Last min date night made by Gabby who managed to sneak us in to the last table for two! Joys of being last min thanks for sitting us and making sure we knew all the deals on the drinks and the recommendations. Jack and Eve served us and were both soooo lovely and chatty, the best customer service always. Thanks for making our dinner so pleasant and looking after us Anyone who deals with gabby eve or jake are going to have the best experience. Pay rises all round 🤍

Had a lovely bottomless brunch today at turtle bay , our server jack was lovely and super helpful, always making sure we had our drinks ordered to make most of our 2 hours of bottomless.

Jack is as very polite and was helpful even though it was very noisy and busy here. Thank you Jack for your big smile 😃.

I recently attended a bottomless brunch and was lucky to have Samie A. as our waiter. Samie was absolutely fantastic! She was attentive, friendly, and kept the drinks flowing without us ever needing to ask. Her energy and positive attitude really added to the fun atmosphere. We never felt rushed, and she made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. Samie truly went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. I highly recommend requesting him if you're planning a visit. Thanks, Samie!

Have to update as Wednesday's experience was awfull, rude staff, bad food and not good vibes at all, had to celebrate a birthday without cake as they decided to close before without letting us know before going and were rushing us, had to rush to order last drinks when we just got the first ones and had to leave with a plastic cup and rushing. The food was quite dry and some fries were cooked twice or more, please see the difference on the pictures..Had to pay the service anyway. 5 months ago: Nice 2x1 coktails and sunday roasts, the waiter was very kind and helpfull the kitchen staff seem to enjoy there job too. Nice good vibes :)

My sister and I popped in for happy hour and we were bitterly disappointed. The cocktail we purchased was very sweet and very watered down and I sadly couldn't finish it. I've visited a few turtle bay branches before and have never complained or attempted to return a drink before. When I talked to the bar tender and shared that the cocktail was too sweet, I was advised that the syrup used is renowned for being on the sweet side. I wasn't offered a different or new drink (I was offered lime juice and requested ice, which was practically thrown into my glass and caused an overspill). We were also ignored by bar staff when we first entered and the bar tender who served us wasn't very friendly. I sadly will not be visiting again and this experience has really tainted my view of this branch.

Regular here, offer forces discounts & good app for regular customers, plenty rewards etc. Cheapest cocktails (2 for 1) out of all the chains except Wetherspoons, so always my go to. Always seated very quickly, food comes out even quicker sometimes even before the drinks do. Atmosphere is great, especially if you’re into bashment, afrobeats or RnB. Staff are bubbly. Sometimes they run out of their best items on the menu, usually the chicken wings and chicken thighs. Special mention to Sam, lovely waitress, always running around but polite and affable.

Great food, staff, atmosphere and price

Service behind the bar were doing their best to keep up with the orders coming in. They need some direction with this, a supervisor perhaps to delegate the tickets otherwise the server who is serving people at the bar will only serve that one side of the bar. I liked the music cranked up and the bbq in full swing just didn’t like the 30 people waiting at the bar for a drink. If there’s no seats to seat people and no waiting area for a table you should ask the customers to leave and explain that the weight times are crazy. The Ealing , Hammersmith and Crawley branch seem to have it down pat with these bits.

Gabija was absolutely brilliant. She made my birthday celebrations for the year. She was working by herself for the entire back end and struggling but never let it be known. She kept us happy and full of drinks and even partook in a some banter with us.
