had a lot of tables to tend to but he still managed speedy service. 10/10 for the food absolutely lovely meal with my mum, the manager was very good at handling allergies

We had Sebastiano as our server for bottomless brunch and his service was brilliant. Never left wanting and definitely left feeling well hydrated.

Our server, Sebastiano, was excellent and looked after us very well - explaining the dishes, being very attentive and noticing when we needed more drinks. The food was delicious and very flavoursome - some dishes were a little more fiery with chilli than we expected, which delighted my husband (a chilli lover) but not me so much - the pit prawns were very hot! Overall though a delicious meal.

Had a fantastic evening at Turtle Bay in Winchester. The pork belly was full of flavour and cooked perfectly, the crispy squid was a great starter, and the cheesecake was a brilliant way to round it all off. The cocktails were flowing – all delicious and well made. Our waitress, Tina, was excellent – really friendly, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed. She added to the relaxed and welcoming atmosphere of the place. Overall, a brilliant night out. Will definitely be back soon! Great vibes, tasty food, top-tier service.

Absolute amazing afternoon meeting friends, perfectly accommodated and served by both Tina & Chris. Friendly—and, most importantly for a Bottomless Brunch, PROMPT service—as three people who have had long-time careers in the hospitality industry, there is not a single critique we could provide for the experience we have had!! Excellent drinks & food, so shout-out to the BOH team as well. Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our bottomless brunch experience today in the Winchester branch. The atmosphere was fun and inviting, the food was amazing and the cocktails were fab. Great service and such a great choice of drinks including non alcoholic. Roshan our server, made sure that our glasses were kept topped up throughout our bottomless brunch experience and was really helpful when I wanted to install the turtle bay app on my phone.

Love the new menu and the welcome drink and nibbles was amazing!! Sapphire was amazing and very quick with drinks!

The staff were efficient and helpful, allowing us to get our meal, in order to catch the train.

We had a lovely meal this evening served by Zak, even though it was quiet there was a lovely atmosphere. The food was delicious and will definitely be back to try more of the menu!

Four of us visited for dinner and had a great evening. Nice, spacious venue. Our server, Sebastian was excellent. He made sure we all received our food at the same time and was extremely apologetic about running out of mac and cheese! The bbq wings were flavoursome and the curry goat had plenty of fire in its belly! I'd recommend the Reggae Rum Punch - it had a good amount of rum so lived up to it's name. I would return to this branch of Turtle Bay.

Food can be spicy but it’s yummy, Eloise was our server and she was fantastic, we did the bottomless brunch had lots of drinks and the food was delicious. She looked after us for the whole two hours and made sure we were very happy! 10/10 would absolutely come again and ask for her to be our server again she was fantastic!

What a wonderful Sunday lunch we three had. Attention was great from several members of staff, including Eloise and Christina the Manager.

Eloise was an incredible waitress, she kept such a close eye on us and made sure we always had everything we needed, she was so polite and thoughtful. Simply amazing! She visited us regularly for our bottomless brunch to make sure we were topped up on our drinks! Thank you millions Eloise❤️
