Really top quality food somehow still available at what seem like pre pandemic prices. The meze are as good as any I’ve ever eaten here or abroad. Lovely welcome as well. A gem of a cafe.

Great mix of traditional English cafe and Turkish/Greek dishes. Friendly team, organised and well prepared food! I got the Turkish coffee, chicken kebab, mixed meze platter and special edition pistachio cake slice - all delicious and a great price. Supporting local businesses is tastier and healthier than supermarket lunches!

I love the food at Turquoise, its tast and fresh. The mezze platter is fantastic, so many different authentic salads. My friend and I shared this and a chicken kebab fabulous. They now have a selection of Turkish cakes which are really good. As the food is fresh and prepared by Zav when it's gone it's gone. The food is very reasonably priced too. Zav the owner is so friendly and helpful the place is very relaxed. It is only a small cafe so get their early if you can. Takeaway available . My favourite place in macclesfield.

I come here for a great breakfast, great coffee and a quiet calm morning atmosphere.

I've been ill recently and I haven't really enjoyed eating. I have seen it advertised in Facebook loads of times but never managed to get there, unlike today it's the tastiest thing I've had in months not overly priced and big portions I will be back

One of my favourite cafes in Macclesfield. Super friendly and one day I’ll try more of the menu but I keep going back for the mezze or menemen!

Staff are great, not been in for a while but the food is incredible, especially the minted lamb on a Thursday and the chicken on a Friday!

Best chicken kebab i have ever had!!!!

Very friendly. Made a great suggestion that we try the lamb which was served with rice, salad, tzatziki, and chilli. Nice people, great food and a very reasonable price.

I wanted some Meze dishes for a birthday BBQ, although he was booked for catering for the Bollington Beer Festival he managed to prepare us enough food for 10 hungry people. The food was as good if not better than any of the party had experienced before. Top marks for the food and definitely top marks for the service we were given. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting top quality food for either eating in or for a BBQ.

Came here for the first time! Brown sauce on sausage and egg sandwich wasn't at all nice! Sausages tasted odd, won't be going again

Zaf cooked a delicious meal for my birthday party and provided everything needed. I could not recommend him more highly.

Truly delicious food, both hot and cold. I think of this place several times a week and want to eat there more often but it is only open during the day and I work out of town.

Delicious and well priced lunch offer

Lovely little place. My other half loves the breakfasts here. Always busy with people eating in or ordering to go. Myself and daughter both had the paninis - cheese and onion/ ham and cheese - yummy. Someone else had one of the kebabs and said it was the best kebab he'd ever had! Do meze platters as well. Staff friendly and smiley - lots of regular customers too.

Popped in after checking out they're Facebook page. Had the lamb Vienna special & a slice of pistachio cake. Absolutely out this world, such a taste sensation. I have got this to last me throughout the day ( what a yummy feast) . Staff are friendly & chatty. Thankyou & I will be in soon.

We had the Menemen breakfast which Zaf Cooke d perfectly - it was so good as Sally and I are pescatarians but so enjoyed this vegetarian breakfast . Whenever we visit this Cafe, whatever food we have is always surely cooked and the staff are so friendly. Zaf,, th e owner always makes time to talk and is so friendly. It is. A great place for breakfast or lunch - We shall see you again soon.

We stopped here today to pick up lunch on the way home. The meze platter was absolutely gorgeous and more than enough for 2! We also had a pistachio cake that was wonderful. Excellent service and we will definitely be returning. So glad we visited.

Superb Turkish and Mediterranean food in a cool little cafe near central Macclesfield. Very authentic flavours and generous portions, all food is very fresh and prepared while you wait. Coffee is great and the big plus is it’s one of the only places I’ve found outside of London that makes real Turkish coffee. Friendly and helpful staff, very good prices.

I cannot believe the value and deliciousness this gem offers. The mezze box is amazing. My husband had a sausage and bacon butty today - all freshly cooked and tasty, tasty.

Bad logic, good food. Just had to walk back to the shop to get salad added to my "Chicken Burger and Chips - served with a garnish of salad" Why did I have to walk back to get said salad? Because I didn't ask for salad?!.. (it does say it comes with a garnish of Salad..) To stop complaints they don't give you what's on the menu, they give you what they think is most likely to not be complained about, because salad causes complaints... Don't assume just because it's on the menu at this place it's what your going to get, as this isn't the first time we had something silly like this happen here. If it wasn't for those sorts of stuff ups this would be a solid 4.5 stars from me. My advice to the owner, if Salads are causing that many complaints for you don't include it by default then, have a note saying ask for salad otherwise I expect salad..

