really nice place, is larger than you think and food is amazing. loved the bottomless brunch + happy hour for the price. drinks taste good and is a good environment. can get busy/loud during happy hour but is still great

4 of us came in for a bottomless brunch today and must say we all throughly enjoyed our time are drinks were all amazing. And every drink had different flavour profiles so is something for everyone. We're even made known about secret drinks that were amazing one of them was like a coconut iced coffee. Food tasted amazing and was amazing portion sizes highly recommended the mac and cheese and roti wraps. The service was absolutely extraordinary we were offered ques for our drinks and our server gabby gave us advice on what drinks to get and constantly checked in with us. We can all easily say we throughly enjoy our experience at turtle bay, food amazing, drinks extornishing, and gabby was absolutely incredible.

Our server gabby was so friendly, talkative and accommodating, always making sire we had a drink. And Ciara made such good cocktails for us

Ginni was serving us, she had the most impeccable service, very friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, I had the chicken roti and it was seasoned to perfection. The drinks were excellent, perfectly refreshing and fruity, I recommend the Mai Tai! The restaurant was well presented and clean! Overall great vibes and would come again. 10/10 thank you Ginni and crew ! ❤️

The staff - we had Macy - were lovely and attentive - we were never without drinks on our bottomless brunch - the food took a little longer than hoped for to get there but was absolutely delicious so worth the wait!

Came for bottomless brunch on a Friday afternoon. Ginning and Humza were our servers and we could not find a single fault. For the full two hours they were friendly, funny, attentive and made our bottomless experience amazing. We will definitely be back. These guys deserve a pay rise.

The food was amazing and the service was outstanding! Writhing 20 minutes of us being there we had our food and 3 drinks each on our table. The waiting staff made sure we always had at least 2 drinks each on our table. I was really shocked at how good the service was especially with how busy it was that night. We will definitely be coming back for another bottomless brunch!!!

We went here for our second year anniversary and we were met with speedy service, gorgeous atmosphere and clean vibes all round. The bottom brunch deal is a steal and certainly got our use out of a helpful staff, especially our server Rowan. I would recommend a turtle bay for a celebration!!

I have done a lot of Botty B’s (bottomless brunches) in my time but never have I experienced one quite like this. The service was 11/10, delicious food and the most amazing server, Gabby! Thank you to Mikey for making the most amazing tasting and visually stunning Cocky T’s (cocktails). I cannot urge you enough to come here, it turned a cold and chilly Friday into a fun and sizzling boozy extravaganza!! A must book while in Bristol.

Really good only thing I will say is to be told I’m on my last round on a bottomless brunch 30 minutes before the booking ends with only 6 drinks each was a bit of a downer as I’ve been many times before but never been told there is a limit on bottomless so if there is a 6 drink limit should probably advertise that and then to be told they need the table back 10 minutes before the booking ended and handed plastic cups so we couldn’t finish our drinks even though there was 10 minutes left on my booking soured the experience abit as in the past I’ve always enjoyed turtle bay but this time really disappointed me compared to previous visits

It was quiet as it was lunchtime, just after Christmas day. Its a beautiful place to come to. The staff were lovely, very accommodating and friendly. The place itself was clean and tidy and the decor was well done. No complaints about the food either, even the kids were happy. I would happily return again.