Shared an amazingly fresh meze platter for only £7. And we couldn't finish it, even though it was for one! Great value, really tasty and a neighbourhood buzz about the place. Only issue was that it was all hard surfaces so nothing to absorb the sound of happy eaters!

This is the best little lunch eatery in Macclesfield. The owner Zaf has got specials each day and expected lunch stuff like sandwiches and baked potatoes but also some more UK usual offerings like a fantastic meze platter and a herbed chicken pasta dish that is plentiful and delicious. There is a wonderful BBQ package available to take home for evenings (preorder) and the welcome is always warm. About 4 sit down tables and take away. Highly recommended! ♥

We have visited the cafe on many occasions and always enjoyed his Meze platters. Zaf and his staff are friendly and the food excellent. We have also had his outside catering barbecues a number of times for family parties, including this weekend for my wife’s special birthday. He comes prepared, sets up and cooks amazing kebabs, bajis and other products and serves it along with Greek salad, hummus, tassiki, vine leaves, pitta etc. There is always plenty of food which is delicious. I would definitely recommend.

That breakfast I had this morning was absolutely fantastic. The highlight being the eggs, sausage and mushrooms. Really, really good. I miss Simply Scummy but this place is extremely good. Highly recommended by a breakfast expert. Keep up the high standards folks and thanks. 😀👍😀👍😀👍😀👍😀

Lovely and friendly food and coffee are great

Out walking and passing here on our way to West Park, decided to drop in. Friendly welcome, one of those places that you know will sort you out. Ordered sausage/ bacon baps and coffees. Sat outside as it was warm, only one little table on the pavement and your view is a tyre fitters but at least they made the effort. Really efficient service and reasonable quality. £11 for the lot so absolutely no complaints from us.

Zaf brought his great kebabs and wonderful side dishes to our garden for an evening barbecue. We have done this before, and this time was as good as ever. The event was a family party and everyone commented on the great food. Whether you are eating at Zaf's cafe or on your own premises, there is lots to enjoy. Don't miss out on the baklava cooked by Zaf's mum. Note that the formal questions about the restaurant are a bit difficult to answer since Zaf cooked the food in our garden. Don't be put off by anything marked as "not sure"; it's actually not applicable, but there's no button for that

Saturday night we treated ourselves to the BBQ takeaway the potions were generous, the flavours were perfect not overpowering, we had the meat (lamb and chicken) skewers and the haloumi skewers with 2 salad boxes which included couscous, vegetable fritters x2,mild pickled cabbage, salad leaves with a walnut and oil dressing, this is serious competition for take away food outlets and high end restaurants, so treat yourself, your wife, your partner your family enjoy great food here in MACCLESFIELD

Love this place! I always have the mezze with an extra side order of courgette fritters (they are divine). My husband tries something different every time and he says it is all fantastic. This is our go to place for a Friday lunchtime treat. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing food and great service. Ordered bbq meal and sandwiches for a family celebration. Outstanding quality and taste. Really easy to cook and went down a storm. Highly recommend. We have used them before for a birthday celebration before the lockdown in March. All the food was bbq'd in the garden by the owner and it was delicious. Once this pandemic is over and we are allowed family and friends together we are going to hire again. Thank you

This cafe is just wonderful and we recently hired it for our private party for the evening. Zaf had decorated and laid the place out beautifully and the food was amazing. We were in no pressure to leave, could take our own wine etc and had a superb evening. Really reasonable price per head. Thank you Zaf!

Brilliant, as always. The meze is wonderful and the baklavas are out of this world. You will not find a better Turkish meal anywhere.

I think that was the best courgette fritter I have ever had. It was a tad greasy but the atmosphere and the value for money is hard to beat.

My partner Sally and I eat regularly at this great little cafe. The owner is very friendly as are the staff. The food is always freshly prepared and always looks good when it is served and tastes even better than it looks!!If you want to change the food in a dish the staff and owner always try to accommodate you.All in all it's a great place to eat and gives you a proper flavour of a Turkish Cafe, but it also offers more traditional British breakfasts etc and it caters extremely well for vegetarians.

Turquoise always have something different for their special on Fridays, and they never disappoint. The food is scrumptious and the staff are great. Definitely worth a punt if it's Friday lunchtime and you're looking for something different for lunch!

Was killing time really, but extremely glad I did, Great welcome, very good choice, but sadly opted for a safe bet & had a Panini, it was excellent but better still was the accompanying salad, Fresh, great mixture & just heavenly, I watched them serve the Metza plata ( OMG ) can’t wait to try that, this is definitely one place you must try in Macclesfield.
